We could tell the room had been very well cleaned before arrival.
The room is cleaned, bathroom is also cleaned.
Room was large and spacious.
It was a good size room big enough for 4 adults.
Clean and with decent bed - ideal for an overnight stay while travelling.

Great stay in Taree”
Staff were friendly and bent over backwards to ensure our stay was a good one. My parents stay at the Highway Motor Inn every time they visit Taree and we will too now.

Great value, comfortable & clean”
We stayed overnight in a family suite. It was a good size room big enough for 4 adults. The room was very clean, check in was easy & beds were super comfortable. This is one of the better motels in Taree, we have stayed here twice now & would definitely stay here again.

One Night Stand”
We stopped over in Taree for one night visiting family, great location, situated on main road... Owners are very nice and accommodating and are very pleased.. Room was large and spacious... only downside, was there was no pool, however we were only there for one night, so not a major dilemma...We would stay again

We had to have a family room as all other rooms booked. The queen bed was really comfortable and it had 2 single beds but it would have been very crowded if 4 people. There was no wardrobe? We suggested to management that the large cupboard with tableware, pillows, iron , jug & toaster could be put into a smaller cupboard either below or above the long bench and the large cupboard made into a wardrobe. The room was always kept clean and tidy by staff and they were friendly.

Basic rooms, but wifi availability a bonus ”
we only needed a place to sleep & this was adequate for us. the price was ok. i left some clothing behind in the room & only just realised, so i shall phone them tomorrow to see if they have kept them for me. we would certainly stay here again under the same circumstances, but would prefer somewhere with a pool if spending more time there.

Good location”
The inn is just 5min walk away from CBD, and also 5min walk to the ferry pier. It is also close to the CAT(free bus) stop. The inn is a bit old, 80 style. Budget choose.

Noisly at night, OK otherwise”
The room was fine, however there was a lot of noise generated by some of the other tennants. The staff were helpfull, but the directions that were supplied to find a supermarket proved to be wrong. The hot water was also a bit variable. Generally the hotel was acceptable for the price charged.

The hotel has new accessories, linen, covers, fridge, microwave etc. Looks nice & inviting, the bathroom is a little dated but a pleasant stay with all amenities available.

Good overnight stop had by all!”
We were travelling from Sydney to Brisbane and this proved to be a good overnight break in the journey.Plates and cutlery in the rooms (supporting all the other items available) would have been appreciated. Breakfast was available but we didn't order it!

Pros: Very clean & beds very comfortable Shower good Cons: No wardrobe in the room to hang clothes. Family room a bit small & squashy for 4 people. Suitable for an overnight stay but no longer.
