Our experience”
The center where we were supposed to go for check in was moved. So best to update the instructions given for travelers. The staff were very accommodating. Instructions for self check-in was very easy to understand. Hotel Cozy no 16 is a bit far from bus stop/ train station, so you have to walk a bit (which is fine, because that is morning exercise). We had a little hard time finding the place on our 1st day. So maybe add more pictures so travelers can have an idea of what the area looks like. The place has an elevator so very helpful for luggage. The place is also clean and the futon was a unique experience for us. Also wifi is available to borrow which is very helpful too Thanks for having us! This is a good place to stay :)

A great choice for group travelers ”
The premise is about 10 minutes (on foot) away from the Matsuyamachi subway station and there's a mini supermarket nearby that sells goods at an affordable price. There are also numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. Do take note that the quota for the portable Wi-Fi provided is around 500MB per day so use it wisely.

It was okay”
Pros: Location near the supermarket. There are two stations nearby. Matsuyamachi and Tannimachi 6-chome. Able to cook simple meals. Cons: The check-in time is after 4. But we went there before 4 PM and there is no cleaning personnel already. I hope they can be more considerate. The room was not cleaned thoroughly as there is still dust near the TV when we checked in. Wifi has a data cap. And it is slow! Overall, our stay is okay. Would still recommend it for its affordable price.

Location is a bit far but facilities are great”
1. The place to pick up the key is different from the place you stay. And they changed the pick up place without informing us in advance, we walked so far to find out and then walk further away. Tiring and cold (winter) 2. Earlier check in is not allowed unless paid 10,000 yen per hour before check in. Fortunately we can leave the key at the letterbox downstairs while departing 3. Japan overall is not luggage friendly. The pavement or walk way are very made of concrete (trust me). Our newly bought luggage is spoiled after dragging it around. Plan your trip properly. Better stay at one place for a long time, rather than moving from hotels to hotels. However the pavement is very nice to walk on without luggage 4. The accommodation is very nice. Facilities are great. Hair dryer, cooking (we don’t cook), etc are available. Very clean and comfortable 5. Food shops and 24x7 convenience stores are nearby. Google maps is very accurate in japan. For the money you pay, it's great. We were a family with 3 children. Having a kitchen allowed us to use the supermarkets and mom and pop stalls, to have a genuine Osaka food experience.

Shall call it a homestay rather than hotel”
It is spacious, clean and safe. We like the morning market and supermarket in the same street which so convenient for us to buy souvenir and food. The support from the hotel personnel is very limited.

I booked the place based on the photos and it’s nothing like the photos. It’s way to small for 5+2 kids. Should’ve include the real photos. The only photos that accurate is the bathroom. When we arrive, everything were dusty.

nice and great location”
This apartment is quite small, however the location is nice, just how I like it. its located within the market area, so everytime you go out, go can buy vegies and fuits and seafood and they also got a few restaurants and cafes. they sell the best takoyaki near the corner of the street. very close with train station too. the only down side is that the bed frame is very hard/stiff, the futon does not do soo well. perhaps they can upgrade the bed futon so its not that hard to be sleep on. other than that all great.

Only ~6min walk from station and easy to find. The room provide all the stuff including disposable slipper, washing powder for washing, and WiFi egg. The bed size is reasonable (larger than I expected). We can sleep 3 adults and 2 kids on the 2 beds.

沒有基本清潔，地面近牆邊及暗角位置滿是灰塵，窗邊及露台門滿是污漬，冷氣機隔塵網有一層厚厚的塵埃。第二天要求清潔，第三天來清潔，結果是草草清潔，地下暗角、櫃邊不難找到塵埃，牆邊及露台邊沒有作清潔跟進。”
單位設施還可，但指明四人入住，但食用器皿不足四人使用。單位位置方便，合適小家庭入住。
