Excellent Hotel, Location, & Customer Service”
This hotel has everything you need! Location is everything! Only ate at the breakfast buffet which was awesome! Restaurants around the area are plentiful! Proximity to train station is awesome! 5 minute walk and you're on your way, anywhere, including bullet train! It's safe, clean and the staff if more than accommodating! This is the best location in Tokyo, I think! Have fun traveling!

Hotel is just across the road from Shinagawa station with many food joints around; 7-11 is at level 2, there's a cinema, bowling alley, aquarium, etc. Great for those who lands at Haneda Airport and wishes to discard luggage at hotel asap. Shinagawa is an interchange for many railways and shinkasen so travelling around is easy. The twin room in the Annex Tower is good enough for our petite family; the 2 beds are put side by side so can fit the 4 of us. Hotel allows us to keep luggage while we travel to other parts of Japan before coming back to stay in Tokyo. Only con is the reception is located at level 7 but it wasn't stated clearly in Agoda's website so we had gone over to the main tower and had to go a big round. Easier to reach by turning right at traffic light and turning left at McDonalds.

Convenience”
Traveled with 2 young children and this hotel made it very easy. Staff was very friendly and hotel was very clean. Lots of amenities with included a food court, drug store, 7-11 and many more. Probably the best this is the train station was right across the street. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with my wife we had a great buffet breakfast in the morning which was good value and the room was clean. The staff have excellent customer service skills. Well recommend

Perfect location”
We took the shinkansen from shinosska to Shinagawa. The hotel is right across. They have different lobbies as it is a huge hotel complex. You have to check in either at the main, annex or tower. You scan your key at the elevator and it stops at your floor, scan the key at your door and it opens. There was a Catholic church up the road passing Royal Host and Outback. Mass on a Sunday was at 8am. We enjoyed our stay in a triple room which we did not find cramped.

Very close to the Shinagawa station where you can take a Shinkansen train, but there is a wonderful aquarium inside the hotel area where you can see the spectacular dolphins shows and other beautiful fish and sea creatures. There is a high tech movie theater next to the aquarium, too. There are a Seven-eleven convenient store in the hotel, many other shops and restaurants around the hotel.

The hotel is located right across the Station. Within walking distance to everything that you need from food, clothing, transportation and sites. The staff was excellent and the check in was quick. Will stay here again when in Shinagawa. ありがとうございました

Great Location ”
Easy access to almost anywhere in central Tokyo, Yokohama and Kamakura. Except during rush hours. But that’s almost true anywhere in central Tokyo. Close to access to convenience stores, shopping, recreation and attractions. And day trips outside of Tokyo. But again consider rush hours, Shinagawa is a major train station for commuters using the Yamanote central Tokyo circle line.

Convenient, safe, good price”
Just across the street from Shinagawa station on Keikyu line from Haneda Airport about half an hour. Or the Airport Bus is another option. If prices for meals are pricey at hotel there is a Mc Donalds and Mango Cafe next door. Room and bathroom are roomy enough. Safe, clean, very clean smelling shampoo, conditioner and body cleanser. We stayed in the main tower. Impressive lobby. They have a cloak room on the 2 nd floor to keep your luggage after you check out.

Top service, top location and room with views of Tokyo from the top”
After years visiting Tokyo, I got to the right hotel to enjoy the city, do business meetings and have a great rest. Room was ready by 9 am when I came, an extra mile. I will be back.

Convenience is everything”
i stay with my wife and a 6 year old kid. The hotel was great, decent size room with loads of facilities in the hotel. Theres a yamamoto courier on the 2nd floor in the hotel. All in all we had a great stay there!

Been to Tokyo 8 times, Prince hotel is the best location and hotel we have stayed so far in Tokyo. Just across Shinagawa station, hotel with full facilities equipped. Definitely will be back and staying here again.

Excellent Location”
Located just across the road from Shinagawa Station, this hotel was an amazing find, with comfortable beds and amazing views from the higher floors. The best part was honestly the proximity to the train station.

Best location for overseas visitors.”
We have just stayed at this hotel for 5 days in April 2019 after doing some homework on where best to stay in Tokyo I’m so glad we picked this hotel. Firstly you can’t beat its location if you are travelling and sightseeing. It’s easy to get to yet away from crowded hectic areas. It’s literally across the road from JR Shinagawa train station. Get a JR pass before you get to Japan. This station is a central and large station so you can catch all lines and bullet trains from here. When you get out at Shinagawa station head to the central gate exit , cross the lights and enter the shopping centre, walk past McDonald’s for entry to hotel. Pros location, buffet breakfast, friendly service, self check out, restaurants in hotel plus lower level shopping arcade with convenience store. Cons: they allow some floors to be smoking you normally can’t smell anything on non smoking floors except when patrons sneak a smoke in always one idiot! Main tower has larger rooms. Will stay here again!
