המקום מהמם ביופיו! עיצוב פנו נטלי! חשיבה על כל פרט! הבריכה נהדרת כל המתקנים מעולים!! יש שאטל מצוין, חדר מופלא עם נוף נהדר הבעיה היתה דווקא בארוחת בוקר שלא מגוונת מספיק אין אפשרות לאכול לחם ללא גלוטן או מוצרים ללא חלב. מאוד מוזר שלא ידעו בקבלה שהמוזיאון הראשי לאומנות של הונקונג סגור לרגל שיפוצים!

המלון חדש ומודרני, השירות מעולה והחדרים נעימים ביותר. תוספות קטנות כמו מיניבר חינם, מים וכדומה רק משפרים את ההרגשה. בריכת שחיה וחדר כושר מדהימים. שירות הסעות החינם העירה משפרות את ההרגשה. בסך הכל חופשה מדמימה. ממליצים לקנות "וופל" מקומי בסימטא ליד - טעים, מתוק וחוויתי

המלון חדש ונפתח לפני 3 חדשים, מרחק הליכה ממרכזי קניות, מהטיילת ומתחנת המטרו Hung Hom. המלון מעוצב להפליא, מפנק בכל וברמה גבוהה מאד, השרות מעולה,החדרים גדולים וכוללים הכל. המסעדות נותנות תמורה מלאה,הספא והבריכה ברמה גבוהה.בקיצור מומלץ מאד לכל מי שרוצה גם פינוק ואירוח מושלם במחיר סביר.אחזור לשם גם בנסיעה הבאה.

Friendly hotel”

Location is not that great. Nearer to hung hom mTR but they have shuttle bus service every 20mins to bring u to central TST. Room is spacious for a HK hotel. Food at green is nice and service great too. Front desk staff n restaurant staffs are polite. Nice retreat hotel

Short Stay in Hong Kong”

Well located hotel, with shuttle bus to Peninsula Hotel (& TST MTR) and Harbour City. Staff members are very attentive and friendly and professional. Most are fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese. Excellent breakfast. Had dinner at Green Restaurant and food was very good too.Free minibar was a nice touch. I'd definitely stay there again!

Great hotel slightly far from the action”

Repeat traveller here. Great hotel for the price. Only downside is that it is slightly farther from the action in Tsim Sha Tsui (about 10 min walk to nearest MTR). Otherwise no complaints.

Excellent Location and Great Management”

Second time to stay in the hotel, although this time we had a pretty negative first impression of the hotel, specifically some issues at the check-in time. However, Grace was able to quickly address these issues and also helped to look after us during our stay. After that initial hiccup, our stay was very lovely and will be back!Thanks Grace.

fair place, but it has been grown too much.”

well nice gym, pool, and all other facilities in hotel. fair breakfast- loved it but it would be better if 2-3 foods on the bar could be changed cuz i did not want to eat 100% same foods 3-4 days in a row. my parents used the club view room so we checked in at the top level of this hotel- that lady was very rude and not polite. all other employees on the lobby level were way more kind and helpful- thanks for that. i chose this hotel cuz my memory 3 years ago was so nice at the hotel (i believe this hotel was quite new and not famous like now) but i think the hotel has grown a lot and kinda forgot the time before. things have been quite changed. next time, i would stay at another hotel. but for the people visiting here for the first time, they would be more than satisfied. :)

Very convenient Big room Clean and cozy lobby Transportation : hong hum mtr is near, free shuttle to tst center, airport express shuttle stop. Requested to borrow kids stroller, surprisingly available.

fabulous staff”

staff are very attentive and efficient! room is cozy. the only off-putting note about this stay is the smell of the room.... not sure if the hotel put some aromatherapy scent in the room before guest arrival or what, but the room smelled like someone spilled a bottle of very strong perfume (not very pleasant type of scent though). otherwise great stay.

Excellent room, wine and food pairing”

It was already the 3rd time I visited this hotel, my wife and I love to stay here for their fantastic seaview of Victoria Harbour while charging you a reasonable price for it The most attractive is the lounge and the food and wine pairing, it is always good, entertaining and delicious. And the view is spectacular too I most likely will come again as long as there is great wines dinner

Great hotel ”

The hotel gave us a upgrade to a club 38 corner room. The room had an amazing view of the Hong Kong skyline. The hotel had very thoughtful amenities like a water filter tap in the room so you didn’t need bottled water. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of food to pick from. All in all the only con I’d say would have to be the walk to the mrt station from the hotel. We were very happy with our stay.

Everywhere you turn you will be amazed with this property, from the friendliness, and knowledge of the staff, to the cleanliness of the room, to the usage of space, and lets not overlook the fantastic buffet at the market place, whether it is for breakfast, or dinner. Welldone Hotel Icon, we will be back.

Quiet place”

Quiet place near TST east. Free mini bar with juice, beers and chocolate. Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Handy phone is provided to search tour informs and call locally. Great gym and swimming pool is on 9th floor. It has great views. We needed to check out late evening. They offered late checkout at 2pm and using Gym, swimming pool, sauna and timeless lounge until we left. Free shuttle bus to town and K3 runs from Kowloon to hotel until 10:30 pm. Train from airport to Kowloon Station cost 150HD for two us. If takes a taxi, generally it is cheap but they charged 6HD per luggage. It doesn’t matter size.

Expected More!”

Staff was confused when we asked to eat food. Check-in is at 1500, we arrived at 1415 deciding to eat and then check in. Well, they stop serving food at "the Market" 1430, sending us back down to the first-floor cafe' and they close at 1500 for a private event, and they sent us up to the top floor restaurant and surprise closed. For a hotel/school that teaches hospitality, they should try communication.
