I have made booking by stating clearly I am booking for a family of 4 (2 kids 9 and 12 years old). Upon checking in, I was told that the hotel sent me email that the room unable to fit in 4 pax. It was too late when I arrived and I was squeezing in small room with my two kids. When I asked the hotel, they said, agoda made the mistake in the advertisement.

The hotel is about 10 to 15 min walk to Ueno Station. It is easy to find. Room size was jist right for us (triple room). There are many convenience stores and restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast needs to be improved.

Me and my family loved our stay here! What we liked the most was the location. It's in the quiet part of the city but very accessible to the train station (Inaricho). And also, it's really close to the Skyliner- Keisei Ueno station (airport train). So going to and fro the airport was a breeze! Clean and comfortable bed. The staff were all friendly and accomodating too. Recommended.

The Location of the property was ideal. A few blocks from Ueno station and is near a metro station servicing Asakusa and Skytree. Convenience stores are also around the block with small restaurants / izakaya nearby. The rooms were quite small, not ideal if you are carry medium-large size luggage as it will definitely occupy your room. NO RAMP in the entrance, you would have to haul your luggage up the stairs. As expected from Japan, the rooms are very clean and the staff are very helpful.

Location is the main advantage of this hotel, walking distance to major train station Ueno (about 10-15 minutes) and very close to subway station Inaricho (about 3-5 minutes). Lots of convenience stores and restaurants around. Room size is very Tokyo kind of room, small but still acceptable. Bathroom is clean and modern. The only things that need improvement are hotel facilities (such as Laundry room, because when you need to wash your clothes you have to go to behind the hotel and there are coin laundry machines own by another MyStays hotel chain) and the access to the lobby, so not disable friendly or when you bring big luggage with you. Only stairs, no sloping access into the lobby.

The room was just right for 2 adults and my 6 year old. Room was cleaned everyday. Staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. And the hotel was a few steps away from a grocery store, convenience store and the Inaricho Station. 🙂

In a quiet part of the city, but walking distance to several train lines. Close to the beautiful Ueno Park. This makes a great base for exploring the city on a budget. The rooms are small but well-stocked.

The hotel is located about 600 meters from Ueno Station (Major station) and only 220 meters from Inaricho station (Ginza line). It's nearby lawson, familymart and restaurants. The hotel provided good service. However, the check-in process took longer than usual. The rooms were quite small but clean and full of amenities.

Down side is the room is very small. However like the cleanliness of the room, the shower with strong stream of water. Comfort bed & daily clean of room. This hotel has three convenience store nearby, Lawson, 7-11 & Family Mart. Short walking distance to Ueno station and Ameyoko market with lots of restaurant, food and shopping. The famous Ichiran ramen is also nearby.

Quite far from subway station have to walk around 1km to train station”
I have stayed for 2 nights in March (temp around 10-15°) so it was okay for us that room has heater to keep us warm but should not has controller with only high medium or low but should control temp inside the room because it was too hot to sleep and felt like the room was without air.

all is good, but the entrance have no ramp so we must carried our luggage stepping stair (there're two stair with 5-7 step)

The location is not really near. It might look near from the Google map but it is a very huge conjunction. If other selection around JR is not in your budget I think staying in here is okay. The room was very very small but across Japan aren't most of the rooms are small? The facilities like heater toilet and all are very much okay. Staff were r really helpful. Amenities they have a corner full of it and it's a buffet. You can have all you need

The hotel provided excellent service with friendly staffs. It's located not far from Inaricho station and is in a walking distance to Ueno station. It's surrounded by different convenient stores and good restaurants (some open 24 hours)

Only decent place for couple. ”
Staffs were super service-minded and helpful. Facilities were nice and clean. Distance from main train station requires a bit of walk. Not ideal if frequently moving with big luggage but it's not an issue. Tiny room size with relatively small bed, comparing other hotels with similar price. Works fine only for couple.

We had s pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and the staffs were very attentive. The hotel is walkable to Ueno station ~ 5-10 mins walk depending on your pace. It was also convenient for us to take the metro from inaricho station to Asakusa (2 stations) via Ginsa line. The hotel is surrounded by many restautants which open until late at night. There were convenient stores not far from the hotel including family mart and lawson. We’d definitely stay at this hotel again if we have a chance to visit Tokyo next time.

far from UENO around 600 meters, but near Metro Inaricho station (200 M.) with elevator (Ginza line). It's convenient enough for me. The room is super small but clean and equiped with amenities . comfort bed. and staff is very helpfull.

Close to Ueno and Inaricho Eki. ”
Hotel within 10mins of approach from the Ueno Eki and 3mins from the Inaricho Eki. Convenient as many convenience stores nearby. Clean room but just small, but is acceptable and normal in Tokyo. That's the second time to visit and shall return.
