Value for money apartment stay”
Pro: Best place for staying with 3 kids (6,5,3 yo) on a budget. There is a convenient store n supermarket near it (300m). Clean house and they provide pocket wifi. Easy check out. Place also quiet and peacefull. Dotonburi, Shinsaibashi, Osaka Castle, Namba are easy to go from here. Cons: Confusing check in process as the provided manual didnt match with the instruction from their email. Their office is at the 2nd floor pharmacy. Need to walk a bit from subway station. The apartment is situated between 2 subway station, soo expect walking 300m / 500m to the subway entrance.

Bad smell coming out from somewhere (like rotten animal), best guess is from toilet/bath/kitchen sink water drain, and from the air conditioning unit. we have to open the windows all the time to vent out the foul smell. also turned off the air conditioning system since foul smell comes out from it. downside of keeping the windows open is the loud noise of passing cars on the highway just a stones throw away from the hotel (we were at the 10th floor). I'll choose a better accommodation next time, adding a few thousand yen per night would be better than suffering from the bad smell and noisy environment of this hotel

Not so convenient after all”
The check in process was a hassle. Gave us the wrong information for check in. We went to the service counter which is a station away from the accommodation. The staffs could have a better briefing guide and check on the properties before sharing information. When we entered the accommodation, there was a fishy smell, the WiFi was not charging, and lack of laundry items. The washing machine was there, but with limited detergent and 4 hangers, not enough to dry a load of clothes. When we asked for more, they told us to get our own. There was also a lack in curtains. The main curtain cannot fully cover the sliding door, so morning sun was in your face. There’s another window that does not have curtains, when asked, no response from the management. Pros - they were prompt in response. 24hr customer service. They came in the next day to replace the pocket WiFi and checked on the smell. Solution was just to air the place. Location is about 1km from Dotonbori.

Good room but problem with check in ”
The check in office was relocated and the property did not update the address. We wasted hours traveling to wrong address and cannot get the keys! Finally got help from a nice Japanese neighbourhood to call the building management. Otherwise, we will probably not place to stay or needa sleep on the street.

군양 구랬웁니다”
일단 역에서 애매하게 떨어져있는 거리가 매우 마이넛흐 였습니다. 다섯명이서 묵었구요, 침대 두개는 군양 뭐 괜찮았는데 침구 세개는 매우 위생이 쉐ㅅ이더군요. 커버 엄꼬 구냥 이불인데 딱봐도 세탁따윈 하지 않는 것 같아 쮭쮭해서 수건 깔고 추운데 이불도 안 덮고 잤읍니다. 그리고 서비스 카운터에서 짐을 맡겨준다는 말만 하곤 비용이 발생한단 말은 안하셔서 매우 당황했습니다. 캐리어 하나당 500엔이었나,, 그럴거면 서비스 카운터에 방문 안했죠. 미리 말해주셨으면 역에 짐 맡기고 셀프체크인 해ㅛ을텐데요. 왔다갔다 시간낭비 해서 뽝췸. 위치도 구리고 두번은 안 가욜~이 아니라 한 번 간 것도 뽝침.

因为日本很多酒店房间都很小，带着孩子不方便，所以这次带孩子去玩专门都订的公寓型酒店那种。这个酒店房间走到地铁站要7分钟左右，走到心斋桥要20分钟左右。跟其他公寓酒店比，办理入住很方便，可以不用去市中心办理，在住的地方可以直接取钥匙入住。设施设备比较全。 唯一不好的是，我们是提前一个多月预定的，预定还选的延迟付款，而且预定还告知需要提前入住，结果到入住当天14点收到酒店取钥匙流程，才被告知必须下午16点后进入房间，如果提前进入需要收费，一小时1000日币，可是当时我们已经在去酒店的路上了。客人有知情权吧，既然提前入住要收费为什么不能提前跟我们说呢？？？一个月的时间都不够你们告诉的客人，非要当天才告知？？？你们早点说，我们愿意支付，可以提前跟你们说，不愿意支付我们也可以考虑换酒店或者重新安排行程吧？去了日本7次了，住了十二十家酒店，就这种公寓型酒店这一次去关西也住了3家，第一次遇到这样的情况！！！

1.住宿方提供的照片與真實入住時一樣，沒有照騙(只是實際空間比想像中小了點)。 2.剛開始進去房間內與每晚回房間都會有一股不好聞的味道，但無大礙，把抽風的開起來就沒問題了。 3.浴室的熱水其實不太熱，但還在可接受範圍，洗澡不會冷到。 4.房間內該附的設施一應俱全，連餐具跟鍋碗瓢盆都有，值得嘉許。 5.住宿地點離捷運站地點非常好找，照著住宿方給的地圖或開google map走都能輕鬆走到，不會迷路，附近還有全家跟超市，方便。 6.住宿地點離心齋橋及長堀橋商圈其實沒有很近，徒步走要差不多15分左右，但已民宿這價錢，CP值算高。
