Very nice and convenient hotel”
Had a short but very comfortable stay at Hilton Athens Hotel. Very efficient check in and welcoming staff. Was accommodated into a beautiful and spacious room, impeccably clean, with modern and minimalist design. For a Greek hotel, the staff is very friendly. Had a great dinner at the roof top restaurant and a drink at the the sky bar. Well made martini under the stars with spectacular view of the akropolis as well as the whole athens skyline. Bed was super comfortable and had a short but refreshing sleep. Next morning checked out as efficiently as I checked in. The hotel has great location and something which is important, the metro is just 100 m away. This is important because Athens is known for the transport system strikes and often people can't get to or from the airport. So, at least an alternative is within reach. The cons are expensive internet and beverages for Greek standards but not far from other hotels in Athens. I still recommend the hotel.

The best of many fun in one package”
Hilton is conveniently located in the city centre - where short walk straight ahead may take you passing by the National Art Gallery, Byzantine Museum, Benaki Museum up through the shop-heavy Kolonaki until you reach Syntagma Square. Quite expensive for casual travellers and lone ones, but they often have a great package deal with extra museum admissions. As I was a lone traveller, the staff were more than helpful and the facilities within the hotel wouldn't let me leave.

Hilton Athens a classic experience.”
Nicely renovated classic 1960s business, convention & holiday destination within a safe, decent and quiet Athens neighborhood, located at the edge of the city center, but still within walking distance to the main attractions and good availability of taxis at the hotel. Minor noise from the main traffic junction in front of the hotel. Excellent breakfast venue and buffet selection. Very decent facilities.Slightly above standard Hilton hotels quality, a bit pricy, but still not expensive for experienced quality travellers.

Our stay at the Hilton Athens Hotel was very comfortable, the kids like the hotel very much. It was not very close to the metro station but taxi are always available in front of the hotel. It seems to be a very safe corner in Athens.

Lovely hotel with wonderful service.”
Services at the Athens Hilton is very good and the room are very clean. As a Diamond member, would have expected to be upgraded to Executive Suite but was not the case even though was upgraded to Executive level. Breakfast at the Executive Lounge was good though would have been excellent if one's is able to choose to have its breakfast at the coffee house and not just restricted at the lounge at no extra cost.

Great Hotel”
We stayed at the hotel in July. Rooms are very good size, even with the cot for our 4 month old baby in the room. Outdoor pool was fantastic for relaxing during the day. We ate at Milos restaurant which we found very reasonably priced and great quality. The only negative was that compared to other more central hotels, the major parts of Athens (food, sightseeing, shopping etc) were a little bit further to travel.

Excellent hotel to explore Athens”
We had a wonderful time in this hotel. It has got all the facilities for a traveller. Very nice restaurants, good food and drinks. Galaxy restaurant is the best. Dinner in this restaurant with sun setting views cannot be missed. It'a lifelong memory. Gym has got all the required facilities and instructors are very friendly and helpful. For our tours outside Athens, the reception staff recommended a driver 'Costas Memos' provided an excellent service for us. On our final day he accompanied us to the airport.

beautiful hotel, lovely staff ”
i stayed at the hilton for my last few days after a wonderful 4 weeks in greece. i had only originally booked for 3 days but needed to alter my booking through agoda to add 2 more days and the hilton accommodated my requests effortlessly. my experience was first class from the moment i was greeted at the reception desk, through to all the staff including housekeeping, bell hops, staff at the fabulous galaxy bar where i had invited guests to join me and of course all the staff at the front of the hotel who organised my taxis and and always greeted me with a warm smile. i will definitely be back. what a wonderful way to end my greek holiday!!

Great views and pool”
The hotel is great, conveniently located with excellent amenities and views of the Acropolis. Only drawback is that meals (including breakfast) are pricey. that being said, I will stay here on my next trip to Athens.

Nice Hilton but would prefer it in Syntagma Square”
I only stayed here for 1 night and half a day. Location isn't too central; I'd rather stay near Syntagma Square for sightseeing things (you can easily walk around to the major sights from here). This Hilton is one stop away from Syntagma Square so not too far nonetheless. I'm HHonors Gold so only had breakfast in the executive lounge. It was OK but nothing great. I imagine the regular breakfast would be much better. Anyways, fine stay. Not too expensive given the quality of service/amenities.

Well located hotel with nice swimming pool”
The hotel is perfectly located in Athens. It has a nice rooftop bar with amazing views of the city and a very nice swimming pool as well. Drinks were however way overpriced in both the swimming pool and the bar.

decent for a hilton”
we got a good deal for it so were happy. if we paid the rack rate it could've been not worth it as it is kind of old (or maybe we are used to stylish boutique hotels) but the lobby is very nice. check in staff was weird, took both my and my friend's cc at check in (we arrived at different times). overall, decent hotel for those who prefer chains, we only stayed one night so didn't get a chance to explore all amenities, could be good for families.

Hotel what you would expect from the hilton chain, most suited to business travelers as everything extra comes at at cost. Breakfast was not included in our room rate, when we questioned the 70 euro charge for two we were then told we could buy vouchers for 20 euros each a bit disappointed not to be told this in advance. Great room, OK breakfast, slooooow checkout”
Very good over all. Friendly and helpful staff until checkout. Then we were confronted with a 25 minute line of those checking in, while we waited to had in our room key (we asked if we could just drop it off but "no" we had to wait in line). This hotel needs an express checkout!

we enjoyed everything about this hotel...the service , cleanliness and staff were all amazing. it was very close to the new acropolis museum and all the surrounding points of interest. their outdoor pool was also very welcoming after our day of sightseeing. all in all we would definitely go back !!!
