Last minute trip to Lake Havasu & was pleased to find a "deal" to stay at The Heat, reading about the hotel we knew it was geared more towards the active/party crowd but we were going during the week & found the hotel extremely quiet. Allison the manager is in the best position, her upbeat personality & spoke very highly of the hotel & area. Our room had the best view of the London Bridge & view of the boats coming/going, the night lights on the bridge are awesome, the balcony is large enough to enjoy without the sun beating in on you, the morning/afternoon sun are blocked. The bed/pillows are sooo comfy !!! And the view of the bridge while laying in bed with with a nice breeze when you have the sliding glass doors open in the mornings is perfect. HUGE & soft towels we a welcomed sight, the water pressure/hot water is a big bonus in the huge shower along with the fancy ultra huge tub. We enjoyed our two night stay and will stay here again. The beach area is within walking distance.

Modern, Clean, & Reasonable”
We have stayed at HEAT 2 weeks now. Modern/Millennial type of hotel. Right on the canal, beautiful views of the London Bridge, and the best bed in a Hotel in AZ. Large rooms, with large bathrooms. Upbeat, close to multiple shops, restaurants and bars (1-5 minutes/right next door), and HEAT has its own bar which is very welcoming and a great place to have a drink and watch all the activities going on around. Easy access to the 95. We will stay here every time we come to Lake Havasu.

An interesting property. A bit Euro-Vegas feeling, slick design idea, although materials used could use an upgrade. Also a bit of a party hotel at least on the weekend. But Overall the staff was friendly and excellent, And this location is the absolute perfect spot next to the London Bridge and couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in Havasu. I loved our view of the canal & bridge!

Nettes Hotel in sehr guter Lage”
Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr großes Zimmer, gutes Bett, Balkon mit schöner Aussicht auf die London Bridge. Nur: Klimaanlage sehr laut, kann man während der Nacht eigentlich nicht einschalten. Hotel hat kein Restaurant.
