Our stay at Henann Crystal Sands Boracay was truly a great experience from start to finish. The airport transfer was very smooth and hassle free. The staff were organized, friendly, and very accommodating, which made arriving in Boracay stress free. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Station 2 and Station 1, giving you the best of both worlds. It is close to restaurants, shops, and activities, yet still feels relaxing and not too crowded. The rooms were clean, modern, and well maintained. Housekeeping was consistent, and everything felt comfortable throughout our stay. One highlight is definitely the rooftop pool, which is a perfect spot to unwind, especially during sunset with a great view of the beach. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, and the seafood buffet was definitely sulit. The food quality was great, and there were plenty of options to choose from, making every meal enjoyable. Service overall was excellent. The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. You can really feel their hospitality. Overall, Henann Crystal Sands is a great choice if you are looking for comfort, convenience, and a premium Boracay experience. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

They have their own restaurant, pool with the view of the beach and with the bar as well. It is in the middle of everything, the room is really nice. It’s my first time I experienced that they clean the room everyday even if you didn’t request for it. It’s a good thing tho because at the end of the day you will come back to the room clean and it smells really nice. Cons: the food quality is not consistent where the food is great and sometimes it lacks flavor, there is a construction beside the hotel and it is beside our room, i was conscious with our privacy that’s why i mention. The staff our great but you can feel the different treatment when it comes to foreigners and co-filipino. We experience it especially if you’re not dress nicely I guess but yeah that’s life though. Overall is it worth the stay, I would say yes and a no, yes for the facilities and if you wanted a relaxing stay with them yes please go ahead but no if you’re on a budget it isn’t cheap at all and you can also get some benefits to other hotels with a lot more cheaper than them. I hope this helps you with your booking on your next vacation. :) Ps. I don’t want to share our picture lol that’s why it’s only some view and food that you can see.

It’s rare to find a hotel where the staff remembers you despite the high volume of guests, and that personal touch made all the difference. The hotel staff, including the security personnel, were consistently friendly, always greeting us with a smile. This level of service reflects a well-trained and genuinely hospitable team. As for the accommodations, the room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed, strong water pressure in the shower, and perfectly functioning air-conditioning—a lifesaver in Boracay’s tropical heat. | Philippines | CoupleHonestly it saddens me to write this review because I had such high expectations for this hotel. Basically we stayed 2 nights in H Park and then moved here for our last night so we could stay at a beachfront hotel and I wanted to try their famous sky pool. First thing that I wanted to say is that overall the stay was okay just not that amazing which in my opinion was not worth the higher price point from H Park. 2 things that were definitely a miss for me from this hotel: 1. Sky Pool - it wasn’t as nice as the videos or photos showed. The view wasn’t too great, the windbreakers were in the way but I understood the purpose of said structure so it wasn’t a big deal. The water had lots of floating bits of hair (yes hair), leaves (understandable so it’s fine), and maybe because it was already afternoon, you could see an oily residue on some of the water’s surface. The second thing that could’ve been improved is the staff’s attentiveness in that area. When we got there, no one approached us to direct where the pool towels were. They were mostly joining the dancing in the drinks area which again was fine. Maybe that was their assigned area and the staff assigned for towels was just not there. The final thing that we really disliked in the sky pool area was the music. It was just TOO loud. Unnecessarily so. We were there to enjoy the sunset, the view, to relax and swim but was instead blasted with club music that wasn’t even that good. I think they could’ve played that type of music when it was already night time when it’s usually the time the partying starts. And they could’ve taken the hint when most guests who came there left afterwards not lingering for more than ten minutes. It was that loud and overstimulating. Coupled with the construction sounds on the side of the hotel, it was just overall unpleasant. 2. Room Air-condition- we had the premiere room overlooking the ground pool. It was nice until night time came. Our flight was early so we had to sleep early but the aircon wasn’t cold. It was blowing warm air. We called housekeeping and they fixed the issue because it was also leaking water and it dripped to the floor, to the bed. What could have been an early rest we ended up sleeping at 11:45 PM and we had to wake up at four. Needless to say, we didn’t have a good night’s rest either. The only good thing I guess was the ground pool area. Staff were attentive, the pool was warm and clean and the restroom area smelled so good and of course it was well kept. The food during breakfast was fine just sad that there wasn’t any bacon. Overall, it’s not worth the higher price point. Henann Park and Regency for me was better.

The location is perfect, right on the beach and walkable to everything. We loved spending time at the pool and beachfront, and the breakfast buffet was so good with lots of choices. We had a small issue with a leak from the aircon and a slow drain in the sink, but maintenance came right away and fixed it. I also accidentally left my credit card when we checked out, and the staff returned it to me immediately — such honesty and great service! Traveling with a baby, we couldn’t have chosen a better place. Everyone was so sweet to Sage, and she was so happy seeing everyone at Henann. Definitely recommending this place to anyone visiting Boracay!

Location: Easy access from the main road and easy access to the beach since it is a beachfront resort. Just in the boundary of Station 1 and 2, so walking to the crowded D'Mall and walking to the peaceful Station 1 is both pretty easy. Room: Perfect! Same as all Henann resorts. The rooms are clean and spacious, even just the Deluxe room. All amenities you need are there and anything else you need can be just one phone call away. Pool: The Skypool is the best I've seen in Boracay. It's not small and the pool is not that crowded unlike other Henann's. You have an amazing infinity pool that has the perfect and unobstructed view of the beach. Perfect or your sunset IG photos, without the crowd on the beach. The pool on the ground level is not that wide but really long. Thus, this still gives you enough space for privacy. Good place to hang out when you're tired of the Skypool. Staff: Amazing service. Same as all Henann resorts as well, the staff is trained well and will always greet you with a smile. Security: Guards are very strict with the people passing by and entering the property. He always asks for your keycard as an assurance that you are indeed a guest of the resort. It seems so petty for me to do that to guests, specially sometimes he only asks locals but never asks the Koreans, Chinese and Caucasians. Somewhat of discrimination, saying the resort cannot be afforded by locals. They need to find a more discreet way to do this. Maybe place a barrier at each entrances where you can swipe your keycard, rather than someone always questioning you. Overall, Crystal Sands is the best Henann for me in Boracay. Will definitely stay here every time we're on the island.

Everyday they do housekeeping, chnage the towels, provide bath essentials and fix the bed as if you just checked in Staff:10/10 all are friendly, I could name people I have encounteres during my stay. Kessia from the reception area is very welcoming and informative, she gave us all the details we needed during our stay. Jessi, who helped us with our baggage is very kind and polite. He toured us on our room and how to properly use the room amenities. Rush from the reception who answer most of my room calls is very polite and she provide answers to all my questions and provide excellent service to all our requests. Nerisa from the saphirre restaurant is very welcoming and we were assisted properly when we had our dinner and breakfast. The security are all courtious and polite. There is also the Gym instructor named Jayson who help us while we worked out.Lastly their chief assigned in the dessert station named MJ. I requested a surprise for my husband because it was our anniversary and he did an exceptional job on making us a very beautiful platted dessert with a thin chocolate bar saying Happy Anniversary Amenities- it's good that they have a lot of pools and beach is very accessible within the area. There is pool/beach towels provided everyday, beach and pool lounge. Gymis also available, restaurant, spa, botique for souveniers. Overall, me and my husband, really enjoyed our stay in Hennan and looking forward to stay in their hotel again on my next vacation.

| Philippines | CoupleThe photos make you think from your pool it is a walk onto the sand, but no its up stairs above the restaurant. And as soon as you walk through the corridor to the beach, you are annoyed by them selling you tours. Its definitely not island life, best way for me to describe it is Bali meets Gold Coast, Australia. (Constantly on the go) The rooms do look over a pool, but they are small and look straight into the rooms directly across. This is definitely an overpriced hotel. Unfortunately, they are building next door to us and at 2.30am i was woken by them banging and grinding.. and its also going on during the day , so our room wasnt exactly quiet. However, the staff have been friendly, and the room is clean and the air-conditioning workes well.

| Australia | CoupleWe had a great stay at Henann Crystal Sands. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Its definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The overall service and facilities were also impressive. One small downside was the plastic cover blocking part of the beachfront view from the hotel. Since one of the reasons we chose this hotel was its beachfront location, it would’ve been nice to fully enjoy the view while relaxing or dining there. Still, this didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Boracay.

I also requested to change room frm 5th flr to ground near the pool area. And Yes, they moved me to ground flr. The breakfast was so nice and delicious especially the ensaymada. I also noticed that the staff’s proactively clean the areas just to make sure that the facilities are clean. I also love their Skypool. You’ll love the staffs there. Cocktails were great and they also recommended great drinks. kudos to all employees even the security guards.

Facilities are impressive, especially the well-maintained bathrooms and reliable hot water. However wifi could use improvement. Housekeeping didn't quite meet expectations during the stay. They opened the door walking inside the room without waiting for my husband to get to the door while I was using the bathroom and they forgot to give us their standard number of towels which would be a problem during check out if it was incomplete. But aside from the minor issues overall stay was great.

| Philippines | CoupleI would really recommend this hotel because of its luxurious amenities and staff. Their buffet is really nice as well. The only problem that we had encountered was the aircondition in our room. We were at room 514 and the staff said that the aircon is perfectly functioning but the room is not getting cool. They just had to provide Iwata aircooler because of that. And also, when we booked this room, I mentioned in our request that maybe they can do something special as we are celebrating our 10th anniversary when we arrive, but I think it was disregarded. In other hotels, some could do something to greet you but here not even a single note. As for the location, it is very near the D’mall thats why the beach front is very crowded in the afternoon. I dont feel the exclusivity outside the hotel. I also recommend their airport transfers, thats where you will feel the VIP vibes.

We also love how conveniently located it is near D’Mall. The breakfast buffet was awesome, we enjoyed it so much! Just a note for future guests: please double check the room capacity or allowable number of guests, as the charge for extra guests can be quite expensive. Visitors are not allowed, and if you plan to hire an outside service like a massage therapist, there’s an additional fee of ₱500. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The water and shower pressure is very good. Just need some retiling. Food is very good . Upstairs skypool is amazing . Only thing people put towels out and weren’t there all day just so they could have it for sunset. Has some cabanas always busy. Staff are great . So friendly. Fun. Great service. They remember you by name . Even one member of staff from 4 years ago remembered us. Druid he used to work in pool bar but mostly is downstairs in restaurants. Buffet breakfast is downstairs looking over beach. They do a great deal for buffet dinner and drinks unlimited for very reasonable price. Pool menu is great. Cocktails are fantastic . Watch out for the Weng Weng….. drinks are reasonably priced and all good brands used. We are def going back there for 3 rd time later this year. Great massage at pool area lower level too. Hotel situated near great restaurants and D mall. Sunset cruises go from very near . Can’t fault this resort. Would love an ocean view room but you don’t need it with the sky pool. Hardly spend anytime in room. There’s so much to do around. Book early to get good price. Our friends went on our recommendation they loved it and are also going back. Make sure your booking name is exactly as on passport had a small issue checking in as I use my shortened name on Agoda. But rectified after contacting Agoda. Get hotel to book your pick up from airport to boat then hotel. Extra cost but Very well organised and worth it. People that didn’t had a lot of waiting around and confusion about transport.

Except the guard who asked us twice if we booked there before letting us in but don't do it to foreign guests. I would understand the purpose if they also did this to foreign guests. They would have set an expectation upon booking or upon regstrtion that sometimes guards will verify booking so it won't give that bad feels. The buffet breakfast beside the beach is amazing. While waiting for our pickup on checkout, we claimed our 'welcome' drinks and it was fine.

For our next visit, I believe it would be ideal to book a room with direct access to the pool, as it offers convenient entry from the balcony. My family had a wonderful time, and I want to express my appreciation to all the staff—from the lobby team to the cleaners, pool and bar attendants, buffet personnel, and the beachfront staff Melvin who kindly took beautiful photos for us. Even the security guards were friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. It’s clear that these individuals genuinely enjoy their work.

Food was only okay but the drinks were excellent. Was very disappointed in the room, location. It was in a back corner alley facing a wall. For the amount I paid, this was a waste of money for a balcony room. At least it was clean and the staff was great. Pool bar staff was excellent, but I have to give a Special shout out to Jo-Ann who was soooo helpful and friendly and made this rating better than it would’ve been. Because of her, I might give this hotel a second chance when we come back next year. Maybe.

However, upon arrival, we discovered that our room did not offer any view of the beach or sea, which was quite disappointing, especially since this room was pricier than the pool view option. Therefore, I would advise against booking the Seaview room, as it does not provide the expected view. Despite this setback, our overall experience was quite enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a fantastic selection. Aside from the disappointment with the Seaview room, we had a wonderful stay, and I want to commend the entire team and the security guards at Hennan Crystal Sands for their warm smiles and hospitality. Issue - unknown deposit charge of £400 approx (34000 peso) upon check in. Bad - warning on tables in Sapphire Restaurants about a P300 charge for leaving food on plate but no one says what this is for, check with reception if booking but apparently its a full plate of food. Stains on linen and towels are charged. One of our group was interegrated for alleged urine on bed by Housekeeping Manager and 6 other Domestic Staff. When they were challenged after guest had not urinated on sheet they ignored them the rest of the holiday. During night, guests from the hotel cannot access Restaurant Veranda as they only offer to Resturant guests because they offer Sea Food buffet. Even though they have entertainment this is for Food paying guests only, hotel guests wanting to sit in the veranda for drinks can only go after 10 pm. Never heard of this anywhere else and we were told to use Golden Ocean for drinks. Its OK to take money for room but this does make you feel less valued. Request for Parasol was denied allegedly because it was windy yet the pool staff had one up until request was made. Excellent - Staff otherwise so accommodating and must make mention of *** who went out of their way to be of assistance. The issues are small but bring hotel down.
