Sawasdee krub, Khun Pichet, thank you very much for your kind feedback of your stay, with the word "Big room but accessories not working" we have researched and found out that it was a problem with the jucuzzi tub system was not working during your stay. However, after your departure we found it was the electrical issue and fixed it right away. Until now it is working fine. Thank you very much for your stay with us recently. We do apologize for what have made you feel disappointed but it can be explain each of thing you mentioned. It's far away: If you mean our resort is far away from the beach, then I would say YES but within 20-25 mins to the nearest PATONG beach. Staff cannot speak English and not read Thai: Our receptionist are all Thai but they are able to understand what you have requested and follow up checking the Ferry to Lanta Island which include a taxi to take you to Ratsada pier before your departure. The minibar was not working: The minibar fridge is working normally but Due to Covid 19 we were running low occupancy then minibar have taken out. We are selling some cold drinks at lobby instead. Aircon not cool enough: Our Housekeeping and Engineer tested it together and it works normally. Bathtub took almost a hour to filled up: There are 2 points of the hot and cold tap and normally can open it at same time, 20 mins can fill up.
