Pleasant enough, but not inspiring”
In a word, adequate. For 5*, adequate doesn't quite cut it. The hotel did nothing particulary wrong, but my wife and I left feeling fairly benign about the whole experience. From the moment we arrived things were a little bit of a struggle: smoke filled room in a no-smoking hotel, which meant we were downgraded to a non-smoke filled room (which we accepted as the preferable option), new room had broken curtains which meant light seeping in early, everyone at the huge breakfast herded into one area of the large breakfast hall so the staff wouldn't have to tidy up other sections, wild and manky cats eating off tables outside which meant giving up pretty quickly on the chance to eat breakfast outside, no sparkling water from the hotel bar. Nothing too awful or unsatisfactory, but no 5^ care or quality (although the first lady we met at reception was very nice and we had a good chat with the foods manager about the situation at breakfast). We were slightly off-season so mayeb that explains why the place was a little off, but they should also try a little harder with the lobby area - dank and a little dispairing. Other hotels looked far more lively.

Was overall good. Some inconveniences due too lack of English speaking staff in breakfast buffet and some instructions in the room in English.

Disappointed, 3 star hotel at best”
Disappointed with: Disgusting pool restaurant - it should be closed down; concierge that wasn't fluent in either English OR Hebrew; breakfast servers who never brought what was ordered (except for Linat who was excellent); wifi that just didn't work half the time; the owners are letting the place get run down. What a shame. I wish we went somewhere else.

We had to call the security several times for the noise at 2:00 AM or 3:00 AM. Can't sleep. We have also noticed many small ants in our room .... I really not recommend this hostel.

Horrible I was ripped off I was forced to pay 5000 shekels for my kids at check out i will not recommend anyone to stay there staff not friendly very rude i will stay as far as possible from this hotel.

Total waste of money. Why? 1. Awful service 2. Not enough parking 3. Obstructed sea view 4. Dirty dishes 5. Hard beds 6. No electrical outlets near the bed. 7. Not enough lighting in room.

Hôtel très bien situé en bord de plage. Le personnel est très attentionné. Les chambres sont grandes et bénéficient d’ un balcon. La literie est excellente. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié, il peut satisfaire tous les palais. La piscine est grande et bien aménagée.... Je le recommande à tous ceux qui recherchent le soleil...

Tres bel hotel mais tres long pr nous donner la chambre alors qu'on attendait avec un bb”
On avait fait la resa en ligne et l'hotel nous a quand meme fait attendre une heure dans le lobby pr nous attribuer une chambre alors que l'on etait avec un bb qui avait besoin d'etre nourri et changé. Pour un 5* ils auraient pu au moins nous surclassé ou nous offrir a boire pour patienter. Sinon la chambre rien a dire meme si le personel n'est pas très pro

מלון "מפואר" שנח על זרי הדפנה”
כמו מלונות "מפוארים" ותיקים אחרים באילת עושה רושם שמידת ההשקעה במלון ובפינוק האורחים, המגוון בחדר האוכל לא מרשים, החדר אינו היה נקי בקבלתו, גם לאחר ביקור החדרן מדי יום הניקיון אינו היה מספק, הנהלת המלון בוחרת שלא להפעיל מזגנים במסדרונות החדרים מה שיכול להיות מעיק מאוד ביולי-אוגוסט, מילה טובה למועדון הילדים, הבנות מאוד לבביות והפעלת הילדים הייתה מעולה

Хороший отель”
Для Израиля, а так же для Эйлата, достаточно не плохой отель. За цену по скидке по которой бронировали, самый достойный вариант. Номер повысили до "клубного", завтраки включили, хоть мы за них на Агоде и не платили. Вид отличный. Завтраки достойные. Номер хороший. Отель в целом так же оправдал потраченные на него деньги.
