Been in hostels that were nicer than this dump. Ge
Writing on the bedroom walls saying "run away" wish I'd have listened. The staff were rude. The pictures are nothing like the actual room. Absolute state not sure how it's still running.

Hotel from Hell
Upon arriving at the hotel I immediately realised it was more of a cheap hostel than a hotel. The rooms have creaky beds and quilt covers that are too small for the quilt. The pillows are yellow and the floors creak badly. I had a room downstairs and was woken early every morning by people walking heavily about the ground floor. The lounge is often locked so you can't watch tv in the lounge. They are worried someone will steal the TV it seems. Coffee is not free, and nor is the wifi. Some of the staff are amazing, approachable and do not demand money from you if you grab a coffee. There is just one member of staff you need to beware, and that's one of the receptionist, whom I found out was the owners daughter. She was unbelievably rude to me, and also to other people staying at the hotel. She wants to know, in detail, what you ate for breakfast, and how many coffees you had to ensure she gets the right amount of money from you. She is definitely NOT suited to a job in the hotel industry. Breakfast is nice. Dining room is clean. Toilets are shared, as is the shower. I would not advice anyone to take a shower. It's set to boiling hot and I found it almost impossible to wash my hair. A bath is the safest bet, but be prepared for people trying to kick the door down to take a pee during your relaxing time in the bath. There were a lot of dodgy looking people coming and going from the Hostel that made me wonder if it was a safe place to stay. If you are looking for a few cheap nights then be prepared to eat out and go for a walk. Most of the TVs in the bedrooms are broken, and worse still they are small. I'd have to be honest and say the TVs are from the last century and didn't really surprise me they didn't work. As I said, most staff there are very nice. Beware the tall black girl with the angry face.

SHOCKING
Not fit for rats let alone humans, dust so thick you could drown in it, stained curtains, stained bedding, stained mattresses, pillows so flat they could of been mistaken for a piece of (dirty) paper, human hairs of all varieties on the floors, under beds, on surfaces, non of the amenities included that were listed like air con (broken window that wont shut) fridge, etc, beds had bits missing and nails sticking out, an extension lead had been plastered over on the wall and went into the next room, graffiti on bed posts and walls, ....generally a horror fest, spoke with reception (now i work in customer services so was as nice as pie and as gentle as possible so as not to embarrass the receptionist or make a bad situation worse) receptionist was as cold as ice, no apology no remedy no nothing, 'budget accommodation, you get what you pay for' no spare rooms to be moved to. wow useful!! i rang a different hotel (citi park) to see if there was a room there as google had suggested i rang from the corridor and the receptionist from this hotel answered! a chain of hotels apparently, so i pooped back down to see her and asked nicely to be moved to the other hotel, she begrudgingly complied with a face of thunder. Moved to Citi hotel - a bit cleaner but just as awful, this one even had a plastic bag tapped to the ceiling covering the fire alarm......... i shall let you make your own assumptions as to why - over all abysmal accommodation, certainly nothing like the photos and i shall certainly be sending info to inspectors of health and safety, this building should be condemned

Highly disappointing stay
Parking space is provided free of charge within the hotel perimeter
Didnot expect that the location is quite remote . Didnot expect bathroom/ toilet to be outside the bedroom. No seperate soap/ shampoo was provided to the guest . Wardrobe was not available to hang clothes. The ones provided were blocked by beds.

Great location and heating
We booked a triple room for a mum, a dad and an 17 year old for 4 nights. Upon checking in, we were greeted by the owner and given Wi-Fi password. The lady also kindly helped with the luggage. We stayed in Room which had 3 single beds, 2 wardrobe, a TV and a huge radiator behind our beds. They provided hangers, which was nice, but we couldn't use most of them as they were children hangers. Our room was behind this door that had 2 other rooms, but the door was extremely noisy and hard to open and close quietly, which affected our quality of sleep. We were unlucky enough that the rooms on both sides were not quiet people, and the room above us was extremely noisy, especially with their footsteps early in the morning. Our room we had definitely did not look like the photos. The beds were not the most comfortable beds, there was one in particular where you could feel the springs, you can tell by the condition that the beds, the pillows and the duvets are poor quality and old. You also had to share the bathroom which isn't a big issue as they are kept clean majority of the time, unless you are unlucky enough to get dirty and messy guests during your stay. Again, do not be misled by the photos, the bathroom we used did not look that modern. However, the radiator, TV and Wi-Fi all worked fine. For the price, you can't really 'complain'. Cons: -Thin Walls -Old Beds -Out-of-shape duvets -Shared Bathroom Pros: -Great Location, very close to central city (we had a car so we're not sure about access to public transport in that area) - Radiator, Wi-Fi, TV Overall, I would recommend if you are on a budget.
