a decent and clean resort- though not spectacular. lovely pool area and has its own private beach. fairly well priced too. it is excellently located right in na'ama bay. so if you are looking to stay in the heart of the action in sharm el sheikh (including shopping centres, clubs, restaurnats,pubs, glitz and glam) then na'ama bay is where you want to be.

The hotel location is amazing specially the deluxe rooms view and royal rooms in just steps to the pools area and beach as well. my wife enjoyed the bay view from the balcony so much I plan to go back to the hotel next trip.

Excellent rooms beside the beach”
Excellent hotel in the heart on Na'ama bay. Only 10 meters away from the car parking. The Royal Club rooms also 10 meters away from the beach sand. Everything is near you as you are near Na'ama walkway. I read the reviews from other visitors in the internet which where depressing, but nothing was as I read.

Not as expected”
I had booked 3 bed Room. However when i reached the hotel i was told that we only have a 2 bed room and it is very small and 3rd bed cannot be accomodated. We then had to join the 2 beds for 3 people to sleep. Over all the hotel is clean. The locations is excellent as it is on Main Naama bay. Beach is a minute walk from the hotel. Hotel has its own beach but it is quiet small and crowded. Night entertainment not very good. Food is good at the hotel and so is the breakfast.

Good place at all, ”
Due to some reasons (not from the hotel) I park my car 1 km away, and they sent me a car for free , That was a good point. I’ve booked a room with see view and got a side room , looking on the garden , with a tiny view to the see,. The glass of the window is very bad (any body can see inside the room - any noise come up to the room). The food was good with a lot of varieties. Free WiFi is in the reception only , And it’s very slow (due to a lot of connections) The resort was great, clean sandy beach , You can make snorkeling , a lot of fun you can get on the beach , It’s not a place for relaxing ,, it’s for fun.

Strategic Location ”
The hotel was in a good location by the beach, the rooms was quite small but clean, the security staff was very friendly, we had to wait for our room for quite a long time if the reception told us earlier wait for 2 hours as rooms not ready yet is fine but nobody said anything!!. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The housekeeping was good. The hotel had access to the beach. I might come and stay again at this hotel...

You over charged me for a standard room”
This is the first time I use your app and could be the last. The reservation confirmation I received on 13/4/2019 shows the cost at SAR 1557.84, on 21/4/2019 I received a message for charging SAR 1627.44. When I checked in the hotel I found out that my friend paid 75% of what I paid for a superior room. When I tried to convince the hotel to upgrade my room since I'm paying more, they told me they're getting only 50% of what I'm paying you. Why do you charge so much???

be carefull guys from the security man who is standing at the front of the hotel , he is wearing the security uniform , his name is as he is not polite , I left feedback in the letter box in the Hotel but no one care about it ,even no one call me to ask me what happened. customer care isn't good , staff not friendly , for sure next time I will try 5 stars. by the way cleaner people are very good and polites , room cleaning is very good as well. Animation guys are very good. Mattress is not soft. Anyway I don't recommend that hotel especially for families or couples.

Not bad ”
When I came to the reception they told me your reservation not come yet I want waiting for more than 2 hours After that they give me room and told me we will change it tomorrow because your room is not empty Then I asked them the next day where is my room they give me the worst room in the hotel The breakfast was good and the location as well Another than that not :(
