Clean, Modern and Cosy”
The room was relatively spacious for Tokyo. It was clean and very comfortable. The hotel is is right next to the metro station. There was coffee for guests in the lobby, and the fact that they also enured that the lobby was scented was a nice touch.

Small but cheap...”
Space is at a premium in Tokyo, so you have to be prepared for small rooms - and these are very small. However, the staff are all excellent, there is good, free coffee, and the optional extra breakfast looked to be good value (although we did not try this). The hotel is close to the metro (100 yards), and close to some very good and reasonably priced restaurants. It is also close to food marts with a good daily selection of bento boxes.

We had a comfortable stay for a rather affordable price in Tokyo. Tiny room but had everything one will need for a short stay.

Next to metro exit, quiet surrounding. Nice and clean room, comfy bed and pillow. Plus, free coffee at the lobby.

front desk is efficient and helpful, many of them can speak good English. I basically enjoyed the stay except that the drainage of the bath tub was very poor, for the entire stay. It will reach few inches up my feet and it wasn't definitely disgusting. Need great improvement as I recalled it happened in my previous stays in 2018/2019.

Super close to the subway but not th JR station, so plan your travels or you'll end up like me who had to drag my baggage 10 min to get there. Also, right outside of the hotel was a 24hr grocery, superb coffee, and noodles (recommended by the staff).

The B”
TL;DR - The room was okay overall, but the staff were excellent. I would come back again for their attentiveness. COST We stayed from Oct 4th-10th and it cost about $660. LOCATION It is in Akihabara, but it's not close to Akihabara station. It's like a 10 minute walk. It's actually closest to Awajicho station entrance. Regardless, it's still close enough without it being ridiculously crowded. OVERALL The room is quite tiny, but that's typical for hotels in Tokyo. They also have a washer/dryer and some vending machines in the building, which was much appreciative. What made this hotel stand out to me was the service. There was a day that my husband and I were outside to figuring out where we were going it and it was starting to rain. The front desk staff came outside and brought us umbrellas to use. It was helpful all day.

Great location of a great Hotel”
This was my second time I stayed at this hotel and I find nothing to complain about - well if anything ,maybe that the breakfast cold offer more selections, but its enough for me to get by. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable, the size is not an issue for me since i seldom spend much of my time in the hotel except form some sleeping.
