The location is very near an airport bus direct service. It also near train stations and shopping”
Cons is it has no roce cooker. All the the rest are ok. The place is very quiet and not the typical Japanese structure that you can hear your neighbors talk etc.

Check-in and out of the place was self-handled with specific instructions from host. The place was clean and comfortable, located just a few mins’ walk from Osaka-Uehonmachi and Tanimachi-9-chime station. Very convenient to get around in in Osaka.

Excellent”
The location was superb!Surrounding was very convenient.There are Lawsons & many restaurants to choose.Also Uehonmachi Kintetsu station & Tanimachi subway, only 2 stops to Namba or travel to Nara in less than hour.The room was big enough for 3-4 people with all you need, kitchen bathtub even washing machine with terrace. Just one thing 'self check in' is really complicated when you say key is in the mailbox & no one 's there to ask.There are mailbox in front of the building and inside of the building which you have to get inside first then you can reach another mailbox.

Our Room was Just OK”
It was a bit smaller compared to other rentals but enough to fit the 4 of us. Was hoping the 2 beds could fit 4 medium size adults, but not really. Had a bit of difficulty with their check-in and A/C at the start, but after that everything was fine. Could've been more tourist friendly overall. Lacked info about trains, walking paths, or nearby restaurants.

Value for money”
Cosy studio apartment with pocket WIFI, electric kettle, TV, microwave, heater/aircon, bathtub & washing machine. Near subway & 24hrs convinience store. Approx 2km walk to Dotonbori. Getting inside the unit on first day was confusing as instruction sequence was incorrect. Opening unit door was a challenge as air pressure/draft was too strong. Has to pull harder to open.

Great Place to Stay in Osaka!”
Me and my family stayed for 4 nights at HG Cozy Hotel No. 13, and we loved it! The location was perfect! It was near the train station, near a bus stop, and near to almost anything you can think you'd be looking for as a tourist. It was around 9-minute walk to our fave store Super Tamade and there were a lot of restos at your convenience surrounding the area. All in all, it was a great stay and we surely would want to stay here again when we visit Osaka next time. :)

It's just a few minutes walk from Osaka-Uehomacchi Station, you can also get a direct airport bus from KIX to the station.. Convenient store is nearby too

Everything is excellent except the air-conditioner”
We stayed at HG Cozy Hotel No.13 for 6 nights, location, cleanliness and price are all excellent except the air-conditioner. Once you switched on the air-conditioner, soon you will hear a regular 'tapping sound'. The sound is on when the air-conditioner is on, even at night. It's not too loud but you must hear that when you are trying to fall into sleep. It didn't wake us up during night but if you are a light sleeper, you should consider this issue. Other than it we are happy during our stay and will stay again later.

性價比好的民宿”
好：很近地鐵站，交通方便。麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。有洗衣機，有廚房... 住上一星期，生活上都沒問題的。性價比好的民宿。 壞：坐墊和枕頭都不是很乾淨，但要求不高的話，也OK的。全屋欠缺餐桌和椅子，只有一張小小的coffee table，不太方便。

除了便宜，近地鐵站及近鐵車站外，一切都很糟！ 1.辦理check in須到新齋橋的辦公室，拿鑰匙，非常不便。HG提供出地鐵站第1出口是沒有自動手扶梯，須手提行李，其實第2出口是有！ 2.即使只有3人入住，只限定為4人入住，並收取4人的清潔費用，即使住5天也完全沒有人會來清潔，垃圾滿了要email通知才會來處理。房間到處都是灰塵，浴室有前房客的頭髮、水槽水不太通、浴室抽風機上都是棉絮、坐墊上沾滿小灰塵及垃圾碎片！ 3.住宿期間看到2次蟑螂！ 4.我住501室，窗簾拉開，整面落地窗面對著墓園。

環境寧靜，設備齊全，房東人很好”
位於民居的一個獨立住宅，四週環境寧靜，距離近鐵上本町站只步行5分鐘，又有機場巴士直達，非常方便。上本町吃飯購物經已很方便了，有百貨公司、shopping mall、藥妝店、超市不用跑到人擠的難波心齋橋。 房子內空間很足夠，微波爐、洗衣機、熨斗、煮食用具都有。地方很乾淨。 這次旅行第一天剛好遇上大阪地震，房東馬上發訊息慰問。後來因為地方屋內瓦斯自動關掉，房東也很耐心指導怎樣重新開啟。 下次也會再來！
