Never Again”
Hotel staff are polite and friendly, but cannot communicate with english. Horrible smell when you step in the hotel. Looker are too small to place the baggage. The cleanliness of the public bath are horrible. And I see there are women using public bath while other men still inside. No locker in the public bath. Someone use my tower and stole my underwear while having a bath. What are terrible things.

the hotel is gloomy and have bad smell. need to improve more. but its OK for a person with limited budget, only you need to deal with the unpleasant smell and gloomy environment. the hotel name need to be change to OASIS HOTEL as the current description lead to another hotel. its really confusing.

The capsule is stuffy and smelly. I had tried many capsule hostel but seriously this is worse. No switch for you to charge your handphone, you can only charge outside your capsule. For the price, you can find a lot better Aside from this.

Very poor facilities. No power at individual space. Many of equipments have broken long time.

It is not bad, generally clean. Things were slightly old. I understand that there is another capsule hotel of a similar name in the area so travellers beware! The hotel occupies a couple of floors (reception on the 8 floor). The entrance to the lift was quite hard to find, esp for me who didn't know Japanese.

You get what you pay for”
The hotel was quite difficult to find even with Google maps. There is no possibility to leave your big luggage there during the day. Check in was at 15 p.m. and check out was at 11 a.m. The capsules were big enoug I guess but they had no sockets inside and in the hallway they were very rare aswell. You really get what you pay for...but I would stay there again because it's the cheapest way to sleep relatively well in Tokyo. But beware: it's a really authentic experience and the staff speaks little to no English.
