Excellent”

Overall our family was satisfied with our stay, The parking attendants were great, the front desk was on it, the pool staff kept their cool even when they needed to explain the no tattoo in the pool rule to another guest. Location wise our boys loved the city life and monorail view, it’s unfortunate there’s no in-house shop or room service, a 5-minute walk may sound close, but if you have limited physical mobility or fragil in health it can be a little tough in the island heat. Was impressed they had graft charts in the lobby and a staff member clearly explaining the breakfast flow and suggestions of when to go to the restaurants. Was slightly confused with some of the promos of a hologram show online but no promos or explanation at the actual hotel… the hotel info. Book in the room was surprisingly “sparse”… there are some elements of dust in our room but the beds were all incredibly comfortable, the family room was ideal for us. Nothing is ever perfect, but we are more than satisfied and content with our stay because of the staff at this hotel. It is one of the first hotels the whole family would like to stay at again.

Absolutely beautiful ”

Very beautifully designed and decorated but also clean an comfortable. Location is great; near restaurants, shops, monorail. Service was excellent and the breakfast was great too. We’re definitely coming back.

It’s not easy being a foreigner living in Japan. I did a solo trip to Okinawa and spent my Golden week holiday at Hewitt Naha and it was worth every penny. The room was cleaned and beautiful, the staff was great, wide variety from the breakfast menu to choose from., the restaurant on the 13th floor great food too, and the INFINITY ROOF TOP POOL was everything. All my friends in Japan wants to there and I’d definitely go back there with them. Thanks for the 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service!!!

A new hotel with paid pool”

It’s a new hotel with a perfect location. Just a corner ahead of the famous Kokusai Dori and rail station. The breakfast is convenient for non-Asians as well which is a big plus. The only weird thing is here we have to pay for the pool. I have never seen this anywhere in the world.

Fine hotel convenient location”

Located a short walk from Asato station, this hotel offered a great breakfast buffet and a pool with a lovely view of the surrounding city. Be advised that the pool was accessible only with an additional fee not included in the room charge. The wifi worked well, the shower/bath were very nice and always had hot water, and the room itself was nice. The staff were very helpful and spoke more than just Japanese, if necessary. As for the overall experience, it was more in line with 4 star hotels than a lavish 5 star hotel experience, but I think this is reflected in the more affordable price. I would stay here again, 9.5/10

The Best”

Yes!! The breakfast buffet is the best we’ve had! There are so many fresh, locally sourced foods there!! The swimming pool is very luxurious. The hotel rooms are very clean. Even places like under the bed and window sills are spotless.

Above average”

Beautiful hotel, just very small. The rooftop is nice but they closed at 730pm and breakfast if offered from 7- 9:30am a little to early for us to get up, get ready and be able to make it on time. Specifically if you want to go out at night relax and not get up early as a normal day.

Excellent Hotel”

Five-Star Experience! Friendly and professional staff. Staff spoke English and worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. Hotel parking saved time and money. Buffet style breakfast was amazing. The variety of quality food offered was exceptional. It started each morning off right. The infinity pool was spectacular. Hotel located in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Excellent Hotel”

This hotel is very clean, modern, and is in an excellent location. We were able to get very good rates just before Christmas, so the value was outstanding. The hotel is located very close to a monorail station and at one end of Kokusai Street. So, it is easy to get to and very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Everything is very modern, and the rooms are spotless. The breakfast spread is also quite good and set in a nice dining room. The only negative is that the wifi signal was in and out in our room, so it was hard to stay connected.

Hidden items”

-no room service -even you need water bottle, you need to go to reception -staff is rude sometimes -bar near pool closes 20:00 and19:30 is last order; what’s the meaning of bar ? -No indoor bar to enjoy -I stayed 3 nights - all nights Dinner was CLOSED. - no reason. -breakfast has no more varieties.

Newly built ”

It was nice place in the middle of everything. The free breakfast was nice not your traditional Japanese or American breakfast. Staff was every helpful. Rooms little small but it was ok if your not really looking to be in hotel all day.

Waaay overrated and overpriced ”

The hotel has a small infinity pool that has little to no view. That’s it. The front desk staff had a poor, almost condescending attitude. The restaurant wait staff were mostly well meaning but poorly trained, although some just didn’t want to be there. I got the largest room that was listed and you could either walk or keep your suitcase open. The room had less than half a square meter of countertop space available to put your items on. The room did have a air cleaner but why would you need to waste floor space on that in a crowded room? Oh right, because the hotel was dusty as heck. Will not recommend and will not return.

Excellent choice”

Since the pandemic we don’t have a chance to going somewhere especially out of the country, my family got lucky to have chance to get a short vacation and stayed in this excellent hotel, the room was very clean and good amenities plus the foods, they have a lot of choices. We definitely goong back hopefully next year.

Great Place to Stay! ”

I travelled with 3 of my friends for 4days and 3nights. We are very happy that we stayed at Hewitt Resort Naha. If you are traveling by train, the hotel is 22 minutes from the Airport. But if you are travelling by car the hotel is only 15minutes drive from Naha Airport and it has their own parking lot that only cost less than 1,500 yen a day. We love the location, especially if you like to explore the night. It's a walking distance to a lively downtown. Lot's of izakaya to drink around with friends. One of the oldest izakaya called "Urizun" is also just a walking distance. We love the breakfast buffet. They offer a wide variation from traditional japanese to western style breakfast and they also offer a wide variety of Okinawa's specialty food. If you love good breakfast, I guarantee you will love it here. However, you might have to wait around 15-30minutes if you want to eat inside the restaurant. If you are in a hurry, the restaurant have a meal container where you can packed your own meal to eat on a go or inside your room. The infinity pool, it's free if you are staying here. They offer towels from the bar. They also have shower and locker room. It opens from 8:00am to 10:00pm. The morning and night view from the pool is great! If you decided to stay here, you should check it out. It's an out door pool so if it rains the hotel might have to close it for safety purposes. If you are slightly worried about the water temperature, apparently the pool has 30 degrees celsius. (Not sure if its all year round but we stayed here around end of November, we still enjoy swimming.) In regards with the room. It's specious compared to other small hotels in Japan. I personally like the room design. It's modern, slightly minimalist japanese style that gives a cleaner look which I found it very comfortable to stay for 4days. I booked here 2 months earlier and got a very great deal at Agoda. As I booked for 2 rooms, I requested if they can give us a good window vie

Great location, helpful staff, nice facilities ”

The hotel is close to tons of food locations and Kokusai street for all shopping needs. Although I speak very little Japanese, the staff was very helpful when needed. The in-room coffee/tea machine is very nice and convenient. The breakfast is a good variety of food and great hours to offer it. The rooftop pool is nice although not heated. I wish the tattoo policy didn’t exist but it’s ok if you cover up. There’s a great lounge area near the pool with the holographic light show to relax. Would stay again.
