Excellent”
I just want to share my experience when I stayed in Heritage Mansion. I booked a superior room type through Agoda. I arrived before 2pm and I was assisted by the room boy to bring my stuff to go to a room on the third floor. I tried to rest but the AC temp is too cold and since they don't have a phone or intercom, I went down and ask them to have the AC temp adjusted. They gave me a calling card and told me to just text them for anything that I need. It took more than 30 minutes more and nobody went up to adjust the AC temp yet thus I followed up through text. Ms. Rose (not sure if she's a supervisor or front desk officer) and told me that AC temp can't be adjusted since they're a problem with the connection, remote or whatnot implying that I just need to live with it and they can't do anything. That made me irate and told her that she needs to find a room for me. I won't chill there to death. She took the initiative to transfer me to another room but I noticed that it's a smaller room and it doesn't have the table and chairs. I went down again and tell me that it's the room that I paid for, she gotta find me another room is the same (superior type) or better. She gave me the option of the having the room with 2 single beds or have the presidential suite but I have to add 1800 pesos more. I didn't want to add anything since I'm not even getting the worth of the money that I paid for since they got no urgency and it's not my problem that the AC temp can't be adjusted. Ms. Rose offered the presidential room with no charge at all, the room was too big for me but I appreciated what she did and the rest of the team who took ownership and came up with a resolution hence turned my frustration to a delightful experience. I was very pleased and satisfied to the friendly staffs and I'd definitely go back to stay there. Thank you very much!

"Great location and great service"”
My girlfriend and I stayed here while in Baguio city, and it was great! The hotel is very close to Burnham, maybe less than 5 minute walk, and then you are at the center of everything. The hotel is great, looks modern with an antique feel from the woodwork and decor. Big flat LCD tv, free breakfast at the hotel restaurant (filipino or american style). Only thing I didn't like was we happened to get a room at the end of the hall, so we had to share a bathroom with other people in the room next door, and they took a long time, but the hotel staff let us use another bathroom in a different room. Other than that, everything was great!

Great location and friendly service”
Our family spent Dec. 26th-29th in the Heritage Mansion which was quite family friendly. We liked that it had ample and safe parking. Solibao, which is the restaurant in the ground floor served good quality food in big servings, apt for a big family. They also acquiesced for the food to be delivered to our rooms. They don't have any good dessert selection though.

Lovely hotel and great service from staff”
on route to bagiuo from manila we booked this hotel on the fly while on a "wifi" bus. we were so delighted in our choice of hotel once we arrived. the hotel is an old heritage building that has been remodelled over the years. the flooring, the walls and everything have been done up delightfully. the only thing that detracted from the hotel was the noise of the videoki bars nearby. other than that our stay at the hotel was lovely. the breakfast which we got with our stay was also nice. the staff were so helpful, one staff member even decided that they should walk with us when we told the front desk that we would like to wander around for a little while at night. although we appreciated the kind offer, we thought that the hotel was located in quite a safe location and we never felt the need for the escort offered. there are markets within a short walk from the hotel that are worth a see.

Centrally”
nice little hotel in a central location, the famous burnham park is just around the corner. the hotel is a beautiful old colonial building, which was renovated - there are not so many left in baguio after worldwar ii. the hotel was nice, but anyway, next time i would stay in the mountainview area, this area is far nicer than the city center.

the hotel location very accessible to places, clean, elegant looking, big rooms, staff are very courteous, responsive to need and very attentive. my relatives told me that the hotel was an old house and some people died in that hotel.i dont believe ghost story, but my 21 yrs old son believed it and called the hotel "the haunted mansion".one more comment, when i asked for an upgrade with the room, the supervisor was not clear on how much was the additional amount to pay, there was added hidden charge on the upgrade.i was told a different amount in the beginning then i paid more in the end.

the only reason i booked at heritage mansion was for the location. its within walking distance from all activities within the city. not too many features on the hotel other than its great location and its ambiance.

Nice hotel but it needs renovation”
The hotel is located right beside Burnham park so it is very much accessible. The ambiance is great since it projects a little bit of history of Baguio. However, they could still improve their service by repairing their phone lines and door locks (almost got stuck inside our room and we couldn't even use the phone to call). The heater was also not working properly but they allowed us to use the common bathroom.

Very good location as it is in the center of Baguio. Food is okay. It would have been a perfect stay, unfortunately something happened and the water supply on the first floor was cut so we have to go up on the 2nd floor for bathroom.

nice hotel but average hotel service”
the place is nice but not worth of how much it costs. the place is cozy but the room i got has many flaws. the aircon remote is not functioning, the hot shower is not functioning (knowing we i am in baguio) they did not clean my room. i cant use/borrow utensils etc. so i will not stay here the next time.

LOVE THE PLACE”
Loved the place the staff was great and the restaurant has the best breakfast. Its not for the budget minded but its not bad priced compared to American prices. My one and only complaint was the hard beds but that seems to be the normal bed in the Philippines.

Great central location, low ceilings in room!”
Overall, I would say it was good. The room was on the small side. This was not the problem! The ceiling was very low and I hit my head many times! I am a short man and this was a problem for me! How about you? Upgrade to a more expensive room! I will next time. The room was very clean, nicely appointed, and in good repair. The hotel was like wise in first class condition. It was a good stay and I will go again. The hotel had very ample parking if you are driving. Last note is noisy night club near by. It blares out music to around 2am. I could hear it in my room not bad but if you are a light sleeper could be a problem.

Overpriced”
The staff of this hotel are delightful - very helpful. They need to be as the hotel has serious flaws. Rooms are generally small, and only the top priced rooms are of the standard one would expect for the prices charged. The so called 'superior' rooms are basic and rather clinical in feel, with no pictures on the walls and only inset ceiling lights. Shower rooms are also small, and where there were electric shower the water pressure and temperature were low. We can comment with confidence about the rooms as we had to move three times for various reasons before being given a room which was adequate for the price we were being charged. The restaurant has been let out to an 'outside' company and the breakfast provided for the voucher given by the hotel is poor. Food was tepid, and if one wanted more than one cup of coffee there was an additional charge. No fruit juice, fruit or cereals on offer, which given the pretensions of this hotel was disappointing. On two days of our stay they didn't even have jam for toast - even though it was stocked by the 7 Eleven fifty metres away! There was no bar, despite this being advertised on the hotel's web-site, and other facilities claimed were also not available. We will not be returning to this hotel.

Great old style atmosphere”
We really liked this hotel, it is very cool to find this kind of old style atmosphere in the Philippines. It is such a cool old place. The room was bigger than we expeted and was in fact divided into 2 seperate rooms with an interlinking hall way leading to the bathroom.
