Easy to Get to from Haneda Airport”
Catch a train right outside Customs at Haneda Airport and 3 stations later you’re there. Turn right out station and you’ll be able to see the hotel name a fairly short walk away. There are two hotels with same name but West Wing is a one mini minute walk from other so not a big deal. Convenient free hotel shuttle bus back to airport runs 2x each hour. Cozy comfortable room with firm bed and 4 pillows. Very up to date bathroom fixtures. Room Climate Control and TV Remote are in Japanese so needed a bit of guessing. Small breakfast buffet with good selection of western and Japanese food and very attentive chef who keeps everything fresh and topped up. Early departure? No problem as breakfast starts at 4 AM and runs all the way until 10 AM. Free Coffee/Tea/Juice/ Cola/Ginger Ale 24/7. You’ll pass by lots of eateries between train station and hotel with tasty and affordable options. Very polite hotel staff. Yes, would definitely stay again if needed accommodations near Haneda.

Perfect for family, in the airport area”
We check in around 01:00 and left at 8:20 quick check in, welcome drink machine include corn soup. Room not big but very smart and you have every think you need. separte bath/toilet and seal so in the mornimg you save time to get ready all the 4 of us. Free airport shuttle every 1/2 hour. took 17 min to get to international terminal. Go from this hotel to the Jal City hotel that is next building and them directlly to the terminals. Breakfast not so good in my opinion. small varaity.

Excellent stay near airport”
Location is very near HND airport with free shuttle provided. Even without shuttle, walk to train station to hotel was near. Plenty of food places nearby. Room was spacious for Japan standard and had free-flow of drinks in the lobby for guests. Excellent spread for breakfast too!

Perfect for late night flight”
Our flight got into Haneda at 10pm. There is a free shuttle to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helped us with train directions. Room was pretty spacious by Tokyo standard. Hotel was easy walk to train station the next day to head into the city. Would stay there again.

For anyone who is looking for a transit hotel to haneda airport, I recommend this hotel. ”
The staff were very helpful, the room was spacious for a tokyo standard, near family mart and lawson which is a plus for family travelling with baby like us. Also the free shuttle bus to Haneda airport.

Location is near car rentals and there is a 24-hour ramen shop nearby. Very convenient. Facilities were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The shuttle drivers are wonderful! The included breakfast was delicious every morning, and the staff was friendly! I will stay there every time I'm in Tokyo

Great stay next to the airport”
Shuttle on time. Rooms with all you need. Very comfortable. The only strange thing is that on the way to Tokyo. We had the breakfast included. But for the same price on the way out from Tokyo. We didn’t have the breakfast included. Anyway it was too early but still felt strange about it.

Extremely clean, with a nice bathroom with all amenities and traditional PJs to sleep. Breakfast and supper are provided at the lobby. Very simple but good. Free shuttle to and from the airport.

Great Stay at the JAL”
This is quite a new hotel, everything is spotlessly clean and the rooms well appointed and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and efficient and the free courtesy bus to the airport was really helpful. Breakfast was my only niggle - we paid separately as it was available from 4am and we had an early flight, but this could definitely be improved on - the egg and bacon were stone cold and the fruit choice limited. Secure a rate where it's free and you'll be less disappointed.

Great cosy hotel for transit ”
There’s a shuttle which runs at night picking passengers from airport to hotel. Room was neat, nice & cosy. Very well maintained. Staff was warm and helpful. They even offered complimentary breakfast which staff helped to ensure food items were topped up regularly. It’s a 5mins walk to the nearest station. There are plenty of food options (gyudon, ramen) and Family Mart across the road from the hotel. Would recommend those looking for an overnight stay!
