The birds, the koi, the nice pieces of furnitures available for lounging in the balcony, the lighting and small plants along the hallway all adds up to a nice feel of the place. And since it offers just a few units, it gives off a peaceful, private air. There are few restaurants across the street offering unli samgyupsal. Too bad we were not able to try it. I reckon drinks might also be offered there. I heard a cafe will soon be available in the apartelle, saw the guys working on it. A massage spa is available downstairs, though they do not offer room service. The place is very accessible. Just a few minutes walk away from the main road where 7-Eleven, Mercury drug, Jollibbe and Chowking are. SM is also a walking distance, but you can also easily hail a tricycle should it be too hot outside for you to walk. Compared to nearby hotels, Citi Styles offers the best price, given the size and appearance of the rooms it offers. Will definitely choose it again whenever I am in the area."

"It is with sadness that I have to report some negative issues especially since this was my third stay within a year, because I really liked the hotel staff and management. They are really nice people and treated us very well. An important safety issue occurred which all need to be aware of, as follows: There apparently was a small fire that was quickly put out by the security guard and a helper with fire extinguishers. This happened around 10:30 pm one night; a fire alarm heard from outside the room was our first notification. My room was on the 3rd floor. The 2nd floor filled up with smoke, and the 3rd floor was starting to fill up when the event was attended to. We went out into the parking lot and waited until we thought it was safe to go back inside. Strange thing is is that only we in our room and a couple in another room (4 people total) were the only ones out in the parking lot due to the fire. I saw no attempt by the hotel staff to purposely notify any guests in the rooms of the fire. I later asked a hotel employee if the fire department had been notified and he said "no" as if there was no longer any need to since the fire was out. Kudos (good job) to the two men to responded with the fire extinguisher and put the fire out, but certainly not happy with the lack of response by any other hotel employee. One more thing which cannot be ignored: the carpet in the room was filthy, dirty, spotty, and very old. On the positive side, and hotel staff is very friendly and nice, the hotel breakfasts are very good, and, other than the carpet, the room was nice and clean. "

"I was a bit wary after reading other reviews but I was pleasantly surprised ...yes it’s not a 5 star hotel but you’re not paying 5 star prices.. The staff,rooms,food were good quality. All in all a nice stay there. I would be happy to use them again👍. Well done sogo Cabanatuan "
