מיקום 3 דקות הליכה מתחנת רכבת שיש בה שילוב של כל הרכבות כמעט(כולל גי אר).צוות המלון יצא מגדרו לתת לנו שרות מצויין בכל מה שבקשנו. החדר אמנם קטן אבל כל השאר האפיל על גודל החדר. אילו ניתן חוזר ליפן הייתי בוחר שוב במלון זה.

Tremendous stay”
We stayed 5 nights in a superior twin room. Our room was bright, comfortable and well appointed. Tokyo hotel rooms are small, but this room was bigger than most and used its space well. It was easy to live comfortably out of our suitcases here. Bathroom was lovely and well equipped. The hotel was convenient to at least two Metro stations (Shimbashi and Gonzaga) and an easy walk to the Imperial Palace and Tsukiji Market (among other tourist highlights). Shopping, restaurants and nightlife all conveniently nearby while not in a loud area. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. We did not eat breakfast or other meal at the hotel. Would strongly recommend for anyone considering the Ginza district.

Staff receives the highest marks as they all aim to serve all your needs. Concierge booked us several great dinners - kaiseki and yakitori at our request. They go above and beyond the call of duty. Location is excellent in between Shimbashi and Ginza stations. 5 minute walk to Ginza shopping, 1 minute walk to a convenience store, 3 min walk to closest metro station. Rooms are wonderfully appointed with great amenities and overlook the city with spectacular floor to ceiling windows. Lobby smells wonderfully fresh. Casita Bar on 14th floor had great views and also great service. We all LOVED this hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer than 3 days.

This hotel is clean, convenient, well-decorated and thoughtful. Aside from the usual toiletries, the hotel also offers guests a free phone with data for use during your stay, ear plugs for the light sleepers, and a humidifier for the dry air. The room is small but well decorated, makes you feel luxe. Staff are friendly and polite. Boutique luxury! Located just a 5 min walk from Shimbashi Station, which connects you to the JR and several Subway lines. Right at the heart of the Ginza district means shopping and dining any time.

Excellent Hotel ”
The hotel is located 5 minutes walk away from the shopping district of Ginza and nearby train stations. Although the rooms are small, the impeccable service, Bvlgari toiletries, and high end amenities make this 3 star hotel seem like its a 5 star. The bar/breakfast place on the 14th floor has great views and an excellent selection of what is now extremely rare Japanese whisky for those that are interested. My only advice to those looking at this hotel is to select rooms on a higher floor. Unfortunately, I stayed on the 4th floor where I could hear people talking very loud in the wee hours and the trains go by early in the morning. Needless to say it was a restless night. The windows definitely need better soundproofing on the lower floors as there are night clubs just around the corner.

Small boutique hotel with big welcome”
Perfect location near Shimbashi station. Walking distance to most things in Ginza area. Beautifully designed, quietly elegant hotel. Restaurant on top floor open all day for snacks, then dinner and bar with a view at night. Standard rooms are small unless you book more expensive options, but so well designed with USB charging points and other helpful things. A handy phone was part of our room package. Can use it to find your way around and make some calls. Staff are very friendly and professional, with good English. This is a Japanese business hotel that welcomes tourists too. We’ve stayed twice and will return.

Prime service, great amenities, beautiful top floor restaurant (used for breakfast) with great views of Tokyo, especially the Tokyo Tower. The breakfast, although not a buffet, offers plenty of very fresh options. I even ask to mix and match several breakfast into one, as I stayed 6 nights. The Italian restaurant is top quality, with a Japanese touch. Note the great bread and perfectly cooked pasta (Al dente). Staff will go extra mile to ensure a perfect experience. Price? It's actually a well priced hotel given the location. Short stroll to the nearby local train station (not Shinkansen).

Excellent hotel ”
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel Celestine!! It totally surpassed our expectations. My husband had an early train to catch for business and the restaurant staff opened at 6am just for him and served him a full breakfast. We loved everything about the hotel! I never give 5/5 for any hotel but the Celestine deserves it for sure! Location was so convenient as it was close to the Shimbashi station and there were lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

5 star amenities and service!”
The Celestine’s staff went above and beyond to take care of our group, making excellent recommendations, arranging restaurant reservations and transportation whenever we needed. The rooms have excellent free amenities, including a smartphone enabled with WiFi and free local calling which you’re welcome to bring out and about with you during your stay! I highly recommend taking breakfast at the hotel as well- its absolutely stellar, with fantastic views to match. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Tokyo!

Great Hotel - Highly Recommend”
My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights in June. We loved everything about our stay. The room was great and had everything you need in it, the location is excellent with easy access to pretty much everything. Most of all we really enjoyed our short stay because the staff here are above and beyond helpful and friendly, really made our stay a memorable experience. Would 110% recommend to anyone staying in Tokyo, and will definitely come back again.

This hotel is so good, I want to make this my regular stay whenever I'm back in Tokyo. Ginza is a great neighborhood, the staff is amazing (they remember your name!) -- everyone makes you feel at home. Drinks, food, everything at this hotel is delicious. We loved this hotel! Good room size for 2 adults + 2 small kids, great location for walking to Ginza and Tsukiji, super modern and very clean. The Bvulgari amenities were a nice touch too. We’d definitely go back.

We had a wonderful experience in this hotel. The size of the room was relatively big for Japanese standards. The bathroom's size was very good too, with separate bath tub and shower area. We love the bar at the 14F and the very friendly bartender, Tomoyama-san. The staff at the reception spoke very good English, very helpful and approachable. This will now be our default hotel when in Tokyo.

Efficient design, friendly service, great location”
Perfect for exploring the shopping and the great bars and restaurants around a Ginza. Short subway ride to Shibuya. Rooms are small but efficiently designed so it feels like it has more space than there really is. Bar has great views and is open till late, which is useful for a winding down nightcap.

This is a hidden gem amid the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Well connected to the Shimbashi and Ginza stations, The Celestine is a boutique hotel that is comparable to global five-star chains. The attention to detail was impeccable as expected of the Japanese - my 3-year-old son received his own bedroom slippers along with a cute handkerchief! Extremely polite staff who took me through the room's amenities, including a Nespresso machine (capsules are topped up daily) that was a godsend to caffeine-starved travelers. While the room is small for bigger families, it was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Amazing staff, amazing location, amazing hotel”
We stayed at the Celestine Ginza for 3 nights. Its smack in the heart of ginza. We could walk to the shopping district, Tsukiji market and the parks. The hotel room was modern and very comfortable. The staff were exceptional. They helped us go buy tickets to Tokyo Disney, mailed postcards for us for free, took care of every little detail!
