A charming and quaint get-away ”
We thoroughly enjoyed Hillsborough from the moment we drove onto their property. We felt like we'd been transported to the U.K. (almost). The only improvement we'd suggest is higher quality of food and cooking - but it wasn't terrible.

It's nice and good atmospheres, quiet and good for relax a day or two ”
I like designing of the place such houses style and garden, especially garden and lots of roses. It'd be better if they have shuttle for taking to visit places near by hotel.

Everything was so amazing except the location. The hotel was amazingly beautiful. Staff were friendly. The garden was very relaxing with a lot of roses, water fountain and flowers. I felt like I was in Europe. The only negative thing was the location. The road was very dark and quiet at night. Recommend to have own transportation. Overall: Extremely satisfied with this hotel. Definitely will go back and stay there soon.

Surrounded by nature, stood the cozy and clean British style accomodation with a lovely garden. The staff is nice and polite. Anyway, there is no public transportation from and to the centre of city. So, careful planning will be needed.

Fun & homey getaway...”
This is such an amazing getaway outside of Chiang Mai. If you are looking to get away from the busyness of the city. There really isn't. I hope to do around here in terms of sights or restaurants, so plan accordingly. We did a tour and they picked us up from here, but the hotel itself is pretty isolated. The rooms are charming and huge and the bed is one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. I the bathroom is amazing, with a perfect sized bath for two. The breakfast is massive, perfect to fill you up till lunch. Overall, this is a unique experience if you are looking to chill and relax. The staff was great too. They took care of setting up a taxi for us as well. Highly recommend if you are looking to get away and relax in the mountains.

Lovely place and good taste of food. Many staff have to take care of customer with highest service mind that make me feel like stay at home. The place is good and same feeling when I stayed in England. Excellent service of chief who always advises about meal on breakfast to my parents.

Place in Sa-meong valley, new furnished, English country - home style, peaceful place, perfect bed / mattress, good grade sanitary, small pool, breakfast included (set). Should have own transportation. Small restaurant, value for money nearby with nice view.

Great Getaway!!!”
My wife and I booked this place for our 18 year anniversary! We loved the place! It is located up Samoeng Rd outside of Chiang Mai. You don't even think your in Thailand but seems like a country village in England. The food was abundant and wonderful. The room was excellent and clean and the staff were most gracious and very helpful. My wife highly enjoyed taking her bubble bath in relaxation while gazing out the view of the mountains. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a wonderful getaway from the city life!

- difficult to control how shower water temperature
- breakfast was too big portion, first morning was verygood , but second morning i think they reduce quality a lot. better have a nice&small buffet breakfast
- 4 guest room, need to climb on high ladder, danger for kids
