Kids were excited the moment they entered the house, especially our twin girls! The toys/games kept them occupied. They won hairclips & hairband from the Hello Kitty claw machine, nice keepsake! Towels are microfiber, good quality. I like the little Hello Kitty details to almost every bit. Everything was perfect, owner was friendly with warm hospitality. There was no coffee/tea prepared due to the overlook from the new worker before our arrival, but owner compensated with rm20 for us to buy drinks at 711 downstairs. For us, that tops the impression about our stay way more than the nice place itself because we are always patrons of service than product. Check in check out was a breeze, clear instructions. The only downside was from neighbourhood who seemed to be unhappy with kids noise although it was in the afternoon. It wasn't easy to keep it down with their excitement being in a cute decorated place, so quite a shame. Worth a try for a fun thematic experience for little girls anyway!
