We needed a place to stay in this side of surin, and this place served our needs well. Nothing too fancy and there seemed to be a lot of things they could fine you for. But, overall an average stay. The flooring was very slippery, so if that is a problem, then don't stay here.

No elevator”

If you want to stay ground floor because of no elevator, you have to pay more.

Basic”

Basic facilities and friendly staff. Outside the center of town with quiet sorroundings and not much tourist activities in the neighbourhood. Over all a good experience.

We were a family of 5 including an 80 years old grandma who can still walk smoothly been to Surin for the very first time to attend a wedding party from Bangkok by overnight sleeper train and I booked this hotel in last minute without consulting anyone (this’s my mistake) as it showed on the map it’s close to the Surin hospital but actually I know nothing about the area. We stayed at this hotel 1 night and found out upon check in that it’s faraway from anything so make you book the room including breakfast basis otherwise if you accompany your family with children or seniors you need to go 2-3 km to downtown to find a restaurant or a minimart. As it’s a new hotel, the rooms were clean and the bedsheets too but the towels were too old (it supposed the quality of cleaning that made white towel became yellow with stains). As I booked the rooms excluding breakfast (with a thought that we will discover and enjoy some local food and the morning market) we checked in late after 11.30pm and we didn’t have our own car until our relatives picked us up again the next morning at 12pm so I need to accompany my family to cross the road in front of the hotel to catch a local minibus (which was full of passengers) to the city for breakfast because there was “really nothing around” the hotel and we woke up a bit too late to pay for hotel breakfast in extra. We managed to get back to the hotel exactly at 12.05pm. My relatives who picked us up by 2 cars arrived a bit earlier called me that the 2 men at the reception were very rude to them said they called us into the rooms a couple of times but there was no answer, they have no idea whether we left or disappeared from the hotel without checking out. It’s time to checkout and they need the rooms for other groups (the hotel was empty and when I checked out at 12.15pm I didn’t see any single hotel guests). I gave my mobile number at check in and no one reach me at all by saying such rude thing to my guests that we had disappeared witho

Poor Breakfast”

Not suitable for Families”

It's a pretty good place in many respects, it's a simple place in general. The issue I had is that our room had animal dung (mouse or lizard, not sure and we argued with the staff about this) spread throughout the room. It was in the bed, on the bed, on the floor, in the bathroom. It wasn't really clean even by the simple standads one must be willing to adhere to in a smaller City such a serve in the Thai countryside. This place is not suitable for children or families it might work for a young couple or someone looking for a very quiet place but I wouldn't recommend it for families

A room is clean and fills with comfort beds. There are only 3 floors and is not elevator not good for elderly and disabilities. One thing needs to be improved is that it uses normal tiles in its bathroom slippery when the floor is wet. Hotel should put anti slippery mat in the shower area and dry area to prevent any accident

Nice hotel but very far from anything ”

This hotel is more than 5 km from the train and bus stations and requires a transport. It is a new facility, rooms are large and nice, but no water heater and coffee stuff in the rooms. Owner asked 200 Baht to check out 4 hr late at 4 pm, I offered 200 B to check out at 5 Pm but he did not accept. Then I asked at least a 1 hour courtesy late check out at 1 pm, but he was not willing to so I had to really push back hard to get this 1 hr late check out which is given easily at other hotels. So even though this hotel is new and rooms are clean, in my opinion it fails in the management and welcoming side.
