Overall is 👍👍👍. However if you planning to bring your car along, you might need to pay extra as you have to park at PAID basement carpark. Inconvenient place as they didn't provide free carpark

It smell so bad... ”
Stayed for a week. 1. When I arrived, opened the door, the smell of the drainage was too strong. Busuk sangat. Even when I was sleeping I barely can slept well due to the smell. Went to Giant Mall bought a dehumidifier charcoal and a freshener for the toilet. 2.The hob didn't functioning at all. Ended up bought one. I stayed there for a week so need to cook. 3.The customer service of Plush was very helpful in assisting me as there was a problem with the property key card.

Room was ok and all the facilities and amnesties are fine. However , Please put a towel or a mat in front of the bathroom as it get slippery with your floor kinda dangerous there. The main outside door i think got a problem as i m trying to lock it is hard for me to pull out the key. but the room door work fine.

Did call Agoda customer service dept but still no clearer answer on the process. Second time went to reception only then managed to get Plush Mgt contact number. Very disorganised.

Room overall is okay , clean and comfortable but disappointing service for the host as this is the first time we booked agoda home the host should send us the guide for check in and assist us about the parking and all but they failed to do so ; no information given at all , wasted around 45 mins just to get in and end up we called agoda customer service to assist us to get the host contact only then the host send us the details of check in , inefficiency service

Overall clean and simple. Only thing is moth ball smell too strong in the cupboard especially where the cutleries and toilet rolls are kept.

Dirty & stuff need to improve ”
The room was dirty, cleaner didnt come to clean room for the next guess, toilet, bedsheet, hair was on the floor wet towel as well.. we check in at 3pm ask to check out at 11am next day.. and was ask to wait outside the facilities for the clear to come and clean staff said will call back once settle until 10pm nobody call updated.. so end up we only come to enter at 11pm then car park card cannot use. Owner duplicate card security dont let us in.. it was worst… that all..
