A wonderful place to stay near tagaytay”
A peaceful and well maintained place to stay. I would suggest spending your whole stay within the resort and enjoy the place itself as it has so much to offer. Very kind and corteous staff. Good for couples and families as well. Nice beds and clean rooms. It was a very relaxing moment with the family. Instagramable place especially the chapel, bridge, garden and the lobby was great! Will definitely go back.

Amazing staff, lovely ambience”
I had my wedding preps done at HillCreek Gardens and I regret not having my wedding there instead. The place itself was lovely, staff knew what they were doing, they were absolutely nice and they gave me a free upgrade as well. My nephew left his adapter and they even gave that back too. I am beyond words.

A Great Place to Unwind!”
The ambiance of the hotel is wonderful. You truly can appreciate the architecture of the hotel both in the day time and the night time. At night, the hotel is lit with hundreds of warm white lights, all of which giving off just the right touch of warmth that will make you feel at home. Even walking outside is very pleasant and cozy. Just make sure to bring a jacket just in case the weather is a little chilly. The interior of the room we booked was decent. There are some things that can improved and even fixed but overall, it was a pleasant stay. The staff are very friendly. They will greet you with a smile and will offer you assistance every chance they get. Personally, they made our stay very pleasant. Lastly, we had breakfast at The Blue Room restaurant. The restaurant itself had a very cozy interior. It gave off a Mediterranean vibe. The food was decent. Much better than the other hotel we stayed in Tagaytay. Overall, Hill Creek Gardens is a great option for a cozy stay in the area of Tagaytay. It is one of the few hotels in the area that I would definitely consider checking-in again.

The place is nice except for mosquitoes everywhere due to the lush greens. Better if they provide mosquito bat/swat.

Peaceful and Relaxing Staycation”
Beautiful gardens, clean and green surroundings, good food; big, nice, clean and good-smelling room; toiletries as well as free coffee, milo and tea are sufficient (although there's no snack bar in the room). Room staffs as well as the waiters are efficient, very helpful and polite. Easy to check-in and checkout. The only downside is the lack of or limited activities and facilities (but it is best for resting and meditation) and slow wifi in the room. But we will definitely consider going back. Thumbs up!

A classy hotel far from the Tagaytay crowd”
Its a classy hotel with good rooms and a nice pool. It's about 30 minutes away from Tagaytay City. Just a few comments on the rooms, they are a bit thin walled so you can hear children running in the morning and during our stay there was a wedding set up on top of our rooms so you can hear the loud bang below at around 730am. The pool is very nice but a bit itchy for some reason maybe the chlorine was a bit too much. Aside from that they have excellent service and they even opened the small Catholic Chapel for us near the Pond Garden. The Venue is excellent for a medium size garden wedding type. They have a very beautiful Garden with a pond and chapel overview. Overall Hillcreek is a gem in the outlying areas of Tagaytay.

Best trip ever”
If you're looking for a place where peace and quiet reigns, but creature comforts abound, Hillcreek Gardens is for you. The family room comfortably fits 7 adults, and the accompanying breakfast will satisfy even the most exacting of tummies. You can lounge around in your room, or the lobby sitting room, or the lounge chairs around the pool. You can cool off in the pool or with a cool drink in the patio chairs. Just one sad note -- WiFi doesn't reach the ground floor family rooms, but the second floor area gives a very good connection. The staff are very courteous and helpful, and will accommodate your request within reason. To quote my niece, "Best trip ever, Mommy!" It definitely rates coming back another time.

Relaxing Getaway”
It was a pleasant surprise finding this place. We booked a family room (via Agoda) for a cousin's wedding, but it turned out they were out of that room category due to reservations of the wedding party. They instead upgraded us to a bridal suite at no cost and provided roll-away beds for my 2 children (which we didn't mind cause it was just for a night anyway). It has a feel of that upscale boutique hotel with a homey ambience and tasteful interiors, and a ready access to their well manicured and serene gardens. If you're looking for a quick getaway to unwind or simply to find your balance, this is a perfect sanctuary. Families can also enjoy if you're looking for a quiet bonding (they have a good sized pool). Food is equally good, and the best part is, it won't break your budget. Truly a place where you'll get your money's worth.

Very good”
I visited Hillcreek Gardens as I joined a friend's wedding which was held there. The garden itself looks nice and well maintained, which is ideal for wedding cocktail and party. I arrived from Manila with transportation arranged by my friend - transportation could be an issue I believe, if you are not driving.

Idyllic Place”
Hill Creek Gardens is an excellent place for rest and vacation. Beautiful flowers and shrubs abound in its wide gardens and the grass is well taken care of; the lawns are well-manicured. All kind of trees cover the gardens and one can always smell fresh air, which is so cool and relaxing. The place has one big swimming pool for both children and adults, well maintained and clean. The dining area exudes an atmosphere of serenity and elegance, with its chairs and table that would make one feel comfortable. It has nice chandeliers and ceiling fans which need not be turned on because it is cool inside and the ambience is definitely relaxing. The casitas where my wife and I stayed is cozy and lovely, with amenities that are above par. Bed linens are clean and soft and the bathroom is well taken care of.

Friendly. Comfy. Nature.”
We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room, bed and bathroom were comfortable and good for us. We enjoyed the environment being able to see different birds and trees, and breath fresh air. Our first 2 days were pleasant and serene with only few guests at the hotel which was an opportune time to reflect during the holy week. The place lost its serenity when more guests came in towards the weekend (understandably). Availability of toothbrush, toothpaste and shaver could have made the toiletry set more complete. Thanks to Zarah, Roland, Tess, Ryan, Kavin, and other name(tag)less staff for making our stay safe and enjoyable. Kudos to the Chef/s and assistants for the tasteful breakfast and hardworking gardeners for the manicured landscape. There is an area undergoing construction and we look forward to seeing the new feature when it is completed.

Place is very far from the city so it's a nice place to go if you want to relax and get away from all the noise and toxicity but it's a bit pricey for a regular hotel room.

Hillcreek Gardens (Feb 2016)”
The location is accessible. The gardens and courtyard were very nice. Good service too. Maybe the facilities (i.e. Rooms) are a bit old and dated which is why it doesn't feel very warm and cozy. The lighting is not very good which is why the rooms feel dark. An update on the room interiors would make a big difference and improvement. The bathrooms need an update as well. Overall the place is okay and value for money. The breakfast buffet was also delicious.

Ok but not great”
The gardens and the property on general were beautiful and can walk around peacefully and beautiful view. I was not impressed with the service (especially for the Philippines standards). I called previous day saying that I would arrive early and they said the earliest I could check in was 13h00, but I arrived after 14h00 and the room was not ready. Also the rooms have heavy dark curtains, which is great when one is sleepIng, however the room is too dark when awake and there are no undercurtains, so when the curtains are open passersby can see you.

Nice Ambiance”
Location of hotel is perfect. Super relaxing. Just need to improve on the breakfast viands as well as informing guest that there is a construction on going within the area and noise might be heard in the morning. Other than that everything is okay.
