Great Hotel, Nice Part of Tokyo”
Came here with my wife to see a concert in the area. We had been to Tokyo before but never stayed in this area. It was easy to find and we took the bus from the airport which dropped us off right at the hotel. Very easy to access. The area around the hotel has lots of shopping and nice scenery. We enjoyed walking through the parks and going to the waterfront. It's right on the subway line and getting around the city from there was simple. Check in was fine and the room was all as described and pictured. The bed is a little small for two to sleep comfortably, but the price was worth the mild discomfort for the two nights we stayed. Well-recommended if you have a purpose in this area of Tokyo.

2 train stations very near the hotel, (7-11....Daily store and Lawson convenient stores) all 3 are outside of train station and the hotel. FREE SHUTTLE BUS TO DISNEYLAND, AIRPORT SHUTTLE BUS BEST to hotel. we bought return tickets to airport at the hotel. Staff is very helpful. Holds luggage for free. I'm a big American & companion average...room small as compared to American Standards but we slept well and shower/bathroom was big/nice.. then zoomed across Tokyo to some fantastic places. Just wished Suica IC Card JR lines offices had a better way to return for refund on the cards. They close too early. Better if 24 hour office in the airport for travelers. Stuck with 2 cards 500 Yen each. We did drain the cards at the 7-11 before we left. It is just not cost effective to travel to a refund office and back to the hotel... we figured it would use up all the 500Y. I do not think you would find a better hotel & Staff for the price, convenience, & quality in Tokyo.

Another exceptional experience ❤️”
Came back to stay here as I promised 2years ago, when I visited Odaiba. This time around (last March 2020), the service, amenities and the value still hasn’t change, still wonderful! But... something unexpected happened to my bf, he forgot his fossil watch, and some other anime stuff he bought, he mistakenly left it inside the drawer in the room. Unfortunately he didn’t noticed it until we’re already in Osaka a couple days after. But after realizing it, we immediately called the hotel and described it all, the receptionist was very nice and patient checking into it. After asking the manager about it and explained the situation, eventually they found it, and everything was still there in their lost&found section. Thank God, there’s nothing missing. He was so happy to hear it. They said we can pick it up anytime we can, so we scheduled few days later, so we can come back to Tokyo as scheduled. We were so glad & grateful that everything went well with the pick up. Their customer service is truly, always the best!! ❤️

Good location and value for the price”
This property was in an excellent location as a jumping off point for all parts of Tokyo. The hotel was easy to find and offered free coin lockers which was a plus for us. The rooms were good size and very quiet. The only down side was the firmness of the bed. We would stay again.

4 stations away from Disney”
Good place if you're going to Disneyland. Love the facilities and value for money. Location is far and expensive if you want to go to the city center (tokyo, shibuya, etc) but if you want a place close to Disney(especially if you get tired easily) then I recommend this place. (they also have a shuttle to Disney upon request)

Very pleased with the hotel. The hotel also had an option of a shuttle bus to the airport which was incredibly convenient as it was my last night of holidays. There were some very nice restaurants in the connected complex, plus some great areas to visit.

Great Hotel... close to Teamlab Borderless which is why we chose this area... very friendly staff and room normal size for Japan but had King bed which was nice

In the heart of Daiba”
Whether using the hotel for a base, when visiting an event on Odaiba, or simply loocing for a quiet place during a longer stay in Tokyo this recommends itself highly. A few steps from a direct line into the big city, and amid Odaiba's own wonders.

Nice location! Nice staff! And we received a free upgrade to a 4ppl room even we stay one nite only. So we have enough room to open our luggages in the room!

If you want to stay in a nearby disney affordable hotel, then I recommend this one. (Much better if you score a good deal!)

Excellent Service”
Rooms are ok but you cannot open the window and the Aircon does not cool. It turns on automatically 3 minutes after entering the room, so if you like a cool room temperature then make sure to turn it off manually. Excellent service at the hotel and a very good breakfast buffet.

everything is excellent but wifi is very BAD CONNECTION. I could not working in the room .

I specifically selected this hotel since I wanted to visit the Teamlab Borderless Exhibit.

Very convenient ”
Between 2 monorail stations and very close to them. Just 2 monorail stations away from the new fish market. Easy to get to from Haneda Airport as well. Convenient to Odaiba area as well.

Serve the purpose ”
Travelled with 2 kids! Arrived at the hotel via airport limousine without having to worry about big luggages. Direct shuttle bus transfer to Disneyland and DisneySea is absolutely perfect for families!

upgrade to big room ”
we book room in west style room for 2 people but front desk upgraded us to be 4 people Japanese style room for free!! so suprised!!
