Just one station away from shin osaka”
May not be yr hotel level or new accomodation type of quality but meets my objective of being closest to shin osaka and value for money. But they need to improve their utilities and cleanliness although it's in a old neighborhood

We were very unfortunately surprised by the uncleanliness. When we walked in we immediately smelled cat urine. The couch had many “bodily fluid” stains all over it. We left after 10 minutes and had to go to another hotel. Definitely not suitable for young children. The owner was very kind and understanding. They let me know they’d be contacting the cleaning company that is supposed to be responsible for that property.

Great location ”
Near to the station, convenient store, supermarket and few restaurants (non halal). A very quiet place and I thought I was in the Zombiland until we are afraid to cough in the house. House owner already warned us not to make noise and talk to the neighbour 😂 Map given quit complicated, but I managed to find an easy way to the station. But I am still gonna stay here again if visit Osaka again. Thanks for house owner for always available when we need🤗

You will feel like a local”
The place is nice. Very warming. You will feel like you live in local area. All appliances are working. We just have a comment on the aircondition of the house, it needs cleaning. None the less, two thumbs up. Perfect for family, friends and couples who wish to feel like they live in Japan as a local. The house is near train station, near grocery store, and near fast food chains and restaurants.

The apartment was a bit tricky to find as it was on a small side street and the host didn't provide instructions from the JR station - Higashi-Yodagawa . The outside of the apartment looks run down but the inside of the apartment was decent. Because the apartment was in an old area of Osaka, surrounded by old apartments and on a side street - it initially looked quite dodgy to stay but actually the neighborhood seemed quite safe and there were locals walking the dog at like 8.30pm at night. There are steep stairs heading upstairs to the sleeping area. A single bed, 1 queen bed and futon beds available if you have more than 3 guests. The stairs is NOT recommended for elderly or people with disabilities. The JR station is around 10 minutes away from the apartment. There is a Seven Eleven around 3 minutes walk around and a big supermarket around 5 minutes walk around. The house guide indicated there was a portable wifi but this was not true. There is no portable wifi, the wifi can only be used within the apartment. Other than this, the host was friendly and quite responsive.

Our stay wasn’t that pleasant. The house is not properly maintained. Sufficient instructions for checkin were not provided. Rooms are very tiny.

チェックイン時にキーボックスを開けることができなかった。また、宿泊の手引きに示されたWi-Fiパスワードに誤りがあり混乱をした。施設そのものは清潔に保たれていたが、細かなところで対応の雑さが目立った。まぁ値段相応といったところ。

綺麗で広くて安心！！”
スタッフはビジネスホテル程度の接客かと！ 値段が安いため過度な期待はダメ！ 部屋は広くて、段差も少なく子供たちも安心してくつろげました！ 特に汚い場所もありません！ ただ、お風呂がシャワールーム+外のバスタブのみで、バルコニーだからか、シャワールームにしかシャワーがありません。 入るのが大変！！ あと下のカフェはインスタ投稿で無料になるサービスとかがありました。 ロケーションは確かに真横や周辺がアダルトショップなので年頃の子ども連れにはきつい環境かも！でも通天閣も歩いて行けるし、関西の秋葉原、日本橋の中なので観光には〇！
