Excellent stay!”

The hotel was near the train staition Ueno and easy to find. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. We came back when we return to Tokyo before flying home. I recomend it. They even had the room, where we could leave our baggega before leaving to the airport. Stay like that. :)

Comfortable and clean hotel”

I was surprised with this price they do daily housekeeping. The location is a convenient location to stay. 20 minutes walking to Asakusa Culture Tourist Information and 25 minutes walking to Akihabara.

Good Location, Good Service mind This hotel near Inaricho station. if u love walking around u can walk to kappabashi, asakusa, ueno, have mini stop, family mart, lawson natural, and lawson 100 yen have lift on exit 3. for me everything is very convenience i really love hotel's staff, all of them are very kind, helpful, kawaii stay again!

The location is great, 10 minutes walk to Ueno station. 2 minutes to subway Inaricho. The room is small but I knew before the reservation. Room is well equipped and the cleaner came very day.

Very suggested place to stay in tokyo for the budget! Very near to the station (Inaricho st. subway, abt less then 5 min) Good stuff, they speak english fluently! And the best part is,they have fullyfurnish kitchente (oven,microawave,wash mch etc!)

Lost Shirt & No Liquid soap and hair conditioner but near Inaricho stn.”

We stayed for 11 Nights. My umbrella and my shirt got lost. After that some staff (Men who enter duty at night)from the greetings every morning and evening Not to say hello anymore. After the 2nd night, the room wasn't clean enough , too dusty. However reamaining staff was very nice. Ps. If you are interested in this hotel ,you should buy liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner before check in.

Location was great, about 5 minutes walk from Inaricho metro subway station. (1 station away from Ueno) Room is decently clean and quite small (Western people please consider), it’s totally fine. Has a laundry room with free soap and a coffee vendo machine at the ground floor. This hotel is more like a hostel type where they allow you to cook and do laundry at the ground floor. There are many shops/ restaurant within the area and just slight walk to Ameyeko market . Overall was a good stay if you are looking for a cheaper hotel option within Tokyo.

The location was superb. A few minutes walk to subway "inricho" and "ueno" is also in walking distance. There were mini marts and restaurants nearby. The staffs were definitely friendly and helpful. We stayed in a bunk bed room. The room was clean and lovely decoarted. Everything needed was provided including a "yukata". I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Tokyo.

Value hotel in Ueno, Tokyo ”

We stayed for 3 days in Tokyo after visited Osaka and Kyoto. The hotel was abt 12mins walk fr JR Ueno Station. This hotel is more like a hostel type where they allow you to cook and do laundry at the ground floor. There are many shops/ restaurant within the area and just slight walk to Ameyeko market . Overall was a good stay if you are looking for a cheaper hotel option within Tokyo.

We arrived hotel around 10 am at the first day. Staff are very nice and let us check-in earlier. The room is bigger that we image. The toilet is tiny but clean. Hotel provide tableware and locker on 1F. Service is good, we can keep our luggage even checked out. It will be perfect if hotel provide bathing gel rather than soap. It is too dry in Toyko even raining outside. We stayed a week and absolutely will reservation Stayto once more on our next trip!

The hotel is near to metro but far from JR station. Glad that hotel allowed me to check in early. The room is standard Japanese room and very clean, quite & the bed is comfy. The reception speak good English.

Off Asakusa Street, great value for money in a convenient location ”

Stayto Hotel & Hostel is ubicated in a convenient location off Asakusa Street. I stayed there on and off many times. On my opinion it has great value for money. I meet there travelers from everywhere around the world. The staff is extremely kind, helpful and efficient. There is a small kitchenette, big enough to prepare your own meal -for me has been very convenient since as a vegan isn't easy to get good inexpensive meals every day-. Other facilities are on the standard. Highly recommanded. -R!cca+

Friendly staffs and safe environment”

Place is clean and staffs are very helpful and friendly. Had a good stay with them. Do take note their wifi is stronger at lounge and quite weak in the room probably because my room is all the way at the end of the corridor. Not sure for other rooms. Great location to inaricho mrt and walkable distance to Ueno JR station. Right outside, there is a ministop mart and along the way to nearby mrt stations there are a number of food stalls that operate 24hours. Would definitely recommend for solo travellers!

Friendly staff. Great experience ”

After staying for a few nights in the capsule hotel we found this roomy and relaxing. The bathroom is small but adequate for Asians. The tatami beds on the floor was very surprisingly comfortable. I would come here again.

Bargain”

Great value for your money. We booked a small non smoking room with a bunk bed. The room is small and the beds are very sturdy, comfortable, and clean. The staff is also very friendly and there are many great food places near by including a family mart. Would definitely stay again.

good staff and well-equipped environment”

The size of room is small, but everything is quiet good. Staff is very friendly and good in English. The only one thing I am not satisfied is light smoke flavor in lobby. I guess some tourists made it, though smoking is inhibited definitely.

A great 3 nights!”

I had a restful 3 nights of sleep in my lovely, cozy Japanese room at Stayto. Room was a good size and it was kept clean in all the days of my stay. Staff was very accommodating, efficient and they all spoke on English very well. Hotel location was very near bus stops and a train station. I definitely plan to book my next trip with them when I go back to Tokyo! Thank you!
