best hotel i've stayed at in thailand”

what can i say about hill top sweet. best value for money out of the 5 hotels i stayed at in thailand. room was new, very spacious, cleaned daily, had free wi-fi, inclusive breakfast was great and staff was so friendly and happy to be of service. location was just perfect being quiet at night but not far from the centre of pattaya, about a 15 minute walk or 2 minute taxi ride. all good, just can not fault. brilliant, thanks.

Nice comfortable well equipped room at good price”

The room is new, pleasant, comfortable, well equipped. The price is better than most especially for the value. Location is on the hill next to Pattaya (5 min by motorbike)

Very Nice Stay”

This was not one of the typical dumpy Pattaya hotels, in fact it probably deserves more than 3 stars. The rooms are brand new, nicely furnished and tastefully decorated. They are actually condos complete with a kitchen and full size refrigerator. The building itself is nearly new and quite attractive, and both the room and the common areas were clean and well kept. The staff was very polite and helpful and the breakfast, which was included was a full American style breakfast cooked to order in the restaurant and coffee shop on the first floor. It was quite good and filling. I recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in Pattaya, it's a real bargain at the price I paid.

A boutique hotel with a nice feel”

it's up on the hill -or mountain as the locals say. it's a stroll away down the hill through a park to fleshy and captivating nightlife that is uniquely pattaya. the private entrance to the hotel ... with it's tasteful chairs and security doors mean you can come and go as you please. the staff at the cafe are very nice people...they don't speak english but that doesn't matter.

Good price, good location, good room and service”

The check in was easy and the lady at the desk did speak English. It was a low price for the area and the quality of the room. The room was nice and was an apartment with kitchenette. The hotel and the room were very clean and pretty style. The room had some dishes in the kitchenette. The room had a microwave, queen sized bed, free WiFi, and cable TV. The hotel had a good location, good room, good service, and friendly staff. Security guard is on site at night. Coffee shop is on ground floor. Family mart is 30 meters away. And a great restaurant and Pub is nearby at Tara Court.

Nice location and comfortable rooms”

It's a very good value for the money. The cost is low. The location is good on Pratumnak hill. The rooms are newer, comfortable, clean, and well equipped.

Nice getaway”

I though that the place was very nice and decorated nicely. I like the view and the room was very clean. The staffs were very polite. It was nice to be in Pattaya and experienced a quiet restful place like yours.

New Hotel, Nice Rooms, No Elevator”

This property is well constructed. Everything is clean and works. The street is noisy with traffic so a room on a high floor or facing the sea is best, however, they don't have an elevator. We stayed on the 5th floor and it was a lot of exercise getting up and down the stairs. Strained my shoulder carrying the suit cases up. The staff if very nice, but they need a bellhop who can handle luggage for guests.

nothing special - dusty and noisy affair”

The hotel is nothing special really. It's biggest plus is that it's closely situated to the two hill-top vista points. I took the "mountain view" room with balcony and breakfast. Wrong choice. Yes, you see the mountain, but you cannot keep the window open or stay on the balcony because of the never-ending traffic right in front. So if you take the mountain-view room, don't forget your earplugs. Paying extra for the breakfast is not really worth it. It's an american breakfast with fried egg, two slices of toast, sausages and ham. The tea is good, the coffee isn't. The room was only clean on the surface. There were thick clumps of dust hanging from the walls and nobody has cleaned behind the bedside table for ages. Dusty affaif. It was "ok" to stay there for one night but I don't think I would stay longer. However, the ocean-view rooms may be worth checking out. You can park your car in the secured driveway behind the hotel. It's a bit of a hastly to get in and out.

Hilltop, meaning far from everything”

A bit outside the city center, and not many transportation options other than motorcycles. Need to walk down the hill to catch a baht bus. But very quiet, clean and comfortable.

Very nice little serviced apartment”

stayed here for more than a week, is nice quiet place located between the heart of jomtien and pattaya. the staff can be hard to find at times and check in was a little confusing as the lady at the counter of the cafe inside doesn't speak english, she phoned up what i assume is the manager and i essentially checked in over the phone. they tend to lock the front door at all different times although you do get a key it is a little annoying to have to unlock the door at 1 in the afternoon. other than that it is a very clean very comfortable place. located several blocks from the main road where all the baht busses run a 5 or so minute walk. there is a nice outdoor food market a few blocks down an adjoining road, convenience stores very close, a nice restaurant outside and motorbike taxis less than a block away.

All in all great location with regards to both Jomtien and Pattaya. Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms.

Great Value and comfort”

The staff were very nice. The rooms are new and well equipped with a stove, microwave, and dishes. The cable TV channel choices have all the news stations, but that's about it for things to watch on TV. Fortunately, the location is good and you can be at the beach or shopping in 5 minutes by taxi. There is a park nearby where one can go for a relaxing walk.

rooms are nice for the price you cant go wrong. staffs english is no good :) but thats ok. motor bike taxi just outside the family mart do easy to get to town.
