Strongly recommended !!! Fulfilled my expectations”
After staying at many budget hotels, this hotel is by far the best for me and I highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel. The proximity from and to the airport was indeed very short which saved our time in this crazy traffic. We sent an email to them first. They replied to us immediately with so many suggestions and advices. They suggested us to pay only 3000 to get to their hotel. The receptionists let us check in early. Staffs are very helpful and very attentive. Beautiful wooden floor, clean and spotless large room, big comfy bed and hot shower just made our stay perfect. Internet was better than many other places in town. English movie channels were available. Location is excellent with some few good restaurants, local teashops, a mini mart, ATMs and banks within walking distance. We had a nice dinner nearby where the receptionists recommended. They have with or without breakfast options. We chose a room with breakfast. The breakfast was fresh and good. We think $2 for buffet breakfast is a real bargain. Train station is just about few minutes away from this hotel. We took Yangon circular train to downtown to see how people live in Yangon. The staff negotiated the taxi driver to get a cheaper taxi fare for us to the Aung Mingalar bus station. All in all, we would recommend everyone to stay here and we are sure you will love it!

Great for overnight stay near airport/buses”
We stayed here twice on our recent visit to Myanmar. The first time was on arrival from an international flight; we arrived early evening, ate in a cheap bar round the corner that served cheap (and strong!) Dagon beer, then had a great sleep before catching an early morning bus to Golden Rock which the hotel booked for us, even providing a boxed breakfast as we had to leave so early. We re-booked for the night before our return flight to the UK and had a wonderfully clean and modern room on the third floor. This was our second visit to Myanmar and I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying overnight in Yangon before further travelling as it saves you the journey into (and out of) Yangon city centre (the traffic can be horrendous). The only minor problem with the location is that not all the taxi drivers know the hotel but I am sure this will change as it becomes more popular.

Discreet top-notch hotel in town!”
High Five hotel gave us a good first impression of our first time visit to Myanmar. Once we landed, a staff welcomed us with a drink; cool towel and a nice smile, which made us feel like a home away from home. Plus, good English speaking staffs made our life easier. The room was very spacious filled with all the amenities we need. The food at the hotel was simple yet very tasty. We can tell this hotel food was hygienic compared to our horrible street food experience. We are really thankful to the manager and receptionists for inquiring and arranging bus tickets for us. As the staffs said, the main bus station was just 15 minutes drive from the hotel. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back again!

Very nice hotel 10 minutes from the airport. Room had all amenities and was very clean. Clean shower room, and good wi-fi . This hotel has a restaurant which is invaluable as there is nowhere near to eat, and the food is good. Staff were helpful. Location near bus station and airport very good. Would use again if staying overnight en route, and would recommend. Not suitable if wanting to do sightseeing in Yangon as too far out.

5 minutes to Airport”
It only took us 5 mins to get to the airport in the morning and cost 3000 kyats. The staff were almost tripping over each other to help you and were extremely friendly. Lovely large clean room and bathroom, could not fault this hotel. Great eating places around the corner, especially the Lucky 7 Resturant. A great place to stay for a hotel transfer but not for visiting the sights of Yangon too far away.

Clean Near Airport Hotel”
I stayed at this hotel during a long 12 hour layover in Yangon. It is near the airport (5-10 minutes) and is clean and reasonably priced. I also ate dinner at the hotel and it was good food and also reasonably priced. WiFi is good and bathroom clean and very hot water. I would recommend for a long layover.

Simple hotel, friendly and helpful staff”
The hotel is very near to the airport, about half hour to 45 mins can ride from city centre. We didnt mind that as we were able to really have an insight to the life in the country. Cabs are easily available all over yangon anyway. Its a very simple homely hotel with no lifts, pretty rooms (judging from the normal Budget hotel standards in yangon). They serve the same breakfast everyday but we loved it! Lastly, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel and would go back again if i visit yangon again.

Small, basic, clean, friendly - good for airport”
I only stayed there for about 5 hours - prior to a 1am flight. The checkin was easy, lots of staff, very friendly, no problems with my booking. The room was on level 3 - which is actually level 2 - easy walk up the stairs. Others have noted there is no lift.. in a place with such infrequent electricity I would call that a bonus! Aircon was good and controllable. Bathroom was clean and new. Room was clean and new and plenty of room. Plenty of plugs. Nice TV with English movies and channels. I had a good (simple and cheap) meal downstairs. This hotel is not fancy but it's OK. Much better than some I have stayed in in Central Yangon. I probably would not stay here as a tourist because it's too far out of town, but for an early or late flight it's perfect.

Nice Stay for a night!”
I needed to stay a night in Yangon for a morning flight to Bagan. This hotel is ideal for my fit. It is near to the airport and it is clean and staff are exceptionally friendly. There is no lift but staff helped me to carry my luggage up and down. Lovely place!

Friendly staff and good service”
We stayed here overnight on our way to transit to Inle Lake. The staffs are friendly and they provide airport pick-up with additional cost. Airport drop off is free of charge. Our room is on the 5th floor and there is no lift, this has been stated when you book the room, so make sure that you're okay with that. Overall we are happy with our stay at High Five hotel.

Pleasant”
This hotel has only been open for several months, so all the facilities are new, unlike many of the aging hotels in Yangon. I had some business at the airport, as well as an early morning flight to Mandalay, so the hotel was conveniently located about 10 minute drive from the airport. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet with some tea shops, monasteries, and restaurants. The only downside was the small breakfast: 1 banana, toast, runny eggs, and a sausage.

Great location for airport”
We spent the night before a flight out the next morning. Best WIFI we had in 25 days in Myanmar. Very close to the airport so you can avoid the Yangon downtown traffic! Very comfortable bed and good shower. Lots of local eating opportunities around the corner. Staff was great and a few had excellent English skills.

I've spend my great time here everything was "very good" and I'm appreciate with the price it's better than some other hotel in Yangon if decide from the reasonable price (my opinion) But one thing you should remember is "it's a new hotel it's just opened last year" So it will be difficult to find this hotel,most of taxi driver don't know this hotel you should print out the map and phone number to avoid getting lost and waste your time.

Sweet and comfortable service”
It was my first night in Yangon, Myanmar. They gave me a good start of knowing the best place to stay and service mind of Myanmar people. Only 15 mins away from airport with great service and you can hv a good rest. I will definitely go there again. Also i would recommend anybody to stay here.

Good if you need to hop on an early flight”
We stayed in this hotel because we needed to stop over in Yangon for one night to catch an early flight out the next day. The airport is only 10-15 min away by taxi. The Room was small but comfortable and clean. Internet was surprisingly good and fast. The hotel is amidst other small hotels / restaurants/ residences on a relatively quiet side street. There are local restaurants, shops, etc around the hotel. The staff gave helpful advice for getting around town from there and instructions for using local buses which was fun.

Good transit hotel”
This is an excellent hotel to stay in if you are in transit and have a flight to catch out of Yangon. The hotel is conveniently located around 5km from the airport but is far from the city landmarks of Yangon. The hotel is fairly new and the room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well furnished. Wifi connection was fairly strong. The staff were also very helpful in bringing up our baggage to the 4th floor (no elevators) and on giving directions. When we asked where we could get some dinner since we arrived from Bagan fairly late, they directed us to a local tea shop, a few minutes walk from the hotel. They also flagged a taxi for us the next day to bring us to the airport and it only cost us 2,500 Kyat (around $2.50).

Hôtel located close to the airport”
This hotel is located in the airport area of Yangon and we only stayed here for about 15 hours to get some sleep before out flight out. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and decent. There is not much else to do or see in the area. The staff will help you get a cab for the airport and the price in Nov 2016 was 3000kyat.

Great option for airport access”
Only stayed here one night. Arrived late from Mandalay and had an early morning flight to Bangkok. Very adequate to use for the airport, not for touring Yangon. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, despite or late arrival and early departure. Very clean rooms and bathrooms.

Very helpful staff”
Stayed in the hotel for a night, and chose the room at the 5th floor, no lift but hotel website has a full disclosure on this. So I knew what I was having. Having only 1 day in Yangon and touring the city, I forgot that I was supposed to call the ballooning company in Bagan. Since I checked out of the hotel early in the morning, I cannot call the company. I asked the staff to call the hotel for me and even if I am already checked out, they did call.

Nice hotel nerar the airport”
We decided to rent a room from this hotel for relaxing and taking shower as we had 12h in Yangon befor our flight. It was a clean room near the ariport. The staff was super helpful and really nice to us.
