מלון במיקום מעולה, ממש ליד תחנת הרכבת וברובע שיבויה המקסים והמרכזי. נקודת התורפה היא ארוחת הבוקר, היא ללא שום גיוון (היינו 8 לילות),אם לוקחים את הארוחה המערבית מקבלים משהו מיקרוסקופי ממש. החדר עצמו היה נקי מאוד עם מכונת קפה וחלוקי רחצה. הצוות אדיב אבל רובו מתקשה באנגלית

להקפיד להזמין חדר מסוג ANNEX חדר נעים. סימפטי. מואר. נוח לאדם יחיד. להבנתי חדר שאינו מוגדר ANNEX. קטן יותר, חשוך, פחות סימפטי הערה : אין קומקום לשתיה חמה בחדר!

Good location”
It was in a good location. West exit from shibuya mrt. Cross e bridge and a bit of upslope. 5mins to reach. Near to convenience shops and some eateries. Away from the bustle of shibuya shopping area. Staff were helpful and rooms were clean. A bit space constraint in opening large luggages in the room but its overall ok. If you planning to take the shuttle airport bus from the nearby cerulean tokyu tower hotel hmmm recheck your timings. The timings on the information computer at the lobby to haneda airport are not correct. Other than that all was good.

Close to Shibuya Station and Shibuya Crossing”
Our stay in Shibuya was amazing because of our accommodation. The staff are the nicest, they speak English well and was friendly. The rooms are clean and always stocked, they are cleaned and refreshed everyday. The location was perfect, it's about 3-5 minute walk to Shibuya Station and Shibuya Crossing. Overall highly recommended and will definitely stay here again.

Nice stay”
I had a very nice stay at this hotel, it was nice and quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was really nice and helpful when I had questions. It is also less than 5 mins away from Shibuya station which was a big plus for me. The only thing that I would say was off in the room was it looked like they had tried to stick the switch for one of the sidelights to the wall and it was peeling off and I couldn't tell if the shower curtain was designed that way but there seemed some off coloring on the bottom but nothing that totally ruined the room. Also sometimes after coming back on a really sunny day the room was a bit warm. Also, the hotel is on a bit of a hill so just remember that after a fun filled day out! For the price, this was a really great hotel and would not mind staying again during my next visit to Japan!

Best in Shibuya”
The hotel is just 3 mins away from Shibuya station so it really is very easy to go around not just Shibuya, but the whole of Tokyo! There are a number of convenience stores, ramen places, Yakiniku Restaurants in the area so food should not be a problem. Shopping centers are just 5 -10 minutes away too. But the best reason for me is their staff. So helpful, friendly and engaging, especially the old guy taking care of the restaurant.

Memorable Stay”
Modern and very close to the JR Shibuya, just exit from Hachiko and cross over the overhead bridge. Good water pressure at the shower and clean room. Will consider stays in the same hotel again if there’s a good deal.. Staffs are helpful and theres money changer machine.

Stayed here before and will again”
The first time I ever came to Tokyo, I stayed at Shibuya Granbell and thoroughly enjoyed it. 6 years later, I've returned and the area has had quite abit of redevelopment done. It has become even more easier to travel around with luggage and lot's of new areas to explore. If, you're like me and came to japan to snowboard and need to lug it around. Worry not, there are many elevators around to get to Granbell and even to the NEX platform at Shibuya Station.

Excellent hotel”
Excellent hotel. Excellent location, rooms are not large, but well equipped, quiet and comfortable,. The service is courteous and excellent. Breakfast is very simple, but satisfying. We're sure we'll be back there on the next trip to Tokyo

A lot of comfort utility and style in just enough sized rooms”
This is within an easy walking distance of the Shibuya station (buses, trains, taxis). We had rented two rooms (one for myself one for my 18 year old niece) and they allowed us to extend one for a late checkout (for a small extra charge) so we had a cool and comfortable place to rest up before our late in the day return train to the airport. They have a nice little tea coffee dispenser in the lobby area that makes for a great little refresher when coming and going. The only thing that I would not repeat is the buffet breakfast - it was fine but didn't seem worth the value when there are other convenience food near by (including the Shibuya crossing starbucks if you are in search of early morning coffee).

Excellent hotel in a good location ”
I got a single room and space was alright compare to other standard Japanese rooms. Location was excellent within walking distance of the Shibuya district area and within minutes of the station. WiFi was fast and staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Repeated stay”
Love the location of the hotel. Food can be found within seconds from hotel, Shibuya crossing is just 5-10mins walk. Downside of the hotel now is that construction is going on around so to get to Narita express takes slightly longer. About 10-15mins walk. Other than that, this hotel is our favourite still

Would stay again”
Great location that is a 6 minute walk from the Shibuya station and Shibuya crossing! We didn't stay much at our hotel room but when we did, it was quiet and comfortable. We liked how the room was clean with a fairly large bathroom and fast wifi. There's no gym or concierge but the hotel provides lots of free maps and free water, tea, and coffee if that adds to anything. I would definitely stay here again.

It's not bad”
If you're looking for a hotel in the greater Tokyo Metropolitan area, you can certainly find cheaper than this place. But, if you're looking specifically for a hotel in Shibuya, I'd say this is a really great hotel. It's located close to the Shibuya train station, and is also close, but not too close to the famous Shibuya crossing. There are plenty of places to eat near the hotel as well, so you don't need to struggle to find a place to eat, as you can just wander around and find something very easily.

Perfect location ”
Hotel is minutes from the station. Lots of restaurants next to it. Hotel rooms was normal size from Tokyo hotels. Price was very good for location.

Excellent location in Shibuya”
Excellent location, within 5min walk to the famous Shibuya Crossing and Hachiko statue. If you are visiting during the cherry blossom season, the street beside the hotel is amazingly beautiful with rows of trees blossoming. Room is not very big and challenging to fit a baby cot with 2 large-size luggage, though it is still possible. Japanese-style breakfast is not fantastic for 1200 yen, recommend looking for breakfast elsewhere.
