Very Nice Place”

My husband and I chose this place since we lost our other accommodation last minute. The location was near multiple subway stations and Korean restaurants and shopping. The staff were very friendly and kind. There was always someone at the front desk.

Clean room. Around 15-20 mins walk from Shinjuku station, but very near to Shin-Okubo station. Anyway, the wall is quite thin, we can hear when the people walk above us.

Great place to stay”

Location was great. Short distance from Shin-Okubo station and easy to locate. Room is spacious. Separated bathroom & toilet. Staff are nice and friendly. 7-11 is just few metres away. Great place to stay.

Excellent”

Would definitely stay again. Spotless, 2 free bottles of water plus more for sale at reception, giant room by japanese standards, bidet (yay!), TV, desk, great staff, will hold luggage before and after check in / check out, great location a couple of mins from station & plenty of food options. Only negative is they only have twin beds, otherwise i would organise to come back with my partner later in the year.

Nice and clean”

Located in Korean town in Tokyo. The town has unique international atmosphere. Over all, it's a nice affordable hotel.

Clean, Nice Staff”

Even thou the hotel is small and a bit pricy. The room is kind of big compare to other hotel in Japan, very clean. they don't have elevator, but staff is very nice to help us bring our lugage up and down from/to second floor.

They print out a paper and made a call for me when I stuck into the next day's vacancy for the other hotels. You can trust them will help you as much as they can and even better. The room is clean. With shower cap will be better. I feel safe to stay here and it's also quiet though my room is next to the stairs.

Quite good and nice”

Everything is good especially tidy up room everyday for us to stay four days there, staff can communicate in English! Just no lift landing, towel had special smell and not good sound isolation.

在這個地點價格很佛心，員工人都很好，大概有留學生，或是學過外語的，年齡長的雖然只會日文，但是會盡力用谷歌翻譯幫忙。沒有電梯，需要自己扛行李上樓。附近就有藥店。在巷子裡，可能有點不好找。

位置佳，前台服務態度好，可惜硬件配套很差”

優: 酒店位於新大久保站旁邊一條巷子內，位置很好，於JR站步行數分鐘便到達，附近還有一間7-11，走幾步就到。 前台服務員態度很好，很有熱誠 劣: 隔音差得恐怖，樓上或隔壁走路的聲音都清晰可以聽到，像板間房。 設施陳舊和簡陋，比較像賓館 沖涼房花灑水壓低和水溫不穩 總括而言，勉強地住了兩個晚上，但不會考慮再次入住，平均每晚房價700塊港幣，可以有其他更好的選擇。

房間樓底很矮,床很小,有點簡陋的感覺!但還是很整潔的
