Beautiful location, but Extremely overpriced for an outdated hotel; frumpy decor; mediocre food ”
Location on the Red Sea boardwalk was quite nice, but it feels like a place that has not been updated since the early 1980’s. Main reason choosing from this was for the spa facilities...but after my check in at 3pm, I was informed that the spa closes at 6pm. There was no time to take advantage of any spa services. The “fitness center” is surprisingly basic for a hotel that promotes itself as having extensive spa/wellness/fitness facilities; again the equipment was highly outdated. Breakfast was included, and was incredibly bland with terribly slow service... waited 20 minutes for a simple cappuccino to be prepared. No dinner was included. Staff seemed rather lobotomized in general.

It was a very very nice hotel!!! I really liked it!! The staff members were very friendly and helpful!!! The only thing is that I thought it was a very small hotel with only about 50 rooms but in reality it was a big hotel and we had a separate entrance and pool but it was right together with the big hotel

The property is connected to the main (better) property but it is run down and in need of a renovation. The staff was very unfriendly, even getting ice is an ordeal, there is no ice machines and after spending half hour on the phone with a lot of aggravation they wanted to charge me a fee for just sending ice to my room. All and all a very dissatisfiying experience.

בגדול החוויה הייתה טובה”
הארוחת בוקר הייתה טובה וגם הארוחות בטרקלין. הצוות של המלון ממש נחמד ואדיב. הייתה לנו קצת בעיית קפיצת חשמל בחדר וגם באחד הבקרים ב9 בבוקר התחילו קדיחות בחדר הסמוך. מעבר לזה כל השאר היה מעולה.

החופשה הכי שקטה שאפשר לקבל באילת בעונת התיירות. מלון מפנק וברמה גבוהה מאוד.”
גם במלון הכי טוב באילת אין ערובה שאיזה ילד לא יצעק לך ליד הדלת ב 7 בבוקר. כאן יש. מלון שקט מאוד ונעים. חדר יפה וברמה גבוהה, אפילו שכבר קצת התיישן- עדיין מתוחזק טוב. ארוחת בוקר טובה, מיץ גזר ותפוזים סחוט (ביום חול), לאחר מכן יש טרקלין עם אוכל קל קינוחים פירות ושתייה למשך רוב שעות היום (למזוכיסטים). ארוחת הערב הכלולה במחיר טובה, אבל לא ברמת מסעדת גורמה. עם זאת, באילת גם ככה המסעדות בינוניות ויקרות, ופה מגישים צלעות טלה, אנטריקוט, פילה בקר, דגים וכו, כך שמקבלים ארוחה די טובה ואיכותית, וגם ענקית מבחינת גודל המנות. קצת יותר מדי. מחירי היין, האלכוהול והשתייה הן במסעדה והן בחוף ע"י המלצרים של הרודס הוגנים ביותר. יש אופניים לרשות האורחים - נח מאוד לקפוץ למול הים מבלי להזיז את האוטו. בשורה התחתונה - אני מניח שזה לא באמת המלון הכי טוב בארץ כמו שטריפ אדוייזר אומר, אבל באילת בהחלט כן, ואם מוצאים מחיר טוב זאת אחלה עסקה. חופשה אמיתית.
