Loved this hotel”
This hotel has 2 connecting bedrooms with a total of 4 beds. The hotel was so clean and everything looked updated. It is in a great location and you can’t hear any street noise from inside the room. The breakfasts were an interesting and fun experience. Any of the days we did not want to eat the room service breakfast we just got pastries and juices from the lobby. I recommend this hotel, it is especially perfect for families.

We stayed in Karaksa Ginza for 5 days and we decided to add 3 more days as we loved everything about the hotel. Room are clean and spacious, exceed my expectations. Staff are all helpful and can speak English well. They even provide free snacks, wine and juices everyday. Like the fact that they use Dyson hairdryer in the room. It is near to Shinbashi JR station and Ginza metro station. Will definitely comeback next time I visit Tokyo.

Amazing service. I had a whole bunch of special requests this trip and they fulfilled them all with a smile. The room was big in Tokyo standards, very rare for a hotel in this price range and location. Unfortunately, as we were Muslims, we couldn't try their in-room breakfast as it was not halal but the hotel was near two Family Marts, a small supermarket, Don Quijote and a Halal indian restaurant, so all was good. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a little more room, especially for Muslims who need space to pray. Just tell them to remove the small table and chairs and you will have more than enough room to pray in any direction (Superior Twin room, combined beds). Location wise, it is abt 3 mins away from Shimbashi Metro Ginza line and around 8 mins away from Shimbashi JR line and walking distance to center Ginza.

We stayed in connecting rooms as we had teenage children with us. The rooms are smallish which we found common in the several hotels we stayed throughout Japan, but they were like brand new and very clean. The hotel was conveniently located, beds were very comfortable, great value for money and also had a unique breakfast experience delivered to our door each morning at a time of our choosing. Would stay again.

Perfect spot in Ginza”
I love this location more than the Tokyo Station Karaksa. It's just a few minutes walking from the main Ginza shopping district, easy to get to from the Ginza line. The shower alone is worth the nightly AND the Dyson hair dryer! I slept so well and would go back in a heartbeat. Last but not least, the breakfast was INCREDIBLE!!! The presentation blew me away and it was delicious.

5 minutes walking to Shimbashi station. Clean and comfortable rooms, nice bathroom amenities especially with Dyson supersonic hair dryer. Nice breakfast served to room every morning. Very special exclusive lounge that can enjoyed snacks and drinks before going out or after coming back to the hotel. Friendly staffs , highly recommended .

The location is great and highly accessible by train and subway. It’s located on a quiet street within a bustling neighborhood. Breakfast is quite good with eastern and western styles rotating every other day. Modern decor and modern comfort. Rooms are small and typical of a Tokyo hotel room.

Stay at Superior double for 4 days. Convenient location (Ginza shopping area, Shimbashi station nearby), comfortable shower area with bathtub, great that toilet is separated from the bath area, friendly staff, clean room, yummy breakfast, coffee maker available. highly recommend and will go there again

Superb Location”
This new hotel is strategically located. Few minutes walk from Shimbashi station which is in the JR Yamanote Line. The room is spacious and the staff are friendly. Breakfast in the form of bento set is a wonderful surprise. Guests could have drinks and tid bits in the lounge which is fantastic.

The hotel was close to a subway line, very ideally located in the Ginza area as most shops were just blocks away. It was also convenient to take the airport limousine to Narita from a nearby hotel. Room was clean and very well kept. The cocktail hour was a bonus although the wine and sake selections could have been better. However for the price paid, you can't go wrong. I would stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

(+) Good location. Just 5mins walk from Shimbashi Station. Right next to Family Mart, Mini SuperMart and Don Quijote. (+) Fast and hassle free check-in. Took us about 5mins for the whole process. When we reached the hotel at late night after shopping, we need not worry about our luggage as they had already sent them up to our room. (+) All staff were able to communicate in English. (+) Staff were polite and helpful. They helped me with my transport confirmation with another hotel. (+) Room and bed were big enough for 2 adults and 1 child. (+) Separated tub and shower. (+) Room was very clean. Bed sheet was changed again on our 4th or 5th day. (+) heat pads/warmers available at reception for guests (-) Breakfast was only for 2 although I booked a room for 2 adults and 1 kid. Fortunately they have bread near their reception area. (-) Limited breakfast variety

The hotel is fairly well located. The rooms are very well decor, extremely comfortable. The only thing which let down is the breakfast. Otherwise, this surely is one of the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in.

Always loved the karaksa chain of hotels! Housecleaning can be improved though, found hairs left on the toilet floor after room cleaning. Otherwise, everything else is great!
