Perfect location, efisien, helpful staff”
This is not our first time to singapore, but i found that this apt is perfect for us. this apartment is ideal and has perfect location. It is in the center of many restaurants. 200 meters from clarke quay sling shot, 300 meters from mrt station, 750 meters from chinatown. So you can just walking around to see manything. The room itself is not big but enough for me and my daughter. The staf who help us is very helpful, they answer our question almost 24 hours. Thank you Ryan and Mary for your hospitality. They also has luggage storage after we check out. We can pick our luggage later. We sure we will be back to stay here again next time we visit singapore

A superior hotel! This was the second time I stayed here, and I am very happy with my decisions. Everything is getting better compared to the first time ! Of coz I have no complaints in my first time stay also . But I can see the room have done some renovation. More comfortable and sleek design! I am deeply impressed by the team; Veronika ,Jarwin and Khine . They are more than helpful and how they handled their many customers politely with no hassles at all. I keyed in my safety box number wrongly. They helping me to solve the problem in very professional way. A clean and neat place liked this was deeply admirable. The quality of service they provided was amazing! Location is perfect! I couldn't ask for more! Special thanks to Veronika ,Jarwin and Khine . They make my one week stay feel more comfy and enjoyable!

Awesome stay (assisted by Clarence)”
The safety measure and security access was great considering that you could only access via a security door by their staff to entry.. was assisted by Clarence that seriously had being really very helpful in making sure everything goes well for my stay.. from the point he direct us to a room.. patiently guided us about the apple tv remote that was rather complex for a dude like me.. to changing our current room as the lock was faulty.. and carry a chair up for us after we was already settling down in our new room due to the short notice.. all this is done and fixed within 10 minutes.. so kudos to such a great staff.. he really make my stay pleasant.. did i mention that the hotel comes with free netflix.. youtube access.. clean room.. peaceful and accessible location.. frankly one of the best stay i had.. cross finger no lies.. but of course its really thanks to Clarence for making it awesome and right.. as much as the stay was great.. he is the one that made it awesome.. i will really recommend this place..

one of the best value for service apartment”
I spent 5 weks all in all in an Heritage apartment. The first place was located smith street, where I spent 2 weeks for a SNH, during this coronavirus time. the second place is located at 36 south bridge road. The entire building belongs to Heritage. The main entrance is on ground floor. There are 5 floors, accessible with a lift up to the 4th floor. The last floor is accessible with stairs. My apartment was not very big, around 17 sqm, but was very clean, and had almost all you can think of, in terms of amenities : big bathroom with spacious shower, a mini kitchen corner, with a big fridge, a sink, and a cook plate, and a big queen size bed, very comfortable, with a TV. The wifi worked perfectly, and fortunately , they offer Netflox, and Youtube. There are no other chanels, and I missed CNN and some other news channels ( Bloomberg, CNBC and CNA are available). Laundry is available for free, as there are washing machines and driers on the 1/3/5th floor. We just miss a small table.

Smooth check-in procedure, clean rooms and the kitchenette was very useful for our 4D3N stay. We were attended by a wonderful team throughout our stay. The service rendered does not stop even after our check-out! From the service shown to us, I have already booked again for the next stay! Quiet and comfortable. What you need for a long stay, are all indeed here. Comfortable bed, cold air con, personal washroom, iron board, hair dryer, refrigerator, bread toaster, light cook if you want, able to do laundry, have washing machine and dryer at other floors to use. Just one thing to mention, about the clothes dryer, seem often get disrupted, and end up clothes take longer time and effort to dry in own room as I have no time to use dryer again. It will be better just stand there, wait and observe when drying clothes, just an advice. Hotel personnels are helpful and nice. There is one lady, I remembered especially, called Arynna. She is so sweet and heartwarming. Often comes and follow up and cares about the stays and well being. And even bought me treats.. Really enjoyed my stay here. I will definitely come back again in future. Thanks for the wonderful experiences!

I'm a solo traveller, heritage collection fits my need as kitchenette is always part of the essential of their rooms ☺️ so that I can settled my meal in the cozy room. If you're the type prefer stay in the room all day long this def best choice to go with. Unexpectedly Good ”
The location for this place is user friendly as its nearby an MRT station and also theres a 711 opposite nearby . The cleanliness of the place is clean and what surprise the most is the facilities that they have inside the hotel . Even provide cable tv for netflix and disney plus . Lastly the staff there Jarwin , Khine and Wendy was very friendly and helpful with our stay . Any problems or things that we would want to ask they would reply straight away . I would recommend to come again in the future !! Thank you Team !

Affordable 5-Star Stay ”
The place was affordable, accessible and clean. They have a powerful microwave oven and a huge fridge. They also provided entertainment devices like Netflix and Apple TV. The free Wifi is fast too. The bed was comfortable and big. Everything was very clean and properly sanitized and I didn’t have an allergic reaction once (I am very allergic to dust). 24 hours hawker centre nearby too and 5 mins walk from Clarke Quay Central. Jarwin from Heritage Apartments was very friendly, helpful and efficient. He ensured that the check-in process was fast and fuss-free. He also checked in on me via Whatsapp before, during and after the trip. The customer service that Jarwin provided was really impressive!

We stayed for 5 nights and it was amazing!! Smooth check in process, the admin team (kenneth, Irean and Wenny) sent us a chat on how to find and check in into property few days before. They also answer all of our question promptly. The location is also very strategic. The place has its own mini kitchen and sharing washing machine which just outside our door. For us who has to travel long term it’s very convenient. Highly recommended place!!!

Great Staycation”
Location of apartment was good, it was a quick 3 minute walk away from Clark Quay MRT which links up to many different places which made it easy for travel. The facilities provided by the hotel was plentiful as well and the room was cosy for two people. Thank you Jolene and Riduan for making us feel comfortable and helping us check in/giving us prompt updates/making sure to check in to see if there's anything we needed. Would definitely consider staying again in the future!

good & clean hotel. $300 refundable deposit per room. had apple tv and good wifi, the layout is small but this is a shophouse layout. also there is a lift, so it is good for older travellers who can't climb stairs. the staff is responsive thru whatsapp.

Fantastic experience of quality staycay!! The space of the room is just minimally perfect with the skylight and everything is so neat.My boyfriend refers as spaceship HAHAH.The kitchenette is not quite spacey.Nonetheless we enjoyed our homecooked food in our room.Variety of kitchenware and shower gel,shampoo, dish wash ,sponge, handwash , laundry powder provided so not necessary to carry alot by yourself(well, he brought literally everything tho lol).Remember to bring the tooth brush and toothpaste!We can watch youtube , Disney plus and netflix but of course with our own accounts.I forced him to watch my fav anime and fav tv show. Recommend to play the background jazz music on youtube while you're cooking together! We got the room on 4th floor with the rooflight so it was just perfect.The staff Veronika gave her best performance with friendly and hospitable personality.She checked up on us when the wifi got down and helped to get the ironing board.We requested for more towels and she didn't hesitate to fulfil just in time.She was just so sweet and hopefully we could see her again. My boyfriend and I had the amazing four days at heritage collection and we'd definitely love to come again on our holidays!!

This is 5th time staying at Heritage collection with my gf, staff Veronika was very welcoming and glowing with warmth. Room is clean and functional and this time with improved easy entry using key cards. Will stay with them again in the near future.
