VERY GOOD SERVICE”
I had trouble during my trip in Japan but the staff at the hotel helped us a lot! This trip I lost my bag so I informed the policeman but I did not have the mobile phone number so I gave the Hotel number to policeman. My last day in Japan, the hotel received the imformation from the policeman that they found my bag but at that time the police station was going to close (around 5-6 pm) so the staff at the hotel tried to communicate to the policeman, told them to wait for me. Finally I got my bag back! Because of thier help (both hotel staff and policeman), I'm so impressed! Furthermore, the room was very clean and there were shampoo, hair conditioner, soap, body lotion, slipper, pyjamas, hair dryer, TV and etc. in the room. And the hotel prepared the hot water, coffee, tea, earpick, shower cap, hair band and etc. at the front on the 2nd fl. The maid is so cute! I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and I told the maid not to clean the room for 1 day (normally they clean the room everyday!) Although, they didn't clean the room for me because of my requirement but they brought the new towels, pyjamas, slipper, etc. to me, that is so cute! The location is pretty good about 200-300 m. from the subway and there was a cafe at the 1 floor of this hotel and the hotel is located opposite the Tsukiji fish market! And there's a cafe named "Jonathan's" which is located opposite the hotel, this cafe open 24 hrs there's food, dessert, beverage and bakery and everything is delicious especially "French Toast"

Best hotel we booked!”
This hotel was one of the best we booked! Please expect the rooms to be slightly small but otherwise the stay is great and if you let them clean your room you get new sleeping clothes everyday. The fact we were so close to the Tsukiji Fish market we ate almost every morning there. The subway is also very close and if you want some shopping, you walk another 10-15 min you will be at the fashion street of Ginza. Very good location!!We will book for sure for our next trip to Japan!

Hotel with Great Location, Staff and Facilities”
Located at a lovely location, with 3 minutes walk to nearest metro station and 5 minutes walk to the Tsukiji Outer Market. Sushi Dai or the Sushi Zanmai chain is only 10 minutes away from the hotel for sushi lovers. Staff were helpful, friendly and can converse in English without any problems. Room is clean and the hotel also provides free hot beverages and a range of other toiletries. Would choose the same hotel again if we were to visit this part of Tokyo again.

We chose this place for its location - it’s in the middle of everything! It’s by Ginza, right across Tsukiji market and it is so easy to travel to the main districts - Ueno, Akihabara, Shinjuku, Ginza (walkable), Shibuya etc. We also appreciated how the staff cleaned our place every day and they were generous with the free coffee/tea. We also got a room with a great view (we could see the rainbow bridge from our window). We will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

Location-wise: Close to Tokyo station, has a metro at walking distance, and has Starbucks and convenience stores nearby(you can also include breakfast in the order to eat at a cafe which is on the 1st floor). Facility-wise: has a menu for ordering pizza and drinks(not the hotel but outside couriers like domino's), and nearby place for massage. Also has a large tv screen and a big bed(the room is small so the bed occupies 95% of the room but it's what you would expect for a price of 4500 yen). The price is very good, I paid prices closer to this one when I was sleeping in capsule hotels so this is great.

Can't Miss Stay In Tokyo, Ginza”
It was wonderfully staffed and the space and price for the room are fantastic. A quick walk to a number of the Tokyo Metro stops and still walkable to major JR lines, KEIKYU EX INN Higashi-Ginza -Tokyo Ginza Tsukiji was great as a traveling couple but appears to be an excellently located stay for those on business as well. All guests we ran into were older and had no noise disturb any part of our stay. A spacious bathroom and room lay out your goods. Only knock was lack of TV, limited to YouTube News, but you don't come to Tokyo for your hotel TV.

Small room size as normal as in japan. Bed is really comfortable. This hotel can be reach by train and exit from Higashi-Ginza station exit 5 and walk straight. VOD can be purchased directly 1000 yen per day using suica in room which means no need to go to pay at reception. Tsukiji market is just a short walk away.

best hotel to stay in ginza”
i stayed for 4d 3n and i would love to recommend this place to everyone who wants to stay in ginza, the place is really near to metro station, bus stop and many good food places. it walkable to ginza and tsukiji market, and they have the good place for solo travelers, worth your money. the toilet its big tho and the service is good. would like to stay in this place again if i visit tokyo!

Room is bigger than expected. Can fit in two 26” luggage (if you know how to rearrange your space). Bed is comfy, amenities provided are all good. Location wise is good too. It’s accessible to train station. There is free coffee/tea provided at the lobby. Recommended!

The apartment is great, plenty of space and a full kitchen. You have to ask for kitchen utensils in the lobby, but they have a great variety. The owner is really wonderful and always ready to help.

Friendly staff . Clean rooms. Good location. Excellent accommodations. There is a LAWSON (Japans version of a convenience store) right next to the hotel- which came in handy for a quick morning breakfast when on the go.
