location is too far from beach
pro: (i)Big room (with living room plus fridge and microwave). (ii)Friendly staff. cons: (i) Too far from Aonang main street (need to walk about 25 minutes and no proper pedestrian walk way) and some driver don't even know this hotel. (ii) Realize mainly stay by group tour people from.China which usually check in night time and go back in the morning. Not recommend for couple to stay.

Never stay here
This is the worst place we have ever stayed in Thailand. Arrived to no personality or welcome from staff. They get busloads of chinese arriving anywhere from 11pm to 4am & they have no respect for sleeping patrons.we were woken up 2 nights out of 3 (only due to an upgrade in a different building the 3rd night after complaining) with screaming & people trying to access our room. The breakfast is a joke with toast the only option as a westerner. That's if you don't get it taken whilst cooking from the rude Chinese. Can't say I've ever had to write a bad review but seriously this place is a no go zone. I will say that the only lady that spoke English & looked after our complaint was lovely & apologetic..

Very poor service and no good environment 1) no full toiletries No toothbrush, no toothpaste and no dustbin 2) drop of point no cover the third day heavy rain,we need to park the car at car park.The kids and adult very wet 3)No electricity After we come back from outside the room with no electricity 4) In house phone cannot call,we cannot call to room to room and can not call to operator 5)No luggage troller.We came for four days three night,one family more than three luggage.We need to come up and down again to pick up our luggage by ourself more than twice 6)Staff service Ask for extra pillow but never send to our room until we check out I very regret to stay in this four star hotel,I won't recommend to my friends or family members next time in Krabi

very poor service and poor environment
1) no electricity - after we came back from outside our room with no electricity 2) drop off point, no cover. Heavy rain in second day, the car have to park outside. Kids and adults wet with rain 3) no luggage troller Our families stay for three night, more than 3 luggage per families. We need to carries few time luggage to room. 4) no full toilet toiletries No toothbrush and no toothpaste and no rubbish bin 5) operation staff Ask for extra pillow until check out din't send to us. 6) phone cannot use In house phone cannot use, cannot call operation. We need to come down to operation counter. 7) we book 2 pool access room, after we reach the hotel management change us to premium deluxe room. I'm very regret to book this hotel, I'm not going to introduce to my friends and families.

its a hallal hotel not on web page
All areas dirty no gym as advertised food at breakfast inedible no tast bland and cold it appears the staff have no management help or training it is not a 4 star hotel not even a 2 l didnt enjoy it at all

Friendly staff, but hotel is let down by location
We stayed for 2 nights. It is a little out of the way and as other reviewers have accurately said, it is not the safest location for walking at night as there was a section of the road which was very dark and we had to rely on our phone torch and hope the vehicles passing could see us and not run us over. The service was good and the staff are very warm and welcoming. Cleanliness and facilities were satisfactory. We spent most of our time in the main Ao Nang area and returned home when we were fed and well-kneaded.

value for money
this hotel is worth the money, the staff is great but needs english improvement, the breakfast need to be more international as the food served is mostly thai food.
