I forgot to make the payment during my stay at the hotel since I did not get to see the staff, but I was contacted several hours after checking out, and the manager very kindly asked for my permission to charge my card. Could not have asked for better service.

Very good hostel”
The hostel is very clean about three floor, position is near train station and metro. Just a little noisy in the night, there are drunk people nearby and talk loudly. I like the toilet, bath and kitchen, like at home. Staff is not always in, but no problem, just keep the key on the desk. The towel need to pay 200yen, we luckily have one in the baggage, therefore no need, but it’s still cheap, so it’s OK. Nice experience.

สะดวกมาก จากสนามบินคันไซ นั่งรถไฟสาย JR มาลงสถานี Kyobashi เดินไม่ถึง 5นาทีก็ถึงที่พัก จากที่พักเดินออกมาก็เจอร้านอาหาร Family mart, 7/11 สถานที่ใหม่ สะอาด สงบเงียบ พนักงานใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี I stay here for 10nights so I would recommended this place. It's very convenient to travel from Kansai airport directly by JR line to Kyobashi station and take less than 5 minutes from station to Lucky's hostel lots of great restaurants around also family mart and 7/11 only 2 minutes from here. The place is new, clean and quiet, the stuff is really friendly, speaks very good English. I love this place and will come back to stay here again.

Exceptional”
Lucky's hostel is amazing!! Really clean and beautifully designed by the owner, Saori. The bunks in the shared rooms are spacious and very comfortable! It is located in a small street around the corner from an area with lots of restaurants, can be a little difficult to find the first time around. A short 2 minute walk from Kyobashi Station and a 3 minute walk from the Keihan Railway. There's also a really big Family Mart (convenient store) and grocery store near by.

ビジネスで利用しました。駅歩いてスグ、繁華街の中なので立地も非常にGOODです。こちらのミスでカード決済ができていなかった際も迅速にメールで対応していただきました。無料でお部屋のアップグレードもしていただき感謝いたします。チェックイン時スタッフの方はいませんでしたが宿泊者の方が親切に施設を案内していただきました^^ 施設やお部屋もまるで自分の家のようで過ごしやすかったです、色々とありがとうございましたm(__)m

大阪城ホールまで歩いていけるところを探してこちらにしました。 実際、歩いていける範囲でした。 事前にメールで扉の開け方を教えていただき入ります。 夜遅かったので、スタッフはいませんでした。 共同のトイレはきれいですし、お部屋もきれいです。 １つだけ問題が・・・飲み屋街なのでとってもうるさいです。 耳栓がお部屋に置いてありましたし、寝てしまえば問題ないかとおもいます。
