I would definitely recommend Hiigh Apartments, particularly for anyone wanting accommodation close to The Avenue hospital. Was an easy 10 minute walk. Location was perfect for cafes and Chapel St shopping too. Management were very friendly and promptly replied each time I contacted them.

Great location, well designed studio apartment, well stocked with cutlery and cooking utensils, quiet and secure. A little more attention to cleaning/dusting is required. The cupboards needed tidying/organizing. Overall a great location and apartment and I will stay there again when next in Melbourne. Better than a hotel and more comfortable.

Thomas met us and let us into the car park, took us and showed us how to work the security system and showed us too the room. The room was very clean and modern and a great place to stay. Will definitely stay there next time we are in Melbourne

We loved it my husband and I will be back. It's clean the rooms are just he right size and having a balcony was fantastic. I also loved picking and dropping of the keys without having to deal with anyone it all was so easy. We don't catch a cab or tram as everywhere we wanted to go was on our doorstep

Love the set up of the apartment. It was clean and tidy. Was a little noisy on the Friday and Saturday night due to closeness to the corner pub but still bearable. I Definitely recommend it for location and accessibility :)

The apartment was very clean. Comfortable bed. Secure building, The bedroom was a bit small with no space to put our luggage. The Jenny who greeted us was so polite, welcoming and helpful - thank you Jenny.

Beautiful apartment and great location, only problem was we were right next to a nightclub so if you're there on a weekend you will definitely need ear plugs, was extremely loud!

Great location, hard to get into to begin with. Easy to deal with staff, we're really flexible with requests. Split system in our room didn't work. Never been asked to wash my own dishes or take my own rubbish out before in a $150+ a night hotel. Fantastic location, nice room

unfortunately the fireplace hasn't worked in the 2 apartments i've had had but otherwise they're of good quality, clean, well appointed and conveniently positioned. free parking and wifi makes it attractive for business travellers.

Disturbing level of fly spray/pesticide meant that any fly died within 5 min. Although this may seem good, it is disturbing to stay in a place with that amount of toxic chemical. Otherwise I would recommend.

Too small, small things missed.”
It looked nice but it was very small, there was broken glass on the elevator front, a roof leak so blowers were going for 2 days of my stay. Ash tray wasn't emptied, dust in places, dirty windows. There was no visitor book with good restaurants or things to do or a taxi phone number. Usually stay at places in this price range and it wasn't worth it.

Main BR a bit small but lots of cupboard space lounge was cosy and verandah with view of the city. Galley kitchen fitted out with dishwasher and toaster ect close to shops and restaurants. You had to ring the manager to get into the building as no reception this was fine we just unfamiliar with it
