Charming stay in delightful Tokyo ”
I loved this hotel! Everything was perfect - the location, the amenities (my favourite part!) the staff, the rooms. The variety of amenities both in the room and available to pick up (for free) in the reception were fantastic. I felt like a well-cared-for, valued guest just based on these things alone. The rooms were small by Western standards, but as a solo traveler I liked the snug fit. My parents had their own room across the hall from mine (even though we made our reservations separately and checked in late at night, the hotel still managed to get us in rooms across from each other without us even having to ask - I appreciate the attention to detail.) with a slightly larger bed but the room itself was the same size. My only minor complaints about the room was that the TV seemed to be only have Japanese channels, even one or two English channels would have been nice, and the pillows were very uncomfortably firm. Location is great with lots of transport and food options nearby.

Excellent Service”
First of all, lots of skin care samples are provided in front desk. That's satisfying. Also, an electronic scale is available for us to measure our luggage! Staff is friendly and has really good attitude. Location is good as it is located near Tokyo Station and the Subway, around 7 mins. There is convenient store just next to the hotel. The security level is high as well. Price is really acceptable!! I will visit this hotel again if I visit Tokyo!

Good value to money”
Nice location, near Kyobashi Subway Station Exit6. Not many choices for breakfast but that’s fine for us. The room was clean and spacious enough for 3 people with 3 luggages. The staff were nice and polite. Like this place, will stay here again next time

perfect location if you are travelling by train as it is close to tokyo station. The area is not very touristy, more business district. thus is advantage as you stay away from all the hustle and bustle, bit more relaxing.

Staff were very accomodating, friendly and approachable. Room is very clean and basic stuff are available in the room. About a 10 minute walk to Tokyo central station bery close to local train stations.

Location about 800 metres walk to Ginza, clean and very friendly staff. Happy to stay here, save all the travel. Ramen shop around the corner, must try.

Near Tokyo station”
Convenient place with good facilities. Hotel had all the amenities, facial mask, bath salts etc provided for free. All this after a good tour around the city. Recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Tokyo

Satisfied with our stay here. Walking distance to Tokyo Station, Family Mart and 7-11. Great customer service. Fast check in and check out. Definitely will stay here again when we go back to Tokyo.

The room was small but that's normal in Tokyo. The hotel was in pristine condition. Its within walking distance of the Tokyo train station, Imperial Palace and Ginza, but the street is quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location walking distance from Tokyo station”
Pros: great location, clean up to date facilities, nice sample size DHC amenities, staff is wonderful Cons: the PILLOW ARE HIGH AND HARD. You end up having a bent neck all night which was not comfortable. PLEASE CHANGE THOSE PILLOWS!!

Quiet location, convenient (nearby Family Mart n walking distance to shopping streets), walking distance to Tokyo Station (we were going to Osaka after the stay here). Very friendly helpful staff.

I stayed in deluxe room and premier room. Both of them are the same in design except that premier room is a bit larger. In my opinion, I like deluxe room more than premier room because it has 2 wardrobes and bigger mirror at a vanity. The location is near Kyobashi station and Takaracho station and walkable (with large luggage) to Tokyo station. There are 7-11 and Family mart close to the hotel.

I was visiting with my son from NY; we had trouble finding the hotel but once we got there it was very nice and clean, with a great breakfast buffet. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance from Tokyo Station and close to a main street.

Location is near to Train Station. Hotel staff is friendly and nice. Free coffee is available at lobby (machine) and family mart is near by.
