I really enjoy my stay at JR-EAST HOTEL METS KOMAGOME, Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful, best customer service. Rooms are clean, very comfortable for sleep. The location is good where it's a near JR station. There are many restaurants around here. i will visit again for sure~

Excellent value hotel right by the station”
Spent three nights at this hotel. Room was clean and spacious with double bed, desk, fridge and modern bathroom. Hotel also kept my luggage when I went to Kyoto for weekend. Just a few steps from station with metro line and JR Yamamoto. Easy to get to from airport- Skyline to Nippori then 6 mins on Yamamote line. Denny’s next door for breakfast or Mermaid bakery in station. Only complaint was aircon was difficult to work out as all in Japanese.

Recommended Location for a Quick Stay”
This is my second time staying at Hotel Mets Komagome and I was not disappointed. The location is ideal given that the train station is right next to it, making travelling about easy. It is also near one of the popular tourist attractions in Tokyo i.e. Asakusa which is a plus point if you are planning to visit that area. There are also quite a lot of food options around if you are planning to have dinner around the hotel after a long day of travelling. Would definitely like to try the other Hotel Mets in the future!

The JR-East Hotel Mets Komagome is right next to the train station. There is a covered walkway from the station to the hotel, so you don't need to worry about getting wet in the rain. It's less than a 1-minute walk from the Komagome Station ticket gates. It offers easy access to central Tokyo as it is on the Yamanote loop line. Rooms are kept exceptionally clean. They are of a decent size for solo travelers. The bathrooms are modern and the bathroom floor is at just about the same level as the rest of the room. (Other hotels sometimes require a big step up to the bathroom-- you don't need to worry about that here!) Staff is professional and helpful, although their English may be limited. If you choose the breakfast option, it is served at the Denny's on the 2nd floor of the hotel. It's a good value, and it's far better than an American Denny's restaurant.

Top tip for people staying here: Use the South exit to reach the hotel with ease. It’s also marked on the yellow signboard near the escalator. There is a Newdays Conbini right downstairs, a Lawson across the road and a 7-11 a stone’s throw away. The Relaxe (a massage place) is right next to the entrance and showing your hotel card will get you 5% off. Additionally, you’ll also get 5% off Cozy Corner (the cake shop right downstairs) ‘s cakes if you show your hotel card. The ramen store across the road is so-so but popular with locals. The room itself was comfortable and larger compared to the other rooms I’ve stayed at in Tokyo. I stayed on the “ladies only” floor and you’re required to tap your room card for additional security. Felt a lot safer to be honest. Their room clean-up schedule is strictly adhered to and they will knock on your door if you do not put the ‘clean later’ or ‘no clean-up’ signs on the door. Other than the room being a little dusty, I have no complaints. A very pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was relaxing to come back to each evening. Getting to Yamanote Line was such a breeze! There were plenty of restaurants around, bakeries, convenience stores. Staff were very helpful and thoughtful, thank you so much!

It took only 1 min walk to the Yamanote Line. The room was spotless and was more spacious than the usual Tokyo hotel rooms. Shampoo, coffee, bath salts and all amenities were provided at Reception. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here!

交通方便，附近有便利店。 大堂設於酒店二樓，而大堂亦提供一些茶包，數款浴鹽及一些一次性的物品供客人使用。 由酒店地下或大堂上各樓層，需要拍房卡然後按樓層，而單身女性住的樓層更需要拍多一次房卡才能進入。 房間清潔整齊，空調能調節溫度，風速及提供暖氣。單人床寬闊。床邊還可輕鬆打開中篋。走廊位置也可輕鬆打開大篋。 如要夜宵的話，東出口還有小量食肆營業，而且還有１間開至零晨１時的街坊超市。 而與友人相約下次再來東京的話，會再次入住此酒店。

위치가 jr선과 남북선과 직통으로 연락하여 이동 시 굉장히 편리함. 그리고 직원들이 일본 호텔 꽤 다녀봤는데 그 중에서도 수준급으로 친절하다고 느낌. 어뮤니티도 충실한 편임. 조식의 경우에는 당 건물 2층에 있는 데니스라는 패밀리 레스토랑의 아침 메뉴를 먹을 수 있는데 괜찮았음. 특히, 아침에 조식을 못 먹을 경우 숙박일 내에 당 레스토랑에서 700엔의 상품권으로 조식권을 사용할 수 있는 것은 인상적임. 다만, 처음에 방에 들어왔을 때 먼지가 날린 것은 마이너스 포인트. 공기청정기가 있어 사용하면 얼마 안 있어 괜찮아진다고는 하지만.

어쩔수없지만 좁다 약간 벽지가 헤진곳이 있었다. 약간 습기가 찬 느낌이든다. 공기청정기로 해결이 안됨. 환기문제가 있는지 전체적으로 답답한 느낌이다. 이것 외에는 다 괜찮음

施設は非常に近代的で、手入れが行き届いていて清潔です。 それは駅に隣接しています。 近くにコンビニがあります。 私たちが到着したとき、私たちの温度は撮影されました。 コロナウイルスに関する注意事項が守られていることに気づきました。 ただし、部屋の窓は開けられませんでした。 ゲストが部屋の窓を開けることができるようにすることをお勧めします。 これにより、十分な換気が行われ、感染のリスクが軽減されます。
