The ideal place for rest & relaxation”
I felt like I was at my own vacation home. Facilities wise I had everything I needed to just kick-back & relax. I can order both Thai & international dishes (incl. Indian, Italian food) to be delivered to my door step from both Grab or from the Sivana Club house. The pool was well maintained. Water was clear, did not feel or smell overly chlorinated, and the water temperature was cool but not cold. My family spent hour in or by the pool side. The roof sun deck had nice views of the surrounding rock hills. We enjoyed a great view of the rolling hills & wished the resorts like Sivana in the area worked together with the local administration to develop the rolling hills into biking/hiking trails for guest to explore while exercising. This would make the KhaTao area the most unique high-end vacation spot in Hua Hin for Nature lovers who are hungry for a bit of adventure. Free WIFII included Netflix, True TV, & if you have a Amazon Prime/IFLIX account you could watch it on their smart TV that is cast capable. We bright our snake board & rollerblades & skated around the neighborhood. Already looking forward to coming back.

Exceptional place for Staycation”
I love the place is clean and spacious. There were three rooms - wherein it can fix max of 3 people. Other extensions would also include the sofa bed. The Masters Bedroom has a bathtub and provided shampoo and towels already. Pool is clean and has lights - so night swimming is very conducive. Pool side furniture are also provided. Kitchen is completed. The cooking tools, plates, and even the dishwasher are already provided. There is a Cable TV and Internet provided already. But TV Channels only had K-pop so I was not able to watch foreign TV shows such as Game of Thrones but Netflix account is already provided as well. Downside is the location, quite far but not a problem for us because we have rented a van. So if you are booking this, make sure you have your own vehicle to navigate Hua Hin. I enjoyed our stay here and will come back if given a chance. P.S. The owner is also very responsive to the questions we have!

Nice place but hot water in bathroom was not fixed. Super slow checkout so plan for that in advance. The futons were not automatically included so ask for that if you need it. No electricity fee which was good. Nice house overall

Everything is great except the Location”
The location really hard to find it , and I tried to contract the owner but no one answering my call , but we end up to go look for somewhere else to stay. Then the owner contract me back and the place is call Sivana garden not Sea breeze pool villa.
