Friendly Staff, Good Cleanliness And Prime Location”
Great serviced apartment with homey feeling at Chinatown! So efficient to reach the popular spots - Hong Lim Hawker Center, Maxwell, Marina Bay Sands, Citycenter, Orchard and Sentosa. Always love to stay in a cozy and clean place like a local’s home. Friendly staff - Ken and Rizza for giving me advice on truly local experience and better arrangements on the itinerary; Min for her excellent housekeeping and Jarwin for his hospitality. Do recommend it to travelers.

Worth every penny”
I recently stayed at the Heritage Collection Hotel on Chinatown, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently placed in the heart of the city, near to many of the area's attractions, MRT and eateries. The staff (shoutout to Irean & Rizza) was pleasant and accommodating, and the accommodation was clean and comfy. I would strongly suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a nice Chinatown stay.

Good 1. It's close to Chinatown MRT. It takes 5minutes on walk. 2. The host reply is very quikly and service is very kind. 3. There is many delicious restaurants around. 4. You can save times because the tourist attraction is close. 5. Check in and Check out system is convenient. You don't need a card key so you don't have to worry about losing it. 6. The size of the room is okay for a woman to use alone. Bad 1. I woke up to the sound of people because it was not soundproof. 2. I saw a someone else's hair on the bed. but other places ware very clean, I believe it's the cleaner's hair.

Great for Staycation and Solo Traveler as a Lady!”
It was a great 3D2N staycation for me to get some private space away from home. I've booked this stay really last minute and was afraid that there will be some issues in checking in etc. However, the hotel has responded to my booking really fast and i was in contact with the staffs (Mary & Arynna) very quickly who was there to welcome me when i've reached in short notice. I was able to check in early and the process was smooth and easy. I liked that the studio room was well equipped with everything you need like a service apartment. However, do take note to bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, hair conditioner, body lotion and slippers which are not provided. The space is just nice for one. Room was clean and comfortable. I felt the location and place was safe as a lady staying there by myself. And I could go to the mall which is just a few minutes away. There's also a few 7-11 shops nearby. Overall, i find that this is a value for money place for staycation or work from hotel!

Affordable & Amazing stay! ”
We had a great stay, everything that u imagined u need in a house is in the cozy functional and comfortable room it self, we arrived earlier that check in time but Hanna, Jarwin, Alosia and Mary was a great help and helped us to checked in earlier and also when we had difficulties with the washing machine. Amazing stay overall!

The hotel is located in a convenient place, the room is clean and fairly equipped. I was self check in and self check out guided by Angela and Mary, everything is clear and both check-in and check out are smooth. I would recommend this place if you travel to Singapore.

This hotel is very close to chinatown mrt, just a 3 min walk. Also close to maxwell hawker centre where you can eat affordable local foods. Aircon works perfectly fine, has a ref, microwave, water heater.. The hotel staff are very accommodating, Special thanks to Jarwin, Mary, Hanna, and Alosia. We really had a great stay and would definitely recommend to anyone who will visit SG

Good budget accomodation”
This is a digital service apartment so you will be guided to self check-in, check-out, make deposit or issue key. But don't worry, they will send email frequently to remind and direct you how to do. The concierge/guest relation staff is also on-site from 8am to 6pm. The location, facilities are worth for what you paid. And staffs were helpful as well.

Convenient and fully equipped”
Rid was an awesome host throughout the stay, fuss free check-in and check-out during our stay over the Xmas holidays.. Surprised that a serviced apt like this had a mini laundry room and gym for guests. Absolutely love that the fridge was huge and the small kitchenette allowed us to cook quite a fair amt of items. Absolutely love the spacious and well designed bathroom.. whole room was filled with amenities that i was surprised to find, including dish soap and sponge and laundry powder to wash clothes.. definitely wouldn't mind staying again, a mini home away from home.

Terrible start, good stay.”
Do note that check in is completely online. No staff on site. We received a message to fill a form prior, but the only links we got were the latest covid rules and a click ‘here’ for the form, but with no link embedded. We figured we’d be given a form when we arrived and the message was outdated. When we arrived we had to wait outside for two plus hours. There was nobody, and only after we contacted them did they give us the form. We had to stand outside in the hot narrow walkway while they processed everything, and having came from a tiring day of work and our luggage, the overall check in experience was terrible. So be sure to ask them for the form, make sure your phone is charged as it will be the key to access the doors, and you have plenty of data as you have to install an app to check in etc. The room itself was pretty good. It was really clean, except for some white stuff growing on the bidet (there is a bidet!! :D ). There was a closet with doors and plenty of hangers, important for keeping the cooking smell out. The cooking facilities were good but small. Toilet was good, the mirror had a shelf behind it to store all your toiletries. They provided detergent and laundry bag, and I loved the access to washing machine and dryer. There was no queue. There was appleTV, where you can log into your Disney+ and Netflix etc. Do remember to log out as previous guests accounts were still there, meaning the staff don’t reset the tv for the next guest. There were no slippers or toothbrushes provided. And they check in an hour later than other hotels and check out an hour earlier. Besides the panic attack inducing check in, the rest of the stay was really good.

Upon arriving, Riduan to assist us to the room and explained everything. It was a pleasant loft room stay and I will wish to go again! - 3mins to chinatown Station -clean room with kitchen utilities -nice big toilet considering it is a boutique -aircon was cold enough and bed was comfortable. - providing smart TV with netflix was so great ☆☆☆☆☆

Last minute changes but service is superb”
Booked at Chinatown but on the check in day itself was being informed that the room was not up to optimal condition therefore they made arrangement for us to check in to their other property nearby. Mary who helps us with the check in was super accommodating on our check in timing and check out arrangement too. Due to the phase 2 no dine in control, the street was super quiet which is good for us. Everything is good and will definitely go back to Heritage Collection again!

Mary and Jarwin assisted us well. They keep in touch with us before and during the arrival. My room had been upgraded with no additional cost. The kitchenette has complete basic items so i managed to cook during my stay. If you're staying for more than 2 nights, this hotel is well recommended. There's a washing machine and laundry soap provided. Just bring your own toiletries as they will only provide body soap and shampoo yet its free for refills.

Great loft & location ”
I had an amazing stay here. It is very close to the Chinatown MRT & other eateries. Mary & Yun Ting from the Heritage Collection were helpful & friendly throughout my stay here. They replied my questions really quickly and were always ready to help! The room was cosy as well. Loved the kitchen & also the gym/laundromat in the hallway. Will definitely stay here again!!

This is a highly convenient spot, close to the train station and 2 hawker centers. Room is a bit small but no problem if you are mostly going out. Staff (Jarwin and Alosia) are responsive and helpful.

Not my first time booking Heritage Collection, peaceful and quiet place that allow me to work in my room. Amenities were sufficient, can do simple cooking and laundry. Staff are also available whenever you need help.
