Nice Location”
Great little hotel/guest house. No staff other than to check in and then you are on your own. No breakfast at the hotel either which was a little disappointing but considering the price for a newly renovated place I am happy to let this go. Overall great little place in the middle of town but very basic if you are looking for somewhere to hangout. Good as a base to shower and sleep.

Hotel personnel has no training on service”
Booked a room for two nights at the 2nd floor with Oceanview. When entering the door, surprised how small it is that we hardly can find space for luggage. No cabinet for clothes. The towel is so old and has changed color. When talked to front desk, I were told that all towel need to use for one year before they can be replaced. Since they have lots of customer in past year, towel has worn out earlier, but the quality is still comparable to any hotels in Taiwan. The statement is so annoy, towel has actually turned to gray from original white color. We talked with Agoda and reduced our stay from two nights to one. Then, next day in the morning, hotel has started their refurnish project above our floor before we checked out, which made whole hotel not livable with huge noise. No front desk most time of the day probably due to low season. Free breakfast is very simple at a nearby cafe, seems not that clean. Definitely not recommended.

a good sea view hostel”
i think great sea view is the selling point. as the location is one street beside the main kenting street, during the stay we were not disturbed from the crowd, we can easily listen the sound from the wave to the seashore. talking about the cleanliness, it is clean but sometimes we saw some ants. but i think it is hard to keep perfect clean for the seaside building.

Lovely Ambience ”
I spent three nights at room 201 with a pretty sea view balcony. The decor and layout of the room was very well put together and both of us felt very comfortable. Everything worked like a breeze including the shower. Its proximity to Kenting's Main Street but is not affected by the noise is also one of its biggest draw of this hotel. If I absolutely have to give one feedback, it would be nice to have hooks along the hallway to hang our clothes and jackets, as there isn't a wardrobe.

Wonderful balcony and having a great time here”
Pros: wonderful balcony and view at the top, bathroom is clean and nice finished, Everything is great. Perfect location, quiet but close to the Main Street (just 1 minute walk). Have great sleep with sound of the sea, we have a great and wonderful time here. Cons: no lift just stairs, some outdoor chairs are broken, if you book the room with the balcony, be caution the broken chair, and won’t clean the balcony when you are living in, so be caution the shit left by the birds too. But still we have a wonderful time here.

Average Hotel but pricey”
We stayed at level 1, just beside the "lobby". The best thing in the hotel are: the nespresso machine at the lobby. the comfy bed and TV (with nice channel) the bathroom the design there are umbrellas cuz its rainy in kenting coin laundry is a 2minutes walk (but its super busy and expensive) Bad thing about the hotel are: Nobody is at the front desk when we wanted to check in. *had to use the hotel phone to call their staff, we had a hard time calling The staff (maybe the owner) was quite rude when she checked us in smelly pillows (please wash them before putting them on the bed)

good location, the rooms are correct, we didn't get an ocean view but the rooms are ok. there is no breakfast at the hostel. clean, staff didn't speak english but called someone when necessary.

The only plus point is the location”
The staff must be overloaded with work as she was most of the time not at the counter. The room is very basic except that it has a good size bathroom. Water heater is not function properly, either very hot or very cold. The only plus point is its location.

Convenient location ”
It’s a good location for first time travelers around this area. It’s very easy to find and very clean facility. One issue we encountered was the shower door cannot tightly close so the water will leak out during the shower and the floor cannot be dry, but there is a drain hole so it’s not too bad for the situation. The front desk staff is not always around, so you need to call the number if any issues needs to resolve.
