Modern and Convienient”
The hotel is within a 5 minute walk from the Tokyo Station so it has easy access to the Narita airport, the Shinkansen trains and main subway lines for all the city highlights. Close to Ginza and Maranuchi for shopping and dining. Close to the Imperial Palace. The hotel is brand new. Simply decorated in pale woods. Beds and linens are comfortable. We had a room with two twin beds and a sofa. Roomy for the price. Our traveling companion was in then smallest room in the hotel, which has two twin beds put together. Little floor space. For the price difference, I would recommend the larger room, if you can afford it. Breakfast, which we didn't have, was pastries, coffee, tea and hot soups. The hotel is busy, mostly with tourists, rather than Japanese but the front desk was always well staffed, efficient, friendly. I would recommend. Good rooms, good value.

comfortable, good location, good facilities”
we were having relax moment on the past six nights in a three person room included breakfast. Although there are limited cleaning service, janitors were being so nice, tidy up our blanket and cloths, fill up water and cleaning pack. As for breakfast, they served few of pastries and bread, and two kinds of soup. When i went down around 930, they still refill some fresh pastries. Moreover, there are coffee, soda, tea for free. Airport shuffle is near crossroad that costs 1000 much cheaper than express...really recommend for you guys!!

Nice new modern hotel very close to Tokyo Station”
The hotel was very nice clean and modern. The bathroom was nice but would be small for a bigger size person to fit in. Front desk was friendly and helpful and housekeeping was very nice and friendly. We loved the free drinks provided in the cafe area near the front desk. It was great that Tokyo Station was a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay in this hotel again.

My family and I simply love this hotel. Not only that it is new but it even offers guest opting for Japanese style room! The rooms is nice and spacious for a family of 3-4! Futons are nicely laid out on the day of check-in. They offer free drinks and snacks (morning) near the lobby area for guests to help themselves to. Loaning umbrellas to guests during rainy days and giving out heat packs to guest for the cold winter days! These are the little things can really make our travels so much more delightful! Moreover, the hotel located near Tokyo Station and Nihombashi station, so it is easy to get around Tokyo. The drop off point for the Airport Limousine Bus is also close to the hotel, so it is rather convenient when travelling to or fro the airport. I highly recommend this hotel!

Spacious room and good breakfast”
The hotel is actually very near to the train station. Problem is, Tokyo train station is too big. Much time is spent finding our way to the right exit. Once we got the right exit, walking to the hotel is a breeze. Room is spacious - 3 single beds and still space to open two big luggages. Room is clean. Staff is friendly and speak good English. Breakfast is simple but good. We enjoyed our stay very much.

if you're willing to spend a little more and to be near tokyo station, totally recommend this hotel! It was clean and spacious enough for a group of 3 travelers. The bathroom was divided into three smaller rooms; sink, toilet, and shower. Beds were comfortable decorated with a wood broad frame with installed lights , you had AC control, and there were plenty of outlets/usb outlets to choose from which I particularly enjoyed.

I stayed at Karaksa in Osaka before, so I already had confidence in this hotel when I made my reservation. This Tokyo Station one is new, so the design is simple & user-friendly. The location is great for me, because I don’t like the super crowdy one, so this one is perfect for me; convenience stores & restaurants are just around the corner or a block away. And the staffs are super helpful in accommodating our needs since we have to make several rearrangements due to the typhoon. They are super professional and friendly at the same time.

Good location, good bed, good breakfast”
We checked out and checked in again. This is our second stay. Room is smaller compared to the previous stay, although it's the same type. But still spacious compared to other Tokyo hotels. Staff is friendly. Room is clean. Hotel is near station. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Strategic location, clean room and building, worth the money”
Pros: 10 minutes walk from tokyo station. 30 minutes walk from Ginza. Near kombini and restaurants. Offer free drinks in common area (coffee, tea, soda and soup). Staff are efficient and friendly. Offering guest with warm towel ( i came when it pouring rain) Cons: small room (common in tokyo)

Super clean hotel with a great location. Very close to the station. I would recommend this hotel for family and friends. The staff is very helpful and also help us to give an option to have take away brealfast as we need to check out super early in the morning. Will definately book this hotel again in future.

Karaksa hotel near Tokyo Station is the best value for the money I have ever gotten in Japan. The hotel is clean, convenient, and spacious. The staff were very helpful. The location is also great, just a few minutes walk to Tokyo Station and with lots of places to eat nearby.

As the title says, this hotel was amazingly clean and at a great price. The staff was friendly and multilingual. The beds were comfy, breakfast was decent, and all toiletries and amenities were available. Would stay again.

We love this hotel so much. We booked connecting room for 4 people, and it quite spacious. Breakfast menu provided by the hotel is quite simple but taste delicious. Definitely will stay here again next time!

Exceptional location. Very close to Tokyo Station, Izakaya's, Convenience stores, restaurants. Included breakfast is very good and the drinks station is very convenient. I would definitely stay again.

Airport limousine, Shinkansen, Tokyo station are all within few minutes walk! Many restaurants nearby! Free drinks and coffee all day! I would highly recommend this hotel, the hotel room is spacious and modern and clean!

One of my favorite hotel in Tokyo <3”
Very convenience place to stay for travel around Tokyo, just across the street and shortly walk to the hotel. Free soft drinks all day (except breakfast time) which is good things if you don’t want just free tea in the room. 2 stations nearby that you can get around Tokyo by 1 line train, I LOVE IT!

Connecting rooms for a family of four are really great. Rooms are spacious. Located near Tokyo station is a plus. Easy access to sights seeing and airport. Didn't purchase breakfast package as the eating area is too small and breakfast spread is limited. I highly recommend this place to stay in Tokyo.

Amazing location just a short walk from Tokyo station. Also located across the road from where the limousine bus picks up/drops off for services to & from the airports. Beautiful & modern with very helpful staff. Breakfast included was simple but ample, especially if you need something quick before setting off for sightseeing. Will definitely book again.

The hotel is only 5 mins walk from Tokyo JR Station and Nihonbashi Metro station. Extremely convenient! The room was much larger than I expect and considering the location and price, I would recommend it to everyone who will travel to Tokyo. The drink corner at the lobby is also user-friendly, open 24/7, so whenever you felt like a sip, you can go and help yourself with coffee and soft drinks
