Perfect stay”
Thought that the pool will not be clean enough for swimming but surprisingly is not. -The room is spotless with convenient stuffs. -Have both ceiling fan and air-conditioner. - Staffs are very helpful and friendly I ẹnjoyed a lot staying this resort !!!

Nice roomy cabanas, well spaced out from each other. Mine had an open air bathroom....I preferred this as it meant I had a backdoor and front door giving some kind of breeze (with the fan on)....but some rooms do have enclosed. Big pool with plenty of sunloungers. Location excellent for nearby bars / restaurants /street food. Lovely staff. The crowd is a holiday crowd, so older and quieter, so if your looking for hostel crowd not for you. Worked perfect for me

We spent 2 nights at this resort. At 1st night, it was a little late when we arrived. I found that the hot water didn’t work well. When we informed, the receptionist said that they used the solar energy for hot water and the technician had gone out of work at that time. They fixed that problem on the next day. The 2nd cons is the bath is outside, and some mosquitoes would come when u open the door to take bath at night. Everything else is ok, cleanliness, nice staff, enough furniture, affordable price, large swimming pool

Resort Atmosphere ”
My bungalow was furthest from the swimming pool. I preferred this as I got some exercise going up to the upper bungalows, where you can see the ocean and nice sunsets. The negatives : The "double" bed was two single beds pushed together. They no longer provide shuttle bus services. They no longer have the gym facility seen in their photos. The welcome drink that was offered when we booked was no longer available.

Good: - Quiet place with nice swimming pool and garden view. I really impress their room arrangement with city name. Enjoyed walking around and taking photos. - Games around the pool: bida, mini football table. - Near the airport and center of the town. Easy to go to other places, such as: Ham Ninh village, Sunset Senato Beach club. - Island tour offers with good price and service. Not Good: - Open bathroom with low walls. I even see the roofs of others and feel uncomfortable when taking shower. - Undefined cleaning hour. On the first day, the cleaning ladies knocked our door at 8am to ask if we wanted them to clean the room. On the second day, to avoid the same situation, we woke up earlier and before going out, we already asked the hotel to clean our room. after about 3 hours, we was back and nothing changed. The ladies came around noon. - Really weak wifi. We hardly connected to the hotel wifi in our room, only around the reception desk and the pool.

That means that taking the picture of the ID was sufficient all along. Also, you need the key to lock the door from the inside because the door didn't have a locking bolt on the inside. Extremely unusual and annoying.

Very nice resort in the hills”
First of all, when I arrived there from the concrete jungle of Hanoi I was very happy with it. It wasn't the best place ever but it had some very natural vibe. For the price I paid for a long stay ( 222 k per day) it was OK. I got the room in Sapa street as it was close and not further uphill. First problem I noticed is that mosquitto nets were broken in every room. Needs to be fixed because mosquittos are biting while brushing teeth ( its open bathroom concept). Also downstairs there are many spiders but they are not dangerous ( huntsman). AC is solid but weak. It gets cold in the morning after running all night. 2 bottles of water every day, more at additional cost. Room service is OK but she doesn't swipe just broom a bit. Fridge is also a bit weak. I think they are saving on electricity because lights in the resort turn off around 10 pm and it gets a bit spooky if you are there alone. Also the alley lights are never turned on and there are many dogs otw. After a week I got upgrade to room upstairs with no charge. No spiders there. Also a ceiling fan. AC still same. But was better and they also gave me their bicycle free of charge. I was surprised because otherwise they charge for anything. I had an incident with the fence that was rotten and almost fell off the first floor. Luckily my friend holded me not to fall. Overall, nice budget stay if you can stay under 10$ a day range.

First and last time! Vacation exceeded expectations, expectations”
Sincere thanks to the hotel for a 1-on-2 vacation where I realized my customers were the wrong people even though they did nothing. With 1 booking for 2 rooms with 1 double bed room and 1 room 2 beds. only that problem but wrong booking, then a great way to handle the hotel staff did not learn where to learn who can teach them how to handle it better! talk without looking at customers, loud and annoying, annoying and 1 sentence that reminded me forever after nearly 10 years of service I heard 'this error is my mistake, your side is not wrong, your side is right' .the same sentence repeated at least 2 times. A room is like an ultra-high incinerator, an air-conditioner with more water capacity than cold provides the room. no 1 sympathy, 1 interest, not 1 apology for your mistakes. Sincere thanks to the two receptionists for letting me feel about a well-deserved vacation and my humiliating shame with my friends that you two provided to me during the last vacation.

Excellent in every way”
We stayed for a week at the Daisy resort and found everything excellent. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The 'outside' bathroom was quirky and clean with plenty of toiletries. The breakfast was very good. The staff went over and above being helpful especially when I had an accident on a hired motorbike. Ellie from the hotel came with a driver to help sort everything out for no charge and we would have really struggled without their help. Thi and all the reception staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful too. The hotel pool was clean and the gardens beautiful. The shuttle bus was very useful for getting to the beach ... 15 minutes walk away and also to the night market every evening. The beach was very clean and the water clean too. With the beach lined with palm trees it was like the beaches we had been to in the Caribbean. Phu Quoc Island is safe too. Enjoy your holiday ... we certainly did. Thank you to everyone at the Daisy Resort.

We really enjoyed our stay at Daisy Resort, we stayed for 3 nights, went to another part of the island for 2 and then decided to go back to them for another 3 nights. Room was basic but had everything you need and was clean. The bathroom is outdoors which we loved (but you might not if you don’t like lizards/snails). The staff were really sweet. Free pick up and drop off to the airport, beach and night market. Great pool. My only negative is that the price could be a little lower considering most of the rooms were empty, and there is no info in the room on the hotel facilities - spa services, breakfast times, laundry etc. If we went back to Phu Quoc we would definitely stay here!
