The hotel was a bit far from the airport, hotel is not in a “tourist” area which means an English speaking individual was very hard to find, but we got a translator app and that worked very well! Hotel does offer a pick up and drop off from the airport but that is an additional added fee (not included in price of hotel). Doris was the manager and she is awesome, very quick to help, gave us ideas of where to go and how to get there. She spoke good enough English, the rest of the staff not so much but they were quick to get their own translator app and helped us out a lot. We got there to the hotel very late and were all hungry, the place was dark and we didn’t know anywhere, we asked Doris she told us about a restaurant and even walked us there, helped us ordered, waited with us until we got our food, walked us back to the hotel and then she leftnof the night!!! Now that is service! We were very lucky to meet her and her staff. We would definitely recommend.

Reception & breakfasf buffet staff are friendly but speak only Mandarin. Breakfast is limited in the available dishes, a typical hotel breakfast buffet it is not. Access to the hotel is restricted due to construction works at the front of the hotel. The housekeeping staff do not have an understanding of the scope of cleaning a room. Service is minimal - make bed (change bed linen once a week), change towels, replenish deinking water, don't mop or sweep floors, don't dust. My wife requested that they clean the floors and put some bleach into the toilet bowl & washbasin (no language difficulty as she is Chinese) and they ignored her requests. They did loan her their mop so that she could do it herself. Also they poured some bleach into an empty water bottle that we had to provide so that she could pour it into the washbasin and toilet bowl herself.

位置较偏，房间较大，卫生间很小。 新建酒店看上去还好，就是味道大些。 唯一的床头灯是坏的。 带阳台，有很大的落地窗。不足之处窗户玻璃选型有问题：是里外全透，要遮光帘才能遮得住个人隐私。 选了酒店到付，末了酒店拒开发票。。。 早餐么？建议去吃街边摊。
