Fantastic Hotel Spa Resort located next to Fuji-Q Highland Theme Park”
Great deals, great rooms with views of Mount Fuji, on the doorstep of Fuji-Q Highland, great location, 15 minute early entrance to Fuji-Q. Great connection to Fujiyama Onsen. Lisa and Gaspard room was great. Loved it
Thank you very much for using our hotel. I hope that you will return to Japan. I am very pleased that you have liked us. I am happy if you can use the hotel again. Highland Resort Hotel & Spa General Manager
Best Hotel near Fuji Q”
Worth staying if you are planning to hit Fuji Q. Recommended to stay at least two nights so you get to enjoy all the facilities. They give you a priority access to Fuji Q 15 min before opening and free use of the onsen next door.
Thank you very much for your stay at our hotel. We are grateful for receiving a valuable evaluation. I am very pleased that you have liked us. I am happy if you can use the hotel again. Highland Resort Hotel & Spa General Manager
Very close to fujiQ”
Hotel is very near to Fuji Q and bus terminal making it very convenient. We can also walked through the park from Fujikyu train station to the hotel. The only thing is the hot water airpot is too small enough for one cup at one boil. The view we had was mt fuji and it was beautiful due to the clear skies for the day. Duty free shop also available connected to the hotel building.
Great service, nice food and nice onsen. ”
Staff provide us with excellent service as the receptionist led us to our room personally and explained things along the way to us. The guests who stayed here are mostly Japs thus it’s very quiet and peaceful when we stayed here during from Thursday till Saturday morning. However when we left on Saturday, we saw a lot of cars driving up and Japanese loves to come during the weekends. Not sure if it’s as peaceful during weekends. I managed to have the whole onsen to myself during the first night that I was there. Food was good during breakfast though some guys who are big eaters might not find them filling as it is not buffet style. It will be great to take photos in their garden during sunny days!
Excellent Facility ”
Pros *Super Clean, Good Food, Excellent Service, good transportation, and lots of facilities. *If FujiQ is one of the main item of your trip. Hands down nothing can beat Highland Resort. Cons *Little Expensive *A little far from other attractions like Fuji, Gotemba etc.
Built and integrated next to the Fuji-Q resort, and with shuttle bus around the area, very nice. I loved the room and the view of Mt Fuji and I especially loved the night walks and the free cake at Fuji-Q. Won't hesitate to come back again.
Thank you very much for having us stay at our hotel. Thank you for choosing our hotel from among the hotels in Japan. We look forward to seeing you soon on your next visit. Highland Resort Hotel & Spa General Manager
I love this hotel. Stunning view of Mt Fuji from my room as well as their breakfast restaurant. Absolutely amazing. The room was huge with what you need provided. The bus terminal is just right beside which makes travel easy. They also provide shuttle service to Kawaguchiko. I was provided with vouchers to their spa / onsen beside which was a plus. And if you're going Fuji-Q Highland, just stay here. I'll definitely be back again!
Great view of Mount Fuji from hotel entrance and even from the room. The room is quite spacious. 15mins earlier entry to Fuji-Q Highland is a big plus. The hotel is also just next to the highway bus station. Convenience and free entry to Fujiyama Onsen is another bonus. There is also a free shuttle bus service to the train stations.

Onsen and Theme Park”
If you are looking for something to do outside of Toyko, head over to Fuji Q - easy bus ride to get to hotel (which is right next to the theme park). At night, soak in the public Onsen.
Thank you very much for having us stay at our hotel. Thank you for choosing our hotel from among the hotels in Japan. We will continue working to become a hotel that will be selected by many people in the future. We sincerely look forward to your visit. Highland Resort Hotel & Spa General Manager

Clean hotel, Nice Fuji View, near bus station convenience ”
clean and big hotel with free entrance to FUJI Q one of the biggest ride in Japan, if you like all the excited and challenging rides, this is the hotel you should stay and from hotel room can see very good Mr Fuji view, so nice and romantic with your love one. next building have big onsen which you can enjoy morning and nite session for free for hotel guest.
I Love View Fuji Q”
A very ideal place to stay if you want to see Fuji San up close except on cloudy or foggy days. Staying here entitles you to a free entrance to the Fuji Q Highland amusement park, the museum and Onsen. They also offer an hourly free bus shuttle from hotel to Kawaguchiko station and back. The highway bus station is also just across the hotel. The hotel is clean and the staff is very accomodating. They also serve a superb breakfast with a fantastic view of the Fuji San.
Access to onsen and Fuji-Q Highland was great. All included. Breakfast spread amazing.”
Best views of Mt Fuji. Right next to bus station. Unfortunately our room was in the not yet refurbished section so it looked like 80’s and had very few power sockets. Good thing was we got high floor with mountain view. Thankfully smoking room did not have any smoke smell.
Great Awesome Hotel”
Couldn't ask for a better hotel. Perfectly nestled beside train station, surrounded by bus stops, just beside Fuji-Q Highland with priority entry, great restaurants with views and Mount Fuji is majestically just there! Super love this hotel.
Enjoyable Amusement Park Relaxation”
(1) Tidy and Clean Room, Comfortable (2) Good Breakfast with lots of choices of food (3) Accessible, close to downtown and FujiQ park (4) exclusive tunnel to enter FujiQ Park, Hotspring (5) Hotel guest free entrance for FujiQ and hotspring (6) Very good hotspring , very enjoyable
Good Service & location”
I came to run Fujisan Marathon. 2 free onsens per day was fantastic for pre- & post race recovery! Unfortunately there was no shuttle bus before 8am but staff was very nice and patient to show me the way to walk to the start point yet it was 3km! Onsens are good. Hope body lotion could be provided at onsen and in guest room when the weather is so dry now. Free entry to Fuji-Q Park was good but had to pay each game
A big chain hotel with warm AC”
We chose the hotel for its location and easy access to direct limousine bus to the airport. The room is small but as are other hotels around Japan. They have a Family Mart on the ground floor, and access to the mall. It is easier to get to from Ikebukuro station as opposed to higashi-ikebukuro. They have vending machines on every floor and a coin laundry which is very convenient for travelers. Unfortunately it seems to have a central AC system which you cannot change manually. We were unfortunate to get a room which was rather warm especially in summer. It was colder in the lobby and hallways. We have asked them to tend to it several times but they said AC is working fine and offered us a fan. We will be back on a later date after our backpacking trip to other cities, hopefully the AC is better then.
Extremely recommended hotel for trip to Fuji q highlands ”
When I reached the hotel there was a clear view of Mount Fuji from the entrance due to good weather It was a nice surprise I had a room which faced the amusement park it was very nice as well It also provided a brilliant hot spring in which you can visit unlimited times Also being a guest you may enter the park 30 mins early which is great as you cut some q for the rides and at a cheaper rate although when I was there some of the rides were down for maintenance but that can't be helped safety first. For dinner I had a short walk outside the resort and there were a street of shops nearby with economical prices to eat at Overall it was a great stay at this place and I will always stay here for my future trips
The good 1. Hotel is close to theme park. 2. Free onsen. 3. Enter theme park early. 4. Close to bus station to return to main Tokyo. 5. Spectacular view of Mt Fuji. ***** The bad: 1. Far from everything. 2. Food is expensive. Neutral: 1. Things need some upgrade. If you're here for the theme park and mount fuji, it's practically heaven. Else, it's not much going on.
