Second Time Staycation ”
I got to say we really have great time at The heritage Collection at Boat Quay. A shoutput to the stuffs (Ryan,Ken & Jun Wee) 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼, they took care of us and remake us feel like home when staying over at the hotel. A WhatsApp group chat is set up before we even arrived. If there is anything or in doubt we can just WhatsApp in the group chat and they will response to us as soon as they can. If there is a problem they will rectify on the spot and update us accordingly. I really love my stay at the hotel I love the cosy atmosphere, check in and out was really hassle free. Keep up the good work guys and hope to see you all soon! Thank you for the hospitality.

Excellent choice to choose for a short getaway.. the staffs (naw, kenneth, jun wee & irean) was really helpful thru out the stay.. thus make our staycay really pleasant.. location wise is great too.. a few minutes walk to funan.. there is bars and restaurant just infront of the hotel.. makes it super sweet to go grab a relaxing drinks by the river and go back to the cosy hotel room and rest.. room is clean.. have all the basic items needed from fork and spoon to fridge.. i strongly recommend this hotel👍👍

I booked the premium room with river view at 76 Boat Quay. Location was perfect, within walking distance to Raffles place/clarke quay/marina bay/cityhall and did not need to worry about food options. The room size was very decent and there is ample space for light exercises in the room as well. The team of Wenny,Irean and Kenneth were very prompt in responding to any requests and queries I had,thank you! For guests who are very sensitive to noise/work in the room in the evenings, do note that music from the restaurants downstairs can be heard (my room was on the second floor by the window). But it was bearable for me and it was still a pleasant stay with a nice view :)

We booked the Raffles Loft (with Balcony and Iconic MBS View). Pros - Staff were a friendly and helpful bunch. I was added into a group chat to make communication more convenient and got an almost instant reply to my queries. - Check-in is digital so you do everything thru their app but you have to ensure that you have the information ready prior to check in. - Room was nicely decorated, very cosy and enough for 2 people. - Sound proofing of the room was great! We were just above restaurants and bars but as soon as we stepped into the room, closed the doors of the balcony behind us, it was quiet. Couldn’t hear any noise from the outside. - The balcony is a beautiful place to hangout. You can read, people watch and do your work out there comfortably. Despite the hot weather, you actually will not feel so icky because the ceiling fan is enough to keep the place cool despite being outdoor. - The bed is really comfortable. Cons - I guess due to the structure of the building, there isn’t any lifts so it’s all about stairs there and it could be a little maze. (But signages are very clear just in case you get lost. A good exercise though!) - No nearby sheltered pick up point for taxi/Private Hire vehicles. Ensure you bring along an umbrella just in case it rains and you’d have to get to the hotel from wherever you are. - Could have more pillows and floor mats readily available in room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back for a little break away from home. Thank you Heritage Collection! :)

Bad service and no one answer the phone”
It became so helpless as you could not open the door in the middle of the night especially your flight arrived at Changi airport at around 9 pm. By the time you reached the place, you could not open the door using the digital no's given. I rushed of to the next door hotel to get a room from there . Unfortunately there were all fully booked. It took me an hour to get the door opened . It was at 1am the next morning. I would not stay in such a place where help was not available . Especially overseas traveller with night flight where everywhere was closed. Very bad experience. Did not need to desire such a treatment.

Basically small efficiency apt, but no lift so if u are older or worried about carrying luggage up and down multiple flights of stair...look somewhere else.. also they dont change sheets/towels etc .. unless asked (repeatedly) .. However, its at one of the prime locations of Singapore.. can be noisy because many clubs restaurants below

Location is good but Don’t be confused with 76 Boat quay and 80 Boat quay. They are really close Open with app_no physical key…hard to use No elevator(you must carry you bab up to 3rd floor) No towel(you need to wash and dry by yourself) No window Kind service through ‘whatsapp’

Good location and great cleanliness. However, the check-in process is really a hassle but the team responded well to assist with our check-in. No bedroom slipper, no toothbrush and toothpaste provided and no housekeeping unless you're staying more than 7 days. Had a very unpleasant experience during of the days as we were not informed that there will be renovation work carried out. We were woken up by the sound of drilling at 9am and couldn't get back to sleep. Due to the lack of sleep and sound of renovation work throughout the day, we were feeling quite terrible that day as we were not able to get proper rest. Shouldn't we be informed beforehand? And since there is a Whatsapp group, the message can be easily being send to us.
